俄罗斯国防部及俄军总参谋部在吹风会上指出，国际社会如想打败极端组织“伊斯兰国”，必须先摧毁其非法的石油贸易设施。

报道称，俄罗斯国防部副部长安东诺夫说：“出口石油带来的收入是叙利亚境内恐怖分子获取资金的最主要源头之一。他们每年赚取大约20亿美元，他们使用这些资金在全世界雇用武装分子，并向他们提供武器装备。”

土潜艇与俄运输舰“对峙”

俄土两国领导人爆发口水战之际，两国媒体相继报道海上对峙事件，引发外界有关两国在海上出现摩擦的担忧。

土耳其《自由报》报道，俄海军“亚乌扎”号运输舰1日由爱琴海驶向黑海时，在土耳其达达尼尔海峡附近与一艘土耳其海军潜水艇发生对峙，当时气氛“非常紧张”。

这家媒体还发布了一段视频，据信由目击者在达达尼尔海峡最狭窄段的恰纳卡莱市拍摄。报道称，土耳其潜艇当时正护送一艘海岸警卫队船只。
