晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

当暑假的第一声鸟鸣打破了清晨的宁静，我就翻身下床，小跑着来到院子里。

早在一个月前，我就制定好了我的暑假减肥计划。要知道我可是57公斤的公认小胖子，不控制一下 体型是万万不行的。这不，今天是暑假第一天，我早早起床，来到院子里晨练。

一年一度的春节终于来了!街上热闹非凡，每个地方有着各自的特色。你现在我给大家介绍一下我们铁冲过春节的习俗。

每到春节的上午，家家户户的人都忙不过来。他们在忙什么呢?当然是在贴春联啦!春联都是红红火火的，都代表着吉祥幸福。门上贴着春联则有春味，无论再美的房子，就在春节不贴春联，那也不显得十分美观。

听!“啪啦啪啦——”这声音十分美妙，它唱出了春节的喜悦与热闹!你再仔细看，只见眼前一片红。就像一群红孩子在活泼乱跳。想必大家都知道它是什么了。

每到春节的中午，家家户户的人都会敬神。一般敬神都要放置三碗饭和一些菜，然而这些菜不能是被吃过的，要不然是对神的不敬。

每到春节的下午，大家都要到墓碑前扫墓，都是怀着满满的孝心来看望亲人。

每当春节的傍晚，家家户户都有除夕守岁的习惯。守岁从年夜饭开始，这顿饭得慢慢的吃，大家边吃边聊家常话，老人们最遵守这个规矩了，他们一吃就吃到深夜，而我们这些孩子们则耐不了性子，就跑出去，在外面一起玩爆竹，传来的欢笑声把除夕推到了高

潮。

吃年夜饭时，则少不了这两样菜：一样是年糕，它是过年中最有代表性的食物，它也是我的最爱，因为它很甜。还有一样是鱼，“鱼”和“余”的谐音一样，是象征“吉庆多余，年年有余……”
