In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to

help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

useful things.They increase our knowledge,broaden our minds and strengthen our

character.In other words,they are our good teachers and wise friends.This is the

reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing,but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books.It is true that we can derive benefits from good books.However,bad books

will do us more harm than good.

The summer holidayis end and the new term begins. In the new term, I am a student of grade six. Itsthe last year in primary school. In order to have a good ending, I must workharder. So my scores can be better. Besides, I want to spend more time with myclassmates and friends. We have been very good these years. Maybe we cant beclassmates in the future. But, I am still happy that its the last year inprimary school and I am going to junior school.

暑假结束了，新的学期一开始了。新学期我就是一名六年级的学生了。这是小学的最后一年。为了有一个好的结果，我必须更加努力，这样我的分数才会更高。除此之外，我想花更多的时间和同学朋友一起。这些年我们一直很好。也许将来我们不能够成为同班同学，但是我仍然很高兴这是小学的最后一年了，我就要上初中了。

曾经读过这样一个故事，一个男孩带着他心爱的狗跟随他的父亲第边散步，狗在奔跑中踩坏了一个女孩的小水渠，小女孩在男孩的道歉的情况下仍无理地要她做富商的父亲买下这条狗并打死它，男孩的父亲没有代替儿子出是否卖狗的选择，只是告诉富翁，狗的主人是他的儿子，应该由他的儿子作决定。

我很赞同这位父亲的做法，他没有把自己的意志强加给儿子，而是让儿子独立思考，自己选择，对自己的事情负责。

这样做看似简单，但我却认为不简单。首先，这是对孩子的尊重，父母只有尊重子女，才会受到子女的尊重与信任，这样就为两代人的沟通打下了坚实的基础。可现在我许多家长包办了孩子的一切，从吃的到穿的，甚至包办他们的思想行为，家长只要求孩子读好书，而很少去关心他们的心灵。这样，家长和子女的隔阂越来越大，沟通也越来越难了。

其实，让孩子自己选择，还可以了解他们为人处世的思想态度和方式方法，就如开头说这则故事，最后在富商开价到起初的十倍后，男孩仍不动心，坚决不愿出卖他的狗，这说明男孩具有的美德和正直的心。如果这个男孩在金钱面前动摇，暴露出了弱点，他的父亲也就可以教育他了。

此外，这样做可以培养孩子独立思考的能力。一个人总要自己去面对人生，父母不可能一辈子当子女的指导者。孩子如果长期受父母思想的主宰，没有独立思考，生活的能力，就无法在这个竞争激烈的社会生存下去，更谈不上有所作为了。

最后，它还培养了孩子的责任心试想，一个没有责任心的人，又如何能够面对现实，面对人生呢?

因此，我认为，在家庭教育中父母应当非常重视子女，尊重他们的意愿，多征求他们的意见。
