+ 加入清单暑假的来临，对于一个学生来说，是一件十分兴奋的事。学习了一个学期，终于可以让我们放松放松了。我打算好好的充分利用一下暑假，使暑假过得既快乐又有意义。暑假第一天我便为自己制订了一个计划表，贴在我卧室最显眼的地方，时刻提醒自己，督促自己。
我的暑假计划内容非常丰富。
首先，为了不使我的视力下降,所以我为我自己制定了三条规定。
1、尽量少看电视。
2、每天坚持做眼保健操。
3、合理使用电脑。虽然电脑也容易损坏眼睛，但是电脑已成为我学习和生活中的重要部分，也是我家必不可少的一件“日常工具”了。
另外，为了使我学习能更上一层楼，写作水平能有所提高，我要求自己做到：
1、每天坚持写日记。
2、预习下学期课文。
3、认真做完暑假作业。
除此之外，平时爸爸妈妈常说我知识面不广，了解的课外知识少，我便又对自己提出了以下要求。
1、多看课外书。
2、每天坚持背一首古诗。
3、上网或看报了解新闻时事。
最后，为了自己在学习和娱乐的同时，也不忘好的生活习惯，又计划以下几点。
1、自己的房间要保持整洁、常常打扫。
2、早睡早起。(这一点我怀疑自己可能做不到，所以要求爸爸妈妈加强监督。)
3、自己的事情自己做。
计划制订好后，最重要的是我自己要按计划执行，不能光说不做。同时，我每过五天我便会对自己做自我检查。希望自己能过一个既快乐又有意义的暑假。还有在暑假里认真复习英语，不然会忘记的。

The panther stood, with the boy on its back, started running towards the gate of the zoo and disappeared into the city in the dusk twilight.
I took a few pictures of the boy riding the panther, and this, was an experience I will never forget.
It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very much. It came and I didn’t have to do my homework. We went to the living room very slowly. After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I said that let’s held a concert. My parents agreed with me. 我们顺着薰衣草依次参观了延安那神奇的窑洞；华山那雄伟的商山；川流不息的喷泉喷出白花花的水柱；蜿蜒流淌的小溪飞流而下的彩虹瀑布……每一处都让我惊奇，大自然的杰作，无与伦比。其中让我最惊奇的便要数那想象丰富的创意馆，让我不禁要赞叹一番。
远远地看见黑暗房间里那隐约的闪烁的霓虹灯闪着五彩斑斓的光，走进去顺着狭长的小道摸索前进着。随着前方的亮光的接近，我看见了天花板上悬吊着的巨大的显示屏，上面有一个身穿航天服的人凝望着你，无论从哪一个角度看，他都会看着你，跟着人流前进，映入眼帘的是一个巨大的液晶面板，上面映着两株紫色的蒲公英在随风摇曳，我轻轻地吹动旁边的蒲公英模型，面板上的蒲公英立即随风飘散，仿佛面前的蒲公英模型就是真的一样。
走进一个巨大的圆洞内，一座桥架在中间，两边的3D墙壁都是在播放着动物生活的真实场景，我心惊胆颤的穿过桥的中间，突然一条巨蟒在墙壁上扑过来，张开血盆大口，露出了那弯弯的毒牙，似乎想吃我，我已经看见那正在吞咽口水的咽喉红丝丝的，并伴随着一声巨吼，我惊叫了一声，仿佛是一条真蛇扑过来，我的心怦怦的跳个不停：我的神啊！
走出黑暗的大厅，我突然对对面强烈的阳光刺得睁不开眼，不由眯了起来。

Im Li Hua After the discussion we found that 70% of the students think they should take all kinds of exercise every day but not spend too much time. They think exercise builds body and can keep them healthy. Sports also let them have a good rest so that their study will be more effective.
On the other hand 30% students believe taking exercise is tiring and its a waste of time. They say that after having sports they are too excited for a long time to focus on their lessons. And its possible to be hurt while doing sports.
