潘：迷人的花香迎来了甜甜的早晨。

陶：清新的春风轻拂着我们的面庞。

潘：春暖花开的四月让人心情舒畅。

齐：伴着和煦的春光，我们走进了四月，迎来了“世界卫生日”

陶：每年的4月7日是世界卫生日，世界各地的人们都要举行各种纪念活动，来强调健康对于劳动创造和幸福生活的重要性。

潘：世界卫生日，对我们来说可能很陌生，但他提倡的精神卫生对我们却十分重要。

陶：一个人，不但要身体强壮，没有生理上的疾病，还要在精神上积极向上，乐观开朗，这才算得上一个真正健康的人

潘：今天我们共同关注精神卫生和心理健康，一起感受沟通的重要性。

陶：是的。有了沟通，我们少年儿童才会得到理解和关爱，我们才能拥有健康的心理，才能健康地成长

潘：沟通实在太重要。如果沟通不畅，就好象是血管堵塞，其后果可想而知。

陶：这段时间我和妈妈也是沟通不畅，头都晕了。

潘：哦。你倒是说说，让同学们给你出出主意。

陶：好，那我就说说我和妈妈的故事(主持人退场，演员准备)。

a剧 陶(旁白)：时间，星期五下午刚放学，地点：小为家

一位同学(孔芝莹)约小为(李睿 )打排球，“小为走了，我们去对垫排球去。”小为刚想溜出门,被妈妈( 史一妤 )叫住:“怎么，又想出去!都什么时候了?作业都完成了吗?你眼里还有读书吗?”

“读书，读书!你想把我读成机器人啊!”小为一边说，一边回头对同学说，“别理她，我们走!”

妈妈一步冲了过去,对着那个同学叫道：“你也太坏了吧。自己不好好读书，还拉我们家小为!”

小为一听火了,砰地摔门而去。

潘：瞧你和你妈妈闹的，哪位同学来说一说小为和妈妈的矛盾冲突在哪里?

(倪冰沁同学发表一下个人观点：小为想去打球，妈妈认为应该以学习为重 等等)

陶：同学们，大家都来帮帮我，碰到这样的妈妈，你说我该怎么做?请谈谈你的看法。

(袁初琦同学适当评价：应该跟妈妈好好说，说清自己的作业完成情况、和同学去打球的时间安排，同时让妈妈知道锻炼身体一样重要。请家长们相信我们会安排好学习与锻炼等方面的关系。 等等)

潘：刚才，同学们都提了许多建议和做法，你觉得怎样?

陶：我觉得这些沟通的办法太好了，让我受益匪浅。

潘：那你下次就和妈妈好好沟通沟通。

陶：不用下次，现在就开始

潘：现在就开始?

妈妈：小为，今天作业都做完了?

小为：妈妈，老师布置的作业我学校里已经做了一半了。剩下的今天晚上我会继续完成的。下星期我们学校排球比赛，我和同学要多多练习，才能为班级争光。

妈妈(笑着说)：好的。学习和锻炼同样都很重要。你们自己注意安全。

小为和同学说：妈妈(阿姨再见) 小演员们退场

潘：瞧瞧，有了沟通，我们的想法做法得到了父母的理解和关爱。

陶：是呀，我们的爸爸妈妈，他们是那么的爱我们。

潘：下面请听诗朗诵《我的爸爸妈妈》

潘：让我们的梦想随着小船飘向远方。请听陈乐依同学和严康诺同学为我们带来的男女合唱《让我们荡起双浆》(ppt，音乐伴奏)

潘：美好的梦想总有实现的一天，为了自己的梦想，我们不仅要善于和家长沟通，还要在平时的生活中学会和同学老师沟通。

陶：我们班中有一位同学非常善于和同学老师沟通，她是老师的好帮手，是我们的好班长，是全班同学的榜样。

潘：下面就请小孟同学来讲讲她是怎样和同学老师沟通的。

小孟：

大家好，我知道有些同学或许会在学习中有过于别人发生过一些分岐，比如为一件小事，一道题目，有时还闹过别扭，所以，在这里，我要教大家几个善于沟通的好方法。

1. 当对方在发表自己的想法时，不要与他争吵，等他说完后，再说说自己的想法，针尖对麦芒的话，问题会越来越严重的。

2. 说到这里，我想到了我的小故事，又一次，我和一位同学，因为小事情产生了一些分岐让我们产生了误会，第二天，我来到学校想了想，我们都没错，只是缺少了一些沟通，然后，我向她道歉了。说声对不起，其实不困难。

3. 还有的是沟通要主动，如果你等别人来认错是有可能，可是中间那段时间你们两个人都会很不开心，所以，沟通要主动。

最后，我祝大家都学会沟通。 (等等)

潘：小孟同学真了不起，从她的身上让我们知道了不少怎样和同学老师沟通的方法和技巧。

陶：同学们你们想不想和大家分享一下你们生活中的沟通金点子呢?

① 可以把自己烦恼的事告诉自己的好朋友，三个臭皮匠顶个诸葛亮，有时候心情就会好起来 (崔书豪)

② 可以给父母留言，写个短信，让他们更加了解我们的真实想法 (沈逸)

③ 可以在饭后散散步，找话题和父母聊天。讲讲学校里发生的有趣的事情，交流自己正在看的课外书。 (朱慧琳)

潘：要学会和家长、老师、同学友好地交往，健康地与人沟通就能让我们更加快乐地成长。

陶：良好的沟通，能让我们建立起美好的家园，也会让我们营造一个温馨和谐的班集体。

潘：在班中我们不仅要学会真诚的对待他人，还要在他人需要时，热情的帮助别人。

陶：我们的生活需要真诚的沟通，我们的生活需要我们的热情付出。

潘：同学们，为了我们的幸福生活，让我们从现在开始，做一个善于沟通，用心沟通，健康沟通的好孩子。
