激动人心的时刻终于要来了，我们这帮兄弟集结在光明体育场后场，大家脸上满是自信，满是必胜的决心！

紧张的入场式后，场中彩旗飘飘

我们成功了！伴随着观众如雷般滚滚的经久不息的排山倒海的掌声，我们怀着难以抑制的心情快步退场。

结束了么？就这样结束了么？大家心中都满是不舍，都在怀疑。我们一个学期的努力，就在这短短几分钟内绚丽绽放！绽放的，是我们的汗水浇灌的青春之花；绽放的，是我们一个学期深深地，难以磨灭的情谊；绽放的，是属于我们的时代，属于我们的青春！

As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

with illness.

付出不一定会有收获，但不付出就一定没有收获。这证明了一句话：有付出就会有收获。助人为乐是付出，他人回报是收获；勤学苦练是付出，学习进步是收获；艰苦训练是付出，吸取经验是收获……

镜头一：别扭的动作

形体课上通常都会先做一些热身动作。扭屁股、夹臀、挺胸等动作对老生来说是不足为奇，而对我这个新生来说，实在是非常别扭。我怎么做怎么不到位，怎么做怎么不自在。我总是在想：这些动作真令人头疼，不做就没办法完成我的梦想——成为一个有气质的女孩，做了又觉得不自在，让我左右为难。经过我的一翻深思熟虑，决定为了我的目标，我必须认真、到位地做好每一个动作。

镜头二：痛苦的过程

课堂上，我最害怕的就是压韧带。我本身韧带就非常差，再遇上这种课程，练习的过程简直可以说是痛不欲生！我一手放在把杆上，另一手做出芭蕾舞蹈的手势向上伸。两只脚尖对准，肚子靠着大腿，脸贴在膝盖上，手指触碰脚尖。我连腿都拉不直，更不用说是往下趴。每当我疼到不行时，我都会想：为了完成我的梦想，我必须忍痛训练，做得更好。尽管我的脸已经痛得通红，我还是把脚放在把杆上伸直，压腿。每一天的进步鼓励着我，渐渐地，我不再感觉那么疼痛，反而感觉到一种欣慰，一股温暖……

镜头三：困难的练习

形体课的基本功就是，学会顶水这项困难的练习。我拿着一瓶矿泉水在头上摆弄着，凹凸不平的瓶底遇上我那光滑的头发，可以说是“水火不容”。我用右手扶住瓶身，让它能保持平衡，不倒下来。可每当我想放开时，它总缠着我不放，使我无法动弹。有几次，我想放弃，可心里总是有一股力量在对我说：“坚持就是胜利，有付出就会有收获！千万不要放弃，加油！”就是这股力量在为我加油鼓劲，让我勇敢面对困难。

有付出就会有收获，这句话成了我人生的动力，也是我迈向成功的起始点……
