There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

我开始幻想着。四处全是海，我正端坐在一艘洁白无瑕的钓鱼小艇上与我的助手们一起整理着我的钓具，天气相当的好。太阳挂在蔚蓝无云的蓝天上，海面上有一丝丝微风。作为一个钓鱼迷的我怎能错过这大好风光呢。

据说，在这片海域里，有人曾见到了一条正在化龙的蛟蛇。而我的理想就是见到这条别样的生物。

经过了四个小时的长途跋涉，我们终于进入了三角洲最安全的“E”号区域。

我继续幻想着，慢慢的，我便没入了幻想的海洋——据可靠（不可靠）的资料记载，有日本渔民在三角洲附近捕鱼时发现水底忽现大面积金光，这道金光冲入了他的渔网中，由于力量过大，渔船翻了，渔夫后来被路人救起，身上多处被咬伤。金光疑似几十年前乔博士研发的一种变异鱼龙。

这一次我的目标便是抓住这只神秘莫测的生物……

我们把船停在了“E”区的这块小岛上，搜寻了一些食物与淡水后再回到了船才开始了我的捕龙大业。

我抓着那根陪伴我多年的冠军之竿，熟练沉着地和上了鱼饵，把鱼线上的黑色部分夹在手指间，再慢慢把线往后拉，当鱼竿的头被拉成一个大弧线时，忽然放手，让鱼饵带着鱼线随着我的理想一起“飞”了出去。我相信，我和我的助手们一定会再创钓鱼界的传奇，一定会获得更了不起的知识，一定会捕捉到传说中的“龙”（与理想）。

During these two years, we have seen many movies about the youth, the

directors try to remind people of their passed early days. Indeed, when people

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

苹果落在地上，在我们看来是再寻常不过的事，成熟的苹果掉下来砸着树下的人也是司空见惯的。但是这个平凡的苹果却不偏不倚地砸在了牛顿的头上，于是就砸出了奠定物理力学基础的三大力学定理—万有引力，被砸的牛人牛顿，为科学事业发展做出了卓越的贡献。

你能说牛顿是因为比我们多了份机遇，才有如此伟大的成就和创造吗?假如曾经有苹果砸着你头上，会是怎么样?你是抱怨今天真倒霉，是激发了自己的欲望去探究竟?还是赞叹苹果的味道怎么样?其实，上帝给每一个人的机遇是平等的，重要的是你是否用心去发现并珍惜它。理想是一块粗糙的石头，只有在雕刻家手中才能获得新生—雕刻成精美绝伦的宝物。而你和雕刻家遇到粗糙石头的概率是相同的，不同的是像牛顿这样的“雕刻家”拥有不竭的欲望探寻真理，因此才会有伟大的成果创造产生。

那么，理想和欲望到底有着怎样千丝万缕的联系呢?

伟大理想，需要不竭的欲望不断地吸引。

如果“我们头上的灿烂星空”是激发伟大理想的舞台，那么，“我们心中的飞天梦”则是实现我们理想的欲望“摇篮”。如帕斯卡尔所言：“理想成就于欲望”，的确，我们的一切理想都在欲望中，即使你只不过是强大自然下的一根芥草。如果我们没有这种强烈的精神欲望引领，那么，无论多少个苹果掉下来恐怕也不会砸出来“万有引力定律”的发现。无论人类是多么费劲心思的观察与学习，都难有一丝一毫科学的创造和伟大的进步。

欲望，吸引着人们去探寻和追逐，而实现理想;理想，需要欲望的牵引和探寻。相依相扶，共同成就了理想之梦的实现。

人的欲望与理想，犹如车之两轮，鸟之双翼。缺之一轮，车无法飞速前行;少之一翼，鸟无法振翅高翔。只有在欲望的牵引和驱使下，人们才能实现伟大的理想。

欲望是石，他能擦出理想的星星之火;理想是火，它会点燃希望之灯;欲望是灯，它能照亮前行的路;欲望是路，他能引导我们奋勇前行，寻找理想的圣地——精神的家园。

Everyone has his ideals. A businessman wishes to make greater profit; a farmer expects plumper harvests; a student tries to learn more and better.

However, one should be sensible about whether his ideal is well founded or not. If it is, one has to plan and work hard for its realization. Effort, skill and persistence are all necessary. And very often, one has to get help from others, including advice and support in one form or another.

My ideal is to become a doctor. It is said that the field of medicine is a well-paid profession, but I take it as a lofty profession entrusted with saving peoples lives. To realize my ideal I have concentrated on laboratory work to develop the analytical skills necessary to become a qualified doctor. Im sure Ill realize my ideal if I keep on striving for it.
