屈原一生写过很多爱国诗歌，提出过很多拯救国家的政策，可楚王不予理睬，对屈原的主张持反对意见。几年后，国土沦丧，屈原满怀悲愤，最后投汨罗江自尽了。

为了纪念他，每到端午节，人们就把粽子投入江中，给屈原做祭品。这个习俗一直流传下去。也许有的地方还保持这样的习俗，但我们这里好像没什么人把粽子投到江里。

这就是端午节我们为什么要吃粽子的原因了。

现在，我每吃一个粽子就会想起爱国诗人屈原来。

对了，我还要提醒大家，粽子虽然好吃，有它独一无二的味道和样子，但我们一定不能吃多哦！因为这是糯米做的，吃多了会拉肚子的。

After reading this novel, I found that the old mans story is not only a symbol of the relationship between human and nature, and a symbol of the whole human spirit indestructible. 读完这篇小说，我发现，老人的故事不仅象征着人与自然的关系，而且象征着整个人类坚不可摧的精神。在现实中，他虽然失败了，但在精神上，他却是胜利者。在这里，老人不仅仅是代表着一个人，而是代表了一股力量，一种精神，那是让人敬佩的坚韧不拔，永不服输的精神。我也十分佩服小说中老渔夫的意志,他让我懂得了一个人一定要坚强，不能遇到一点挫折就败退，这样永远也做不成一件事。
