首先，我简洁地介绍一下自己，我叫宋孝方，今年25岁，来自河南商丘，2008年毕业于河南理工大学机械与动力工程学院，所学的专业是工业设计

其次，我想谈一下我四年的大学生活，让我学到了很多，很多的实践让我从从各个方面提高了自己，不但让我学会了如何思考，学习的方法，还让我看到了实践的重要性，作为一名学生，我深知学习机会的不易，我学习很努力，其中3年拿了学校的奖学金，我还积极地参加各种活动和设计大赛，曾在河南理工大学首届和第二届青少年科技文化节中分别荣获“摄影大赛优秀奖”和“节徽设计大赛二等奖”。在2007年中的“张江杯”设计大赛中工业设计类中设计的笔记本电脑荣获优秀奖。在大学中我也遇到了好的老师和朋友，从他们身上我学到了很多东西，这对我能力的提高和成长起了很大的作用。

再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目-泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖08年的新产品开发设计. 其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评.第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计,公司画册的设计;为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产,并受到了客户的好评,在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段, 在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺 模具加工和产品生产过程, 多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。

最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情;还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复习来提高自己的能力，来最大化地实现自我价值，想通过3年的学习来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学习氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。如果我有机会在这所学校学习，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在中国整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。

凯程教育张老师整理了几个节约时间的准则：一是要早做决定，趁早备考;二是要有计划，按计划前进;三是要跟时间赛跑，争分夺秒。总之，考研是一场“时间战”，谁懂得抓紧时间，利用好时间，谁就是最后的胜利者。

1.制定详细周密的学习计划。

这里所说的计划，不仅仅包括总的复习计划，还应该包括月计划、周计划，甚至是日计划。努力做到这一点是十分困难的，但却是非常必要的。我们要把学习计划精确到每一天，这样才能利用好每一天的时间。当然，总复习计划是从备考的第一天就应该指定的;月计划可以在每一轮复习开始之前，制定未来三个月的学习计划。以此类推，具体到周计划就是要在每个月的月初安排一月四周的学习进程。那么，具体到每一天，可以在每周的星期一安排好周一到周五的学习内容，或者是在每一天晚上做好第二天的学习计划。并且，要在每一天睡觉之前检查一下是否完成当日的学习任务，时时刻刻督促自己按时完成计划。

方法一：规划进度。分别制定总计划、月计划、周计划、日计划学习时间表，并把它们贴在最显眼的地方，时刻提醒自己按计划进行。

方法二：互相监督。和身边的同学一起安排计划复习，互相监督，共同进步。

方法三：定期考核。定期对自己复习情况进行考察，灵活运用笔试、背诵等多种形式。

2.分配好各门课程的复习时间。

一天的时间是有限的，同学们应该按照一定的规律安排每天的学习，使时间得到最佳利用。一般来说上午的头脑清醒、状态良好，有利于背诵记忆。除去午休时间，下午的时间相对会少一些，并且下午人的精神状态会相对低落。晚上相对安静的外部环境和较好的大脑记忆状态，将更有利于知识的理解和记忆。据科学证明，晚上特别是九点左右是一个人记忆力最好的时刻，演员们往往利用这段时间来记忆台词。因此，只要掌握了一天当中每个时段的自然规律，再结合个人的生活学习习惯分配好时间，就能让每一分每一秒都得到最佳利用。 方法一：按习惯分配。根据个人生活学习习惯，把专业课和公共课分别安排在一天的不

同时段。比如：把英语复习安排在上午，练习听力、培养语感，做英语试题;把政治安排在下午，政治的掌握相对来说利用的时间较少;把专业课安排在晚上，利用最佳时间来理解和记忆。

方法二：按学习进度分配。考生可以根据个人成绩安排学习，把复习时间向比较欠缺的科目上倾斜，有计划地重点复习某一课程。

方法三：交叉分配。在各门课程学习之间可以相互穿插别的科目的学习，因为长时间接受一种知识信息，容易使大脑产生疲劳。另外，也可以把一周每一天的同一时段安排不同的学习内容。

如何才能最大化尽可能争取自己上研究生的机会?如何自我介绍才能在面试现场让老师眼前一亮?下面，小编为大家分享考研复试自我介绍的方法与技巧，希望对大家有所帮助!

1) 考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。

2) 自我介绍的主体内容。

① 姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注意)。

② 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。

所属的公司、职位。注意：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。

④ 性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心(carefully，detail- oriented)、条理分明(logical)、踏实(steady)等;如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责 (responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的)， adaptable, amicable(友好的)， analytical(善于分析的)， cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的)， innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的)， temperate等等。

在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation。

⑤ 爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种书呆子的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义 (build my body, relax myself, open my mind);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

3) 结束时可以用说：Thats all about me. / Well, thats who I am. Thanks for your attention。

2. 家庭、家乡、学校篇。考官其实是要通过你的家庭、家乡或学校来了解你的成长的环境。

1) 家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是为了做人口调查而提出这个问题的，所以应该避免流水账似地介绍家庭成员;要尽量说明家人(尤其是父母)对你造成哪些方面 (性格、职业规划、做事风格等)良好的影响。可以参考以下句式结构：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history. / Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me。

2) 家乡。正所谓一方水土养育一方人，考官实际上是想从你对家乡的介绍中找出有关你性格、志向的线索。可以从历史、历史人物、著名景点、独特风俗或特产等方面来简单介绍，注意要表达热爱家乡的情感。

3) 学校。如果是本校考生的话，在自我介绍中就可以点到(拉近跟考官的关系)。如果是外校，考官通常会问：Why did you choose our university? 那么我们就可以说说它与报考院校之间的异同，然后说明为什么你选择这个学校(I do love the atmosphere in your university. It is full of youthful spirits。);要注意的是：一定要说明你对在原来的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(从好的方面说一说)，着重强调希望能被录取，表达自己坚定的决心、展望一下未来。

在自我介绍完了老师就会开始问你问题这里列出一些常见的问题，可以认真准备。注意在准备的过程中，要结合自己的经历和见解来准备答案，让自己回答的问题和整个的自我介绍融为一个整体。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，问个没完，很容易因紧张而露出马脚。

在每一年的面试中都会有很多相同的问题，这些问题看起来很平常，却有很多陷阱，一不小心就会被考官抓主小辫子了。回答这些常见的看起来很平常的问题，是很有艺术的。

传统面试问题(Sample Traditional Interview Questions)

1、What can you tell me about yourself? (关于你自己，你能告诉我些什么?)

This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations.

这一问题如果面试没有安排自我介绍的时间的话。这是一个必问的问题。考官并不希望你大谈你的个人历史。是在寻找有关你性格、资历、志向和生活动力的线索。来判断你是否适合读MBA。

The following is a good example of a positive response. In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. Im very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.

2、 What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?(在毕业以后5年内你想做些什么?)

Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.

I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also.

你要清楚你实际上能胜任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。问问他们在毕业后在公司的头5年都做了些什么。

3. What is your greatest strength? (你最突出的优点是什么?)

这是很多面试考官喜欢问的一个问题。

This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.

I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as Id planned. Ive set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honors thesis.
