拜年结束后，我和小伙伴们汇合，一起来到了徐爷爷家，徐爷爷是个老革命战士，他的四个哥哥都在抗日战争中光荣牺牲了，他也因为战争而失去了一条腿，没能成家，今年九十几岁的徐爷爷，孤苦伶仃地瘫坐在床上，我和小伙伴们给他拜完年后，将自己红包里的钱都给了他，一共有两千多元。我们还将袋子里的花生瓜子糖果分了类，放在徐爷爷的床上。徐爷爷感动得热泪盈眶，不住地感谢我们。其实我们才应该感谢徐爷爷这样的老革命战士，没有他们的抛头颅洒热血，哪有我们今天如此安定幸福的生活。

寒假结束了，庆祝春节的活动也接近了尾声，我觉得拜年是我在春节中做的最有意义的一件事。

The Spring Festival is coming, the street is very busy! Malone on the road, the flow of water. Not only in the street, but also at home. At home, people eat reunion dinner with relatives coming back from far away, then watch the Spring Festival Gala together, chat together, and my family is no exception. That year, our family and some relatives around the table to eat hot pot, mom and dad ate while chatting. I just sat there quietly enjoying the delicious food. After dinner, we put the fireworks in the square, a branch of a dragon like fireworks into the sky, blooming in the bright moonlight beside. I also tried to put one, but since then I cant put the fireworks again. The Spring Festival is really a beautiful day.

Today, we live in the modern world, most things we do can use the machine. The technology brings so many convenience to us, it facilitates our life. As we are facing the new products all the time, the traditional things are fading away. Take the paper-cut for example. When I was very small, paper-cut was so popular in my grandma’s generation, most women could cut all kinds of interesting shapes.

While today when I went back to my hometown, I found that most of them had stopped cutting papers, because they could buy them at the very low price.

What’s more, the young people don’t learn such art, for the parents think it is not necessary for their children to learn the old-fashion thing. The tradition should not be abandoned, it is the reflection of our culture. Even facing the challenge, we need to inherit the tradition.
