这时，引来了俏蝴蝶美美、小蜜蜂陶陶、小小鸟皮皮前来观看这热闹的盛会。当503班从俏蝴蝶美美前面经过时，看到了我，美美兴奋地对小小鸟说：“陶陶，快看，这位就是传说中的立定跳动皇后，你不知道，她那优美一跳，有多完美！”“真的吗？我也好想亲眼目睹一下。”小小鸟听俏蝴蝶这么一说也想看呢。“今天上午就有立定跳远项目的，然然也会参加的，前几天我飞经过她们班级的时候听到的。你们就耐心的等待吧！”小小鸟在小树枝间蹦来跳去的向俏蝴蝶和小蜜蜂广播着她得到的消息。

“砰”的一声枪响，那边操场的跑道的运动员们象一匹匹脱缰的马儿，迅速地向终点冲去。这边标枪、铅球的比赛也同时拉开了，各班同学们都在为运动健儿们加油，呐喊声、助威声此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪，声浪里面装满了激情、盛满了快乐，跳上云朵，飞向蔚蓝的天空。仿佛要把这个消息，分享到世界的每一个角落。

“立定跳远项目就要开始了，快点，美美，陶陶。”小小鸟看到大屏幕上滚动播出的即将要进行的比赛项目中，看到了立定跳远将在5分钟后开赛，立马去把正沉浸在看标枪比赛中的美美和陶陶唤醒。

她们三个一起来到了立定跳远比赛的场地旁，远远的就看到我精神抖擞地走在运动员中间，不急不燥，淡定从容。“哇，好有范！”小蜜蜂率先开口道。“那当然喽，她可是学校里响当当的名人呢。”小小鸟翘起嘴巴说。“粉红色的上衣，黑粉相间的运动裤，好可爱的，跟我美美有的一比呢。”俏蝴蝶花痴地眼睛都快要眯成一条缝了。

裁判员带着他那可爱的小口哨也入场了，比赛将在3分钟后开始。此时，看到我弯弯腰，伸伸胳膊，压压腿，还时不时的在原地跳跃两下，原来她在做赛前热身呢。“美美，快看，然然为什么闭上眼睛，站着不动了。”小蜜蜂看着然然此时的情况，焦急地问着俏蝴蝶。“陶陶，你看不出来吗？然然那是在做深呼吸，她也会紧张的。她正在努力地让自己平静下来呢。其实，不管是谁，在比赛前肯定都会紧张的，关键要自己学会调整，才会在比赛时发挥出应有的水平。”俏蝴蝶耐心地给美美解释道。“是的，比赛前的自我调整很重要的。”小小鸟也迫不及待地插嘴进来说到。

Since I was at school, I have heard a lot about college. A boy near my

house is in college now, every time I meet him, I will ask him how he feels

坚持一个标准一把尺子，把握目标要求。做任何事情，都需要可遵循的标准和可对照的参考。开展主题教育，关键在于要明确根本任务，把握总要求，达到总目标。要守住“初心”，把实现人民对美好生活的向往贯穿于主题教育全过程各方面，引导全党牢固树立群众观点、践行群众路线，真正坚持以人民为中心;要锁定“中心”，紧扣深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想这个根本任务，推动全党深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想;要突出“重心”，贯彻新时代党的建设总要求，强化主题教育政治性、严肃性，提升党的先进性、纯洁性;要落脚实干，开展主题教育既可武装头脑，又能指导实践、推动工作，要将其同推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化结合起来，同“应对化解各种风险挑战、推动本地区本部门本单位的中心工作”结合起来，防止“两张皮”，通过干部大学习，推动工作大落实、事业大发展。

坚持一个主体一面镜子，发挥引领作用。古语有云：“以人为镜，可以明得失”。其实，党员干部作为单一个体，本身就是一面镜子，既能照人、亦能照己，利用好这面明镜，对于广大党员干部特别是领导干部抓好自身的教育至关重要。“子帅以正，熟敢不正。”开展主题教育，领导机关、领导干部首先要抓好自身的教育。领导机关要带好头，扛起主体责任，早思考、早谋划，在现有行之有效的学习教育体制机制和党员教育管理方式方法上固本创新求变，将开展主题教育的根本任务、总要求和总目标作为一以贯之的主旋律、主色调贯穿于思考谋划全过程，要在有条件的党组织中按照开展主题教育的要求，确定组织方式、教育内容和推进步奏，敢于第一个吃螃蟹，先行先试;最好的准备是思想上的准备，思想上准备好了，行动也就有支撑和力量了。领导干部对党中央开展主题教育的历史背景、现实意义、安排部署和目标要求都要先学一步，学深一层，做到思想上认得清，行动上跟得起，效果上稳得住。要坚决防止形式主义、官僚主义，杜绝开展主题教育与其他学习教育、与具体工作“两张皮”，杜绝口头上积极落实、行动上却灌铅难行，形式上热热闹闹、内容上空无一物。从抓“关键少数”破题，管住“绝大多数”，使全体党员干部都在初心驱使下，更好地履职尽责。

一天，我在家里做了一次饭。那天，我定下菜谱：鸡蛋炒饭。于是，我就立刻开始行动起来。

我先把一大碗米饭给端出来，放在锅旁，并从冰箱拿出一个鸡蛋，打碎，搅拌好，也放在旁边。接着，把火打开，倒上油，稍微一搅，再把米饭放进去，噼嚓，油象一只只小精灵一样跳来跳去，我也不停下，用铲子把米饭分开，炒热了，才把它们取出来。哇，热气腾腾的米饭啊!我在心里给自己竖起了大拇指。炒鸡蛋，是很重要的，我把碗里的蛋液拿起来，看了又看，深吸一大口气，把蛋液倒进去，迅速搅碎，该出锅了!我对已经过了四分钟的鸡蛋说。于是，我就把它铲出来，和米饭拌在一起，再在上面点缀上一些葱、黄瓜、胡萝卜和芝麻，这样才富有营养嘛!

As it locate far away from the city center ,the most prosperous place,you

may think the traffic is totally unconvenient,then you are wrong,instead of

where you want to go at any time.when it going to say about facilities and

faculites,i will say they are excellent and helpful.I cherish friendship and

like to make as many friends as i can and i found out that the students there

are have a heart of gold ,and are hospital.So,thats my university,it is not the

best one but i still love it .I can foresee that i will enjoiy my life on campus

from now.

Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. Many years ago, when the first computer came into being, many people

more fuel, people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for

waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public

transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands

together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way, our earth

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on.
