It is true that severe pressure of making a living stirs some people to pursue further education.However,this is not the case as far as another group of people are concerned. These people, with domestic and occupational stability, feel a lack of interest in their life. So, they turn to some courses such as music and arts and literature, which may be their childhood dream. Education of this type can relax their nerves, make them more graceful and their life more colorful.

Mainly for the three reasons mentioned above, an increasingly large number of adults in modern society came back to classroom after they stepped out of the campus.Whatever reasons lead to their reeducation, our society benefits a lot from the endeavor of these adults.To name just a few, the workers＇ quality improves, and the income of education industry increascs... A good education model for China is very important to the learning process, and also is very hard. There is no doubt that traffic congestion becomes a growing worry for the residents of most urban areas. Some major roads are regularly choked with traffic in rush hours. The limited transport capacity contributes largely to the vexing problem. How to solve the headache?

The existing solutions to traffic jam mainly aims at creating metro bus systems and broadening major roads. Widening the existing roads can solve traffic snarls on some level. Soaring car ownership compounds the chronic annoying problem, so we must sharply reduce the heavy reliance on cars and drive a shift to the mass transportation. It is a cheap and good way. We can create a system of customized bus routes and highlight the development of subways, trolleys and light rail. The effective combination of these solutions will enable the urban areas to possess a smooth traffic.

The older I grow, the more I appreciate children. Now, at my 80th birthday, I salute them again. Children are the most wholesome part of the race, the sweetest, for they are freshest from the hand of God. Whimsical, ingenious, mischievous, they fill the world with joy and good humor. We adults live a life of apprehension as to what they will think of us; a life of defense against their terrifying energy; a life of hard work to live up to their great expectations. 正是由于某些理论上的误区，使某些教育机制也走上了歧途。其中极为典型的，即所谓的“管束机制”。诚然，由于学生在心智、行为上的不成熟，我们不能忽视“管束机制”的巨大作用—通过师长对孩子的必要的约束和管理，能够纠正孩子在思想和行为上的偏差，从而纳如“正轨”。但是，我们也应看到，有不少不恰当的“管束”，比如禁止男女生交往、禁止正当的娱乐，反而会产生许多负面效应—削弱孩子在人际交往方面的能力，压抑孩子的思维潜能，束缚其想象力和创造力，最终造成其社会适应能力的下降，甚至会滋长其叛逆的性格。这种教育方式如果推而广之，结果必然会影响整个国家、整个民族的创造活力，而这恰是与教育的初衷相违背的。因此，一方面不能没有管束，另一方面要使管束有度、得当，但不能一看见有旁枝兀干，就不由分说地将它们一并削除。

其次，即所谓的“激励机制”，要求给孩子们创造轻松和自由的氛围，对孩子的行为用一种有异于批评管束的方式(即赞叹和鼓励)进行引导。其实，将“激励机制”引人教育的本身，就是教育在理论和实践上向前迈进的标志。激发和鼓舞，这种更为人道的引导方式与孩子脆弱幼稚而又充满幻想、富于创造的心理特征相吻合，适当加以运用，确实可以激发孩子的潜能，从而达到将他们培养成材的目的。但是，重视激励是否等于一味的激励?答案显然又是否定的。如果激励超越了一定的度，就会走向极端—纵容、放任，这恰是与真正意义上的激励相矛盾的。所以，又对孩子在思维碰撞中的细小的火花应加以激励，也许这就是今后的燎原之火;但对那些违背道德、违背社会利益的念头和做法，则要及时而有力地扑灭。

总之，在我看来，教育的初衷是使人成长为健全的人、有用于社会的人。管束和激励作为教育的两种方式，不可偏废，更不可滥用。
