一件事就是最后一次代表东城区参加北京市比赛。那一天，我早早的来到了学校，与老师和其他的队员们一起，怀着兴奋的心情，来到了地坛体育馆，准备参加北京市的跳绳比赛。

暑假，我们全家到丽江去旅游，爸爸说：“到了丽江就一定要去挑战玉龙雪山。”于是我们全家报了玉龙雪山一日游。

我们坐上大巴，出了丽江城，远远地看到了玉龙雪山，山顶上云雾缭绕，好像里面住了神仙一样。到了山脚下，我们乘坐缆车直达半山腰，这里已经是海拔4806米了。在山下我穿的是短袖，但在山上我却穿上了羽绒大衣。刚开始爬的还很快，可不一会儿，我就气喘吁吁了。爸爸说：“这是高原反应，要减慢速度，匀速前进，感觉不舒服了就吸口氧气。”就这样，我跟着爸爸，走一会儿，休息一会儿，艰难地前进着。不知走过了多少台阶，我们终于到达海拔4680米的最高处。

站在山顶上，我想起了一句诗“不敢高声语，恐惊天上人。”我爱玉龙雪山。

9月28、29日是我校一年一度的运动会，这天早上，我一进校门，就看见教学楼上、操场上彩旗飘扬，十分热闹。

运动会开始了，先是升旗仪式，再是少先队员，领导讲话，接下来就是田径比赛。第一项男子60米预赛，大哥哥都非常厉害，他们的啦啦队也不逊色，不停的喊着加油。不一会儿就轮到女子预赛，这是我参加的比赛，站在起跑线上我心里非常紧张，手上的伤口在隐隐作痛，我心里暗暗的说“我不能退缩”。只见裁判员举起信号枪高喊“各就各位——预备——砰!!一声枪响，我努力的向前跑，就像一支离玄的箭像终点冲去。”加油!加油‘’!的喊声此起彼伏，一阵高过一阵。虽然我拿到了小组第二名，但还是晋级下一轮。接下来是100米的比赛，我也得去参加。我在排队时，天空刚下过雨，地上还有水，但是我们还是像往常一样，踏着积水冲向终点。我得了小组第二名。400米决赛开始了，我们班的一位男生非常厉害，有好几次别班的同学想超过他都被他甩了。女子400米成绩也不错。很快，这一天就结束了。

第二天，我在吃早餐时，听到了“滴滴答答”的声音。我纳闷起来：下雨了，运动会还要不要开呢?我带着疑问走进了教室，班主任也说不清楚，便让我们写作文。

2个小时过后，雨小了点，运动会照常开始了。60米决赛即将开始，我踢踢腿，伸伸手，跳了几下，就开始了，枪“砰”的一声响了，我奋力向终点跑去，结果得了第五名。在100米比赛中，我的心更轻松了，跑了个第四名，还破了校记录，当时我都有点不敢相信，走过去看了看，才知道是真的。

通过这次比赛，我知道了付出才会有收获。

“有一分汗水，就有一分收获”这句话的深刻含义，是这学期期中测试后，公布语文成绩时我领会到的。

记得那一天，王老师拿着测试卷走进教室，教室里顿时鸦雀无声。

“下面公布测试成绩。胡栋权九十七分。”同学们不约而同地把羡慕的目光投向胡栋权。他坐在位子上显得很平静，脸上露出了一微笑。胡栋权在我们班里算得上是个优秀的学生了，无论上课时，还是平时，都是非常认真，得九十七分也是理所当然的，毫不为奇。

“孙园，八十四分。”老师话音刚落，同学们就小声议论开了。谁都知道孙园平时的表现。一下课就往操场上跑，上课总是低着头，生怕老师叫到她，做作业拖拖拉拉，总要小组长催了又催，是个一提起来就让人头疼的人。可是最近不知怎么了，就象变了个人似的。上课时经常看到她把手举得高高的，回答问题声音是那么响亮，即使回答错了也只是脸微微红一下，没过多久，又听到她那清脆的声音。做作业也很自觉，都好久没听到她的小组长大呼小叫了。特别是放学后，以前总是来缠着我非要去跳皮筋不可，可是有几次竟然连我去叫她都不搭理我，真让人纳闷。原来……我真为她的进步感到高兴。“啪……”我正想着，耳边响起一阵热烈的掌声，老师正笑眯眯地看着孙园，同学们的目光正集中在她的身上，孙园的小脸涨得通红通红的。我也不由自主地鼓起掌来。

“张马洁，八十三分。”同学们一听，都纷纷用惊疑的目光望着他。马洁在班里也算是数一数二了，这次成绩大大下降，连老师都对他大失所望。原因，我们是很清楚的，他自己更清楚吧。最近的马洁，学习总不踏实，马马虎虎总做错题;他不虚心，老是以一副“天下唯我独尊”的姿态高高在上，对谁都不放在眼里;下课了，你只要去乒乓球桌边，准能看见他那神气活现的身影;铃声一响，跑进教室最后一个的肯定是汗泠泠的他;由于他的作业不及时完成、字写得潦草，老师也多次语重心长地找他谈话，可他却把这当成“耳边风”。此时，再看张马洁，头已经深深地低了下去，脸也涨得通红通红的，恨不得找个地洞钻下去吧?

“孙梅圆，九十二分。”哦，我轻轻地嘘了一口气，总算“功夫不负有心人”，我这段日子的努力终于看到了收获。我抬头看了看老师，老师也正微笑地看着我呢。

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot

myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay

more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try

to combine thoery to practice.

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

This is our school library . It s openfrom 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning

and from 1:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon . It s not verylarge . It has only

three assistants and about two thousand books . The assistants are friendly and

the books are interesting . So we often come here after class . From thelibrary

, you can borrow two books at a time , and keep them for two weeks . In its

reading room , there are tables and chairs . There you can do your homework or

read the magazines .

I have a big family, there are seven people in my family, my mon, dad, two grandpas, two grandmas and me. My dad is soldier, he works in police station. My mom works in the bank, she is an accountant. They both are very busy in working, I can only play with them in the weekend. My grandpas and grandmas dont work for company, but they are volunteers and often take me to do the voluntary labor.
