教案(Teaching Plan)是教师施教的课时计划或方案，是帮助教师有效地进行素质教育教学的依据。教案可以帮助教师有计划、有步骤地进行素质教育教学，充分利用课堂教学时间，高质量地完成教学任务。教案写得如何将直接影响教学效果的好坏。因此，在日常教学中，广大教师都非常注重写教案。那么写教案时应写什么呢?

一、写课题(Topic)和课型(Lesson Type)

课题相当于文章的标题，讲课时要首先告诉学生，并写在黑板上。因此要写得准确。课型是指该节课的讲授类型。初中英语的主要课型有：：新授课(New lesson)、巩固课(Reinforcement Lesson)、复习课(Revision Lesson)、语音课(Phonetic Lesson)、听力课(Listening Lesson)、听说课(Aural-Oral Lesson)、阅读课(Reading Lesson)、语法课(Grammar Lesson)等。不同的课型应用不同的授课方式或方法，只有确定了课型，才能选择有效的素质教育教学方法。

二、写教学目标(Teaching Objective)

教学目标是教案的核心内容，是教师施教的准绳。教学目标要符合大纲对教材的要求。由于教学目标要在课堂上展示给学生，让学生明确，所以写素质教育目标时，要力求简明扼要，浅显易懂，便于操作和检测，一般3~4个目标为宜。

三、写教学的重点(Main/focal Points)、难点(Difficult Points)和关键点(Key Points) 教学重点是课堂教学的主要任务;教学难点是师生顺利完成教学任务的障碍;素质教学关键是攻克教学难点的突破口。在教案中写清一节课的教学重点、难点和关键点，能提醒教师在讲课时注意突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键。

四、写教具(Teaching Tools)

课堂上需要什么教具要写清楚，如录音机、教材录音带、教学挂图、卡片、实物(或模型)、小黑板、刻印好的练习题、彩色粉笔、幻灯片等。

五、写教学过程(Teaching Procedure)

教学过程是教案的主要部分。写教学过程主要写以下几方面的内容：

1、 写教学环节。教学环节即教学任务是什么要写清楚，做到心中有数。目前有

些教师采用"三阶段六环节"教学模式，即：准备阶段(自由交流、复习检查)、讲练阶段(导入课程、分层操练)和发展阶段(巩固发展、布置作业)。

2、 写知识点和所用时间。写好知识点，教师使用教案时能一目了然，有的放矢。写好所用时间，能使教师从容掌握教学速度，合理安排每个教学环节所需的时间，充分利用课堂时间。

3、 写教师活动。不仅要写教师"教什么"，还要写出教师"怎样教"，即写清楚教师要教的内容，写出讲授这些内容的方法。写出课堂用语和各环节的过渡语。课堂用语要求简练、口语化，用学生已经学过的熟悉的、听得懂的英语来解释或表达新的教学内容。各环节之间的过渡语要自然流畅。写出使用教具的时机和方法，写板书内容等。

4、 写学生活动。写出学生学习的内容和学习方法，特别是怎样学应写清楚。不能简单地把学生活动写成听、读、思考、操练、做题等。

六、写课堂训练题(Exercises)

备课时精心设计的有针对性的随堂练习题和达标题要写在教案中。写清出示这些题的办法，如用小黑板、看刻印材料或学生已有材料等。写出这些题的答案和解题方法。

七、写课堂小结(Summing-up on Teaching)

课堂小结是教师帮助学生回顾和总结本节课的学习内容的重要环节。小结的方式和方法要在教案中写清楚，不论是教师引导学生总结，还是由教师归纳总结，都要注意把本节课的内容纳入知识系统之中，使学生在整体上把握知识。

八、写板书设计(Blackboard Designs)

板书是有声有色的教学语言，它具有直观性、形象性和启发性。因此，教师在课堂上要有计划地使用黑板，板书什么内容、写在什么位置、用什么颜色的粉笔等要在备课时设计好，并写在教案中。避免课堂上东写一个句子、西写一个短语、一会儿写、一会儿擦、一会儿擦了又写的板书混乱现象。好的板书能使讲课的内容系统化、结构化，有利于学生复习本节课的知识。

1、自由轻声读课文，想一想这个故事讲的是件什么事。(写古代一个人卖盾和矛，先夸盾好，什么也戳不破；又夸矛好，什么都能戳破。旁人问他：拿你的矛刺你的盾，怎么样?那人哑口无言)

2、请学生朗读“夸口”的语气。要求读得语气很夸张，把那种当众吆喝、自卖自夸的语气形象地读出来。

3、结合插图，以替换词语和句子的方式来理解、感悟“张口结舌”。将原句改成“那个楚国人------------------，回答不上来了”请学生填空。有进行一段话的描写的，如“那个楚国人急得满头大汗，看看自己的矛，又看看自己的盾，支支唔晤地傻了眼，最后什么也回答不上来。”也有学生是以替换词语的方式来进行的，他们会分别将“目瞪口呆”、“慌慌张张”、“哑口无言”、“吞吞吐吐”等词语放进原句来理解！这样，那个楚国人狼狈不堪的情景也充分表现出来了！“自相矛盾”这一寓意也就水落石出了！

China has the history of more than 5,000 years. Many foreign people are

attracted by this big old country. They come here and want to know about the

traditional culture. However, Chinese young people dont show much interest in

一次次的失败，一次次的总结，但每次结果却没什么大的变化。成绩的不见好转，说明我自己在思想上存在问题，所以当务之急并不是解决成绩，而是思想上的问题，因为这将关系到我一生的命运。

成绩问题的确很让人头疼，不过路是自己选的，问题也应由自己来承担，针对单科存在的问题还是应该系统的分析。

这次考试语文试卷得了104分，放在高一高二的确是个高分，但对于高三来说，语文110分以下的成绩都是低分。汉语作为母语，每个人在思想中都已形成了一种固定的模式，所以要人为的改变这种模式确实有点困难。语文卷总的来看，影响成绩的还是选择和作文，这就涉及到一些基础知识，基础知识丢分，我个人认为还是比较好弥补的。我还是很有信心在第二次月考中突破110分的~

数学自古以来就是文科生的弱科，但这个社会又是一个弱肉强食的社会，如果你不强，就注定被人吃掉。所以我还是选择无条件的提升数学成绩，针对此次考试，数学卷子综合来说还是比较简单，但因马虎未审清题意，所以丢了许多不该丢的分。此次数学考试，就我个人看来124分是正常分数，因为这124分都是基础分，最次也得过120分。上高三以来我的数学成绩一直是教室里最好的，但这次的失误令我十分懊悔，希望没有令数学老师失望，下次月考，我会拿回本属于我的东西。

英语常被中国人看作第二种语言，但在经济发达、国际交流日益频繁的今天，英语早已成为了中国的第二种母语。汉语、英语不过关，很难在社会上生存，此外还必须掌握日语或法语第二门语言。香港大学的面试更是以英语为沟通方式，由此可见，英语对于我们这些90后来说非常重要，必须无条件的学好英语。

政史地一直被人们视为小科，但自分文理以来，政史地就已占据了半片江山，想要考高分，政史地绝不能缺腿。可我现在还仅仅是拘泥于及格…首先在基础上我就很不过关，所以受题的难易程度影响很大。感觉基础上的问题是最好解决的，只要付出时间与努力就应得到相应的收获，但事实证明，并没我想得那么简单。上高中以来，欠下了太多的债，现在想一次性还清的确很不现实。现在我所能做的就是坚持，不屏弃。正如政治说的那样“做好量的积累，抓住时机，促成之变”。

已经在路上，就不要忘记出发时所说的话。是否还记得当初许下的承诺，是否还记得当初夸下的海口。做人应做到“无悔”，已经到了这步田地，结果怎样，已经不重要了，重要的是过程，我们到底为人生积累的多少的财富。从高考考场走出，是否敢对自己说“我无悔”，如果能，那就没有对不起这三年的努力，就不会给自己的人生留下遗憾。

教学过程一、谈话引入，出示主题同学们，你们是祖国的花朵，民族的未来，你们的生活多姿多彩，你们的生命灿烂，前途广阔，但是你们知道吗，在这个世界上却有一种东西令许多人痛不欲生，它令许多人丢掉了宝贵的生命，使无数家庭支离破碎，令人谈之色变，现如今，它也成为人类最严重的公害，它就是毒品，它不仅危害人民群众特别是广大青少年的身心健康，而且严重威胁着社会的稳定，影响着经济的发展和社会的进步。也许在座的有些同学会不以为然，认为此事与我无关，殊不知，近几年来，毒品已进入到了中小学生中间，并且每年都有大幅度上升的趋势。

为了增强你们抵御毒品的自制能力，今天，老师特意开展“远离毒品，珍爱生命”的主题班会。

二、了解毒品，认清危害

(一)什么是毒品毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品,(二)认识毒品常见的毒品有：鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因、摇头丸、止咳水，这些毒品长期吸食都会成瘾，对人体产生危害，而且容易感染疾病，服用过量，还会导致夭折。

(二)认清毒品的危害

1、毒品会毁人健康，一些中小学生，对毒品的危害一无所知，通过一些“有经验”的人的介绍对毒品产生好奇心理，抱着试一试的态度去吸食毒品，从而走上不归路。有一名初三年级的学生，身体很健康，学习也很好，为了能够考上一所好的高中，每天学习、复习到很晚，身体感觉很疲倦，就在这时，有人给他拿来了一点“白粉”，告诉他说，这是一种灵丹妙药，只要稍稍吸一点，就会精神百倍，让他试试，过后他的愿望会实现的。这个学生信以为真就吸了，结果，染上了毒瘾，学习一落千丈，身体也垮了，最终他没有走进理想的高中，而是进了戒毒所。

有一名年轻的医生，接触了很多的吸毒者，他对吸毒的人又憎恨又不解，在他看来，凡事都能戒掉，关键是有没有毅力。他决定以身试毒，为吸毒人作出“榜样”。没想到，他吸食毒品后，和他见到的那些吸毒人一样对毒品戒断不了，成了毒品的俘虏。

最后，他自杀了，留下一句话：“别学我!的确，好奇心往往为了“试一试”，这样的念头就是走吸毒不归路的开端。

2、毒品会让人倾家荡产，家破人亡一个人一旦吸毒成瘾，就会人格丧失，道德沦落，为购买毒品耗尽正当收入后，就会变卖家产，四处举债，倾家荡产，六亲不认，“烟瘾一来人似狼，卖儿买女不认娘”。家中只要有了一个吸毒者，从此全家就会永无宁日，就意味着这个家庭贫穷和充满矛盾的开始。妻离子散，家破人亡往往就是吸毒者家庭的结局。

一年轻男子，有一份好的工作，收入可观，他第一个在村里建起了别墅，够买了豪华轿车，在村里可谓是一名“亿元户”，他也是村里人奋斗的榜样。几年后，娶了妻子，生下可爱的女儿，他为有这样一个幸福的家庭而骄傲，在一次出差的途中，他结识了一个“哥们儿”，在“哥们儿“的诱导下，他开始吸食毒品，起初，他只是用兜里的钱，慢慢的，兜里没钱了，他就拿存折里的钱，存折里没钱了，就卖车子、卖房子，妻子看到他已无药可医，就带着孩子离开了他，这个人最后沦落街头，成了一名乞丐。

3、毒品会导致堕落、犯罪。

很多吸食毒品的人兜里都没有太多的钱，毒瘾发作让他们受不了，他们为了让自己舒服，就会想方设法赚钱，要么去骗、去抢，要么就是去偷，如果被人发现，还会杀人，自己走上犯罪的道路，三、远离毒品既然毒品这么害人，那作为学生的你们怎样才能远离毒品呢?我认为:1认识必须到位。2正确面对挫折。3学会拒绝诱惑。4对毒品的好奇心要不得。同学们，曾有人告诫吸毒者：

“吸进去的是白色粉末，吐出来的却是自己的生命。”面对毒品，江总书记指出：禁毒斗争是全民族的一件大事，关系到中华民族的兴亡。“禁绝毒品，功在当代，利在千秋”。为了我们的身心健康，社会的稳定，经济的发展和社会的进步，珍爱生命，远离毒品!让你我共同努力，为打造和谐社会，贡献自己的力量珍爱生命远离毒品主题班会一、班会目标通过学习让学生了解什么是毒品、它有什么危害，教育他们怎样自觉防范，远离毒品，塑造美好人生。

三、班会内容设计

1.什么是毒品?常见的和最主要的毒品有哪些?毒品-----根据〈中华人民共和国刑法〉第357条规定：毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉品和精神药品。

常见和最主要的毒品------鸦片、吗啡、海洛因、摇头丸、可卡因、大麻。

2.毒品的危害是什么?

(1)毒品毁人毁健康。

(2)毒品令人倾家荡产、家破人亡。

(3)吸毒导致堕落、犯罪。

(4)吸毒危害社会，成为世界公害3.班主任介绍案例“吸毒者的自述”4.防毒的五种措施(1)直截了当法----坚定直接地拒绝引诱。

(2)金蝉脱壳法----根据不同情况找借口委婉拒绝。

(3)主动出击法----立刻提出反建议。

(4)秘密报案法----寻找机会偷偷告诉你依赖的人，或者秘密拨打110报警，民警叔叔会迅速给予你帮助。

(5)及时告知师长法----当毒贩毒友逼你吸毒并威胁你时，一定不要被他们威吓住，要在第一时间告诉你的师长。

(四)讨论，交流体会。

1.了解了有关毒品的知识以及危害性，请同学们谈谈自己的感受。

2.让学生自由发言。

(五)让学生了解防毒的方法。

1.问：当有人向你提供毒品时，你会怎样做?(学生发言。)

2.防毒有五种措施：一是直接拒绝;二是找借口溜走;三是提出反意见或转移话题;四是秘密报案(偷偷告诉你依赖的人或拨打报警电话号110);五是当毒贩毒友逼你吸毒并威胁你时，要第一时间告诉你的师长。

I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. Duval, Armands father, came to her, pleading for her to leave Armand to save both Armands reputation and that of his younger innocent sister, Marguerite saw a way to become pure of heart, if not in body. She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. Sadly, she died in debt and basically alone, except for her one female friend, Julie Duprat, who helped her during her illness. She had her journal sent to Armand after her death, explaining why she had made the choices she had. I think Dumass last few lines about Marguerite being the exception, not the rule were quite true, and I also agreed with his view that while her lifestyle could not be condoned, we as a society assume that all of these type of women are cold and heartless, while this may not always be the case. As far as the other characters in the book, I think Marguerite was right in saying that no one truly cared about her, but only wanted something from her, the only exceptions being Armand and Julie Duprat.
