我们编号队列，就开始练习站立军姿、稍息、左右转、下蹲、坐下、跨步等…这里我就特想说站军姿，要求三收三提，双脚并拢，眼睛直视前方稍微向上瞟，身体还得稍微向前倾斜，让重心大部分落在脚掌上，站一会下来全身都疼，特别是脚掌和小腿肌肉…不过还是坚持了下来!相信明天还会更辛苦…

晚上我们方队和其他几个方队在操场坐在一起，教官教了我们很多部队里面的歌曲，我们一边唱歌一边欢笑。这一天我过得很开心，不知道明天会不会更开心呢?

刚上初中，我们开始了难忘的军训生活。

早上的太阳还是那么温柔，小草上还挂着明珠似的露水。就在这样舒适的环境中，我们开始了一天的军训。各班注意开始军训，30分钟军姿。教官在台上宣布着。在前10分钟的时候所有的一切都很容易。拇指贴于十指的第二节，双手贴紧裤线，背直头正，所有动作都做得非常标准。阳光透过树叶的缝隙变成了一缕缕金丝照在身上是格外的温暖。可是军姿绝对不会在轻松时刻结束。慢慢的我感到腿变得很僵，汗打湿了衣服，一滴滴豆大的汗珠掉进眼里，眼睛感到很刺痛很想用手揉。可是我看见身旁的同学和我一样，但站的依然很挺拔。为什么他们可以我却不行，坚持住没有什么不可以的。我自己暗暗地说着。十点钟的太阳变得如此刺眼。在这时，一缕阳光射中我，它就像一把利剑给了我继续坚持的力量。操场上初二初三的哥哥姐姐们一直在坚持着。“同学们坚持住，还有十分钟，你们是最棒"教官在一旁提醒着我们。十分钟并不短，在暴晒的太阳下我靠着毅力坚持了下来。突然，在我的眼前出现了一个熟悉的身影，是他教官。教官和我们一起站军姿，他站的是那样标准。同样在太阳下我却放松了，绝不行，我心中暗自打气。时间就像汗水一样慢慢的一点点的流过。在最后的两分钟时我感觉自己变得如此高大，感觉自己已经成为一名优秀的军人了，一名具有顽强毅力的巨人。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. 说到大学后的这次军训，无论是军训之前或是军训已经开始的前几天，我的内心都是极不愿意的。因为初一、高一的两次军训已经是绝对的刻骨铭心，刻骨铭心的艰辛疲惫，而大一的军训早就耳闻其无聊至极。因此，我是不抱有任何期待开始本次军训的，态度也并非百分百的认真。

但是军训的第一天，特别是站军姿，就改变了我之前的想法。尽管前两次都学过站军姿，但此次站军姿，我的动作依然不标准，依然坚持不久。一连几天站军姿，依然还得教官不断纠正：右边肩膀后面一点，高一点，左边肩膀往前一点。每天每次如此，时至今日，我每天最害怕的还是站军姿……

站军姿是最基本的，是其它一切动作的基础。教官说道。但是这最基本的站军姿，对我来说，却是最难的。由此我清楚自己必须纠正自己的态度，用端正的认真的态度来面对军训，并从军训中提升自己，无论是站军姿、队列训练还是锻炼耐心、意志、坚忍、团队精神等，用学习的积极的态度认真参与军训的每一项训练。

军训开始后才发现，其实军训并非如师兄师姐们所说那么轻松或无聊，虽然没有像初中、高中军训时那样站在烈日下曝晒，没有那么大的训练量，虽然练习的动作都很简单，但要让那么多人行动要像一个人一样的确定是件不易的事。一天军训下来，还是挺累的，特别是夏日炎炎，太阳好像要用全部的光和热融化这个世界，整个场地好像一个蒸笼，我们在这样的环境下纹丝不动站军姿，不厌其烦练枯燥而烦琐的动作，汗水像决堤的洪流，顺势直下，怎一个挥汗如雨了得!我们的衣服湿了又干，干了又湿，留下一圈又一圈的痕迹。汗水沿着脸颊一滴又一滴地滑下，热气充斥着我们的鼻翼。军姿已站了三十分钟了吧，脖子好酸，脚的刺痛感越来越清晰，教官说还有60秒，可是我数了好几次60了，为什么还不到时间，似乎一秒就有一个世纪那么长……但是值得欣慰的是，每一天站军姿都可以感觉到自己的进步，似乎可以坚持更长了……

尽管有点辛苦有点枯燥有点累有点烦，但每天还是过得挺开心的。在训练过程中，总有同学闹笑话，大家笑成一团。一到休息时间，同学们一起聊天、开玩笑、唱歌，或者教官跟我们谈起他的军营生活，这些都是我们的快乐时光。其实，我们的教官人很幽默，他不仅讲笑话给我们听，玩脑筋急转弯，而且还教我们唱歌，这使军训生活变得丰富精彩。教官不会那他的身份压我们，感觉还是挺可亲可爱可敬的!教官身上的好奇心、好学心也是值得我们学习的，总会好奇的摆弄单反相机，这些时候总会觉得他离我们很近，感觉不到一点架子。很庆幸也很感谢，谭教官挑了我们这个连并带领我们一起渡过15天的军训，谢谢!

通过军训，我们同学之间的友情更加深厚了，以前没有很多机会大家一起接触相处，在这个军训期间，我们分享身边的趣事，分享喜欢的书、电影，分享烦恼，分享各自的家乡话，一起吵吵闹闹，好像回到了少年时代。 尽管每天还是会数着军训还剩多少天，每天还是会想今天不用军训该多好，但是每天还是会认认真真地训练，过好军训的每一天。希望接下来军训的日子，大家都过得好好的，训练得像个兵似的，等待柳暗花明又一村的惊喜……

Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

军训只是逝去了我青春年华的一点点，但逐渐长达成熟的我更加渴望保有持久身的军训体验。军训磨练了我的意志，把我们的部分生活推到了极限，是我的精神随之焕然一新。它将会延伸到我人生的每个春夏与秋冬。军装最美丽，军歌最嘹亮，做军人最自豪，而军训的日子就像风雨过后的泥土，先辈洗刷，然后拙见沉淀直至溶入我生命的最底层。:

随着军训的推进，渐渐喜欢上了这个团结而又亲切的团体。渐渐喜欢上了严肃而又不失幽默的教官，渐渐喜欢上了认真而又负责的老师……多想这种生活可以一直持续下去呀，可毕竟军训时只是我们生活中一个小片段，可这个小片段让我学会如何去面对挫折，如何再以后的路上走的更坚定，如何让我打造属于自己的一片天空。

What factor decides everyone’s opportunity? Some people believe that opportunity is just a matter of coincidence; other people believe that opportunity is around us, it needs people to perceive. In my opinion, besides what mention above, opportunity also needs us to create.

一觉睡到天亮，好爽!今天是20__年10月15日，军训的第三天。

今天早上还是先到小操场集合，再集体到大操场上去练习。一上去教官就叫我们来个立正的动作，站了好一会儿总算可以休息。接下来教官跟我们连通知了一件事情，说是我们训练到10点半大家回寝室整理内务，听到这个消息，大家议论纷纷，我是开心又难过，开心的是听到可以不军训，难过的是的是整理内务我的被子实在是很软，根本叠不起像教官所说的那样。我们的讨论在教官的口令下全部停止。大家又回到了严肃的训练中。在训练中，我一不小心就会有做得不好的时候。其他的队也有不好的，而且还被叫出去单独练习的，好在我比较幸运。训练了一会儿，在教官的分配下，我们连分成了五排，每排都有一个负责看排面的，我们这一排的负责人一点都不负责的，把我们这一排带的都不整齐。

不一会儿，我们回寝室整理内务了，我们急急忙忙地回来把自己床上的东西整理好，教官居然说，整理的不好。我们的室友都没有信心了。想不到整理内务是这么麻烦的一件事，后来，我们在教官的指点下，把宿舍整理好。

15天的军训生活已为大学的军训画下了圆满的句号。这15天来有艰辛，有苦恼，有汗水，甚至有泪水，有抱怨也有不满，但我觉得更多的却是成长与历练!我感谢能有这样的机会锻炼我自己，我要让我变的更成熟，更坚强!

人们都喜欢享受，但殊不知有些苦是上天给予我们的机会，在汇报表演结束的那一刻，在教官排着整齐队伍离开我们的那一刹那，我才明白我苦了但却收获到了人生中最值得珍藏的美好回忆，我才明白原来缘分真的能够让两个陌生的人成为朋友。

老师让写军训感言，其实心里乱乱的，不是不会写而是有很多感触却不知道该从何谈起，那一张张欢笑的脸庞，那一个个严厉的眼神，那一句句鼓励的话语……那一切的一切就像电影情节一般在脑海中回放，每每路过操场都觉得好怀念我们一起训练的日子。

还记得第一天见教官时感觉好严厉，因为我们每排都是由多个学院组成的，所以都在那聊的不亦乐乎，教官也成了我们闲聊的话题，是啊，其实这也是一种缘分，我们有缘相遇，我相信在之后的日子里我们也会配合的很好。在那翠绿的草坪上，我们一个个身着迷彩服，伴随着教官们一声声响亮的口号声，操场上一排排方队整齐的站着，或许是因为第一天我们都感到很新奇，我们一个个精神抖擞，洋溢着青春的朝气。我站在那里，置身于这一片军绿色海洋中，体验着这青春的朝气与蓬勃。

每天，站军姿成为了一件必不可少的事，站在那里必须纹丝不动，即使有虫子飞到身上也必须站着。“腿挺直，两肩往后张，小腹微收，抬头……”教官的指导直到现在还在我耳边萦绕，站在那翠绿的草坪上，清风拂过我的脸颊，送来小草清新的气息，那一块块整齐的方队像一群准备气壮待发的士兵，他们眼神中充满了坚强，主席台上的军训旗帜迎风飘扬，一个个嘹亮的口号声在翠绿的操场上回荡……尽管有时艳阳高照，有时狂风暴雨，但同学们还试坚持着，因为我们懂：年轻，值得我们更多的付出!

在练习齐步走，正步走的那几天几乎每天同学都因为开始不适应而腿疼，而且我们宿舍离操场很远，每次去操场都要爬很高的台阶，这不免让我们觉得更累更苦!但我们都没有抱怨，让我觉得很幸福的是每晚收操回宿舍时同学们都唱着刚刚学习的红歌，唱着歌，我们一起回宿舍，那些累，那些疼痛似乎都烟消云散了。更让我们感动的是，每次收操时教官领导都会鼓励我们坚持，还告诉我们这只是刚开始不适应，慢慢会好的，而且回去要泡泡脚……渐渐地，我们对于军训不再有厌倦，我们对教官也不再害怕，因为我们学会了享受苦中的甜，我们学会了一起团结一起努力。还记得休息时，我们便会一起唱红歌，拉歌，欢声笑语，嘹亮的军歌随着旗帜在空中回荡，那一刻我感觉到了幸福，感觉到了骄傲与自豪!

每晚九点才会收操，其实我挺喜欢晚上训练的，明亮的灯光照着我们这群青春的“迷彩服”，响亮的口号声伴随着我们整齐的脚步声，我们张显出了青春的朝气，那一张张洋溢着笑容的脸庞似乎在告诉大家，我们是一名大学生了!我们期待成长!我们会更加坚强!我们一定行!一天的训练其实我们都很累，但回到宿舍想到这样充实的一天，我们感到很满足，很享受!

其实军训期间也发生了件让我不会忘记的事，本来我们营就选择了两个排参加汇报表演，我们排没被选上，心里挺失落的，因为我想参加汇报表演，我想让我的军训生活更有意义。有次别的教官去我们排挑选表现比较好的同学，我有幸被选上了，因为全宿舍就我一个，所以自然心里没有太多的兴奋，有次教官又去挑选时同学们却因为不想去接受更严厉的训练而故意踢不好，我很不理解她们的做法，可能是因为不舍?这也让我想到，我们应该去追求自己想要的东西，我们应该学会适当的放弃!虽然在那段时间真的很累，但我很满足，我争取到了我想要的东西。

而在这军训最后，使我印象最深的就是回报表演那天，所以首长校领导在主席台就坐，操场看台上坐满了观看人员，当音乐响起的时，一个个整齐的队列昂首挺胸地走过主席台，那一刻我感受到了成功的喜悦!我们努力了!我们做到了最好!

大学的军训虽然辛苦，却让我学会了坚强!更让我学会了坚持!也让我真正认识到了我是名大学生了，或许军训的苦和累在今后的生活学习中会不值一提，但我想军训会让我更好的认识到了什么叫苦中有甜，什么叫雨后会有彩虹。感谢军训给我带来的所有，我相信我们都以长大，我相信我们都会很好的面对生活中的种种。军训带来的不仅是让我们身体更加强健也让我们意志更加自信!

我们年轻，我们是青春的朝阳，我们更应该自信的面对一切!而且在这些天的军训生活中，我深深地体会到了军人的独特面貌，军人的严以律己，军人的无私奉献，军人的保家卫国，军人的一切一切……也让我了解到服从命令是天职!我们应该向军人学习，学习他们不怕苦，不怕累，不怕高阳，不怕暴雨，心里想着自己的目标，一直坚持着，因为只有坚持到最后才会胜利，再大的困难也不能倒下，让我们试着以军人的纪律来严格要求自己，做到愿吃苦，敢吃苦，能吃苦!让我们这群大一的新生变得更加坚强!
