Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

一、英语日记格式

二、英语日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

在新年到来之前，中国人通常会给他们的房子做个大扫除，在旧年的最后一个晚上，所有的家庭成员都会聚在一起吃一顿大餐。在新年的第一天或第二天，人们通常会去拜访亲戚朋友，给孩子们一些幸运的钱。

a diary of my birthday

today is my nine-year-old birthday. i am very happy, because my father buys a big cake for me and my sister just comes to guangzhou . after dinner , my family celebrate my birthday .

i make a wish and blow out the candles . do you want to know my wish ? let me tell you , i wish i can study harder and harder ,then get the no.1 in our class. then i cut the cake and my family share the cake with me . how nice today!!!

大年初一，和家欢喜。一大早，老爸就下楼放鞭炮，“啪啪”几声响亮的鞭炮声，唤醒了正沉浸在梦乡中的我，新的一天开始了……

今天，为了庆祝大年初一的到来，老爸提议：去游乐场游乐场痛玩一次。大家一致同意，然后，我们一起兴高采烈地前往游乐场，我极其兴奋，又唱又跳，一刻都停不下来。到游乐场了，我第一个选中了“体能乐园”，我好像变成了一只活泼的小猴子，在“大森林”里快活地玩耍。忽然，我捡到了一块手表，正好有位叔叔好像在找东西，我跑过去问他：“请问你是不是丢了一块手表?”叔叔点了点头。“哦，我正好捡到一块手表，你看看是不是自己的.。”我说。本来愁眉苦脸的叔叔顿时眉开眼笑：“是我的，是我的，谢谢你!”“不用谢”我微笑着答到。我又做了一件好事，这里比吃了蜜还要甜!

第二个我又看中了“激流勇进”，这时我又变成了乘风破浪的海鸥，飞过大海，横过大洋。在第一高峰时，溅起的浪花还不高，不过这也已经大饱了我的眼福——浪花千姿百态，有的像梅花，花的像桃花，还有的像弯曲的毛线……到第二高峰时更是让我大开眼界——有的像一头张开“血盆大口”的怪物，好像要吞没一切似的，有的像竖起“长发”的雄狮，张开大嘴，露出尖牙，眼睛里射出饥饿的光芒。不过这“滔天巨浪”也让我尝试了一次变成“落汤鸡”的滋味，要不是工作人员准备了雨披，我会变得更加“惨不忍睹”。

后来，我想玩“海盗船”可是一到那里，我顿时傻了眼儿，只见“海盗船”荡得老高老高，我立刻全身发抖，双腿发软，一溜烟躲到树后面去了。我们走到“蹦极”前面，我又好像变成了自由遨翔的小鸟，一蹦蹦到“三千尺”高，我顿时感到清爽无比。

Today is a happy day, because I’m full and the class is interesting. Sara and Jenny are good teachers. In the class we play games, study English. We have lot of fun.

But, some thing is unhappy., like I sleep late. So in the class I want to sleep. And today I will sleep earlier.
