虽然明天就是除夕了，但是，我看着和妈妈一起精心挑选的一大堆烟花，心中似乎早已燃烧起一团火苗，蠢蠢欲动，忍不住想先过一把烟花瘾。

于是，我央求妈妈先放几个烟花，妈妈爽快地答应了。不过，她建议先少放一些，其他的留着明天除夕夜再放。

“放烟花喽！”我一边喊着，一边拿起打火机和烟花，跑了出去。我先点燃了“好日子”，刚离开，它就喷出了一束五彩斑斓的火花，在漆黑夜晚的衬托下显得那么灿烂。不到一分钟功夫，火花便熄灭了，夜晚又恢复了以往的宁静和黑暗。

我接着拿出“小金牛”。兴冲冲地点上火，它立刻一边旋转，一边向四周射出绚烂夺目的火花。不一会儿，像陀螺一样的“小金牛”火花越来越暗淡，转动速度越来越缓慢，直到完全熄灭。

《神舟七号》是我最喜欢看的一部电影，当我拿起名字为“神舟七号”的烟花时，心里那份期待自然是不用多说了。我迫不及待地点燃“神舟七号”，只见它真的像飞船一样，旋转着飞向天空，还朝下喷射一长串尾花呢！大约飞了十几米高，飞船“坠毁”了，真是既刺激又遗憾啊！

除夕之夜的头天晚上，满天飞的烟花让我感受到了过年的热闹气氛，明天的除夕夜肯定更热闹吧？真希望除夕夜早点来到啊！

无论过年过节，还是各类红白喜事，人们都喜欢以放烟花、燃爆竹等方式来进行庆祝祈福，以图吉利。但近年来，一些烈性爆竹引起的安全事故吸引了许多民众的眼球，北京、深圳等一线城市政府纷纷出台城区内全年严禁燃放烟花爆竹的规定。而长沙也在今年元旦出台了禁令——在中心城区限制燃放烟花爆竹。而百度百科上，甚至已经将其称为“习俗的弊端”。

作为春节的标志之一，有着2500多年历史的烟花爆竹为何会沦为如此下场？实际上，除开其潜在的对人身财产安全危险性不说，它们还有另一个危害——大气污染。步入21世纪，环境问题逐渐成为了我国最棘手的问题之一。近年来雾霾频繁笼罩我国许多城市，多地空气质量检测亮起红灯，城市人患呼吸道疾病人口显著增多……这些都与燃放烟花爆竹后产生的大量二氧化硫、悬浮颗粒污染物有着一定的干系。而这些因素也导致了烟花爆竹一步步被各地新规定“关进囚笼”。

今年大年初一早晨起来，拉开窗帘。我毫不惊讶的看到，长沙的天空还算洁净。打开窗户，闻一闻新年的空气，刺鼻的硝烟味比往年好了太多。可以看出来，在政府的限制、公益广告的呼吁下，燃放烟花爆竹的家庭少了些许。新闻网站报道了各地烟花爆竹销量逐年减少，记者也调查发现，市民年俗观念的改变、环保安全意识的提高等因素，是烟花爆竹销售量逐年减少的主要原因。

无独有偶，随着时代的发展进步，许许多多传统新年的习俗淡出了当代人的春节。腊八节喝腊八粥作腊八蒜；小年祭灶送灶王爷上天；贴窗花、画年画……甚至连近几十年才兴起的看春晚，也开始被互联网时代的各种APP、各种红包挤下主角的位置了。不难看出，我国千年流传下来部分习俗以及传统文化，在当今时代开始逐渐被淘汰、被遗忘。或许，传统新年正在渐行渐远……

可是，新年变了样，就会变味吗？答案自然是否定的。我们的春节，到底是为了什么？为的是难得聚齐的一大家子人能其乐融融的坐在一起。在外地读书的学生能回家与父母重聚，城市里挥洒血汗的民工能返乡捏捏孩子的脸蛋……在一起吃年夜饭，谈天谈地，谈谈这一年的收获、这一年的喜乐见闻，谈谈来年的理想、对未来日子的美好祝愿。一大家子人，感情在无形中升温。春节的真味，或许就融在那一年一次的团圆饭里。

时间在流逝，世界在变化。总有一天传统新年将被时光打磨成另一副模样。但春节永远将是中华民族文化的智慧和结晶，永远将凝聚着华夏儿女对未来的美好期盼和情感寄托。千万年，不会变。

传说中每到春节，鬼怪都会来骚扰人们，人们用烟花鞭炮来驱赶鬼怪，以求平安。虽然现在没有鬼怪了，但是春节放烟花鞭炮的传统习俗却被世世代代的留传下来。因而每逢春节，我们就放烟花鞭炮来欢庆春节!。因为城市禁止放烟花鞭炮，所以回老家过春节放烟花，是我最期待的事。今年也不例外，我们将回农村老家过新年，放烟花。

今年年二十八，我就急不可待地催爸爸妈妈赶快回老家过年，去看我亲爱的兄弟姐妹，还有我的奶奶

好不容易等到除夕日，一到傍晚，家家户户都贴好了对联，吃团圆饭。晚饭过后，我们点燃了五万响的大鞭炮，在“噼哩叭啦”的鞭炮声中，辞旧迎新。我们又拿出了各式各样的烟花：有正方形的，有长方形的，还有圆型的……，我和弟弟拿着圆型的烟花放在地上烧，一颗颗烟花像流星一样划过，又像樱花一样的飞出，照映在每个人喜气洋洋的脸上。我们又拿出像长棍子似的烟花，点燃，朝着天空放，抖了几下，烟花筒里连续发出几十发烟花，那烟花像一个个子弹“扑扑”地飞过去，上了天空后爆炸，像一朵朵美丽的花朵，有蓝的，有红的，有紫的，还有绿的……五彩缤纷，绚丽多彩，美丽极了。大家看啊，跳啊，叫喊着，欢喜着!!!

春节放烟花真好玩，真好看!!我爱过春节，我爱放烟花!!

为进一步加强烟花爆竹燃放安全管理，预防和减少因燃放烟花爆竹引发火灾、爆炸等事故的发生，降低燃放烟花爆竹对环境造成的各类污染，切实维护社会公共安全和人民群众生命财产安全，创造良好的工作、生产、生活环境，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》、《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》、《烟花爆竹安全与质量》(GB10631-201X)等法律法规、标准和《河北省人民zf办公厅关于印发河北省201X年春节期间烟花爆竹禁限放工作方案的通知》(办字〔201X〕16号)精神，现就我市201X年烟花爆竹禁限放的有关规定通告如下：

一、适用范围

本通告适用于海港区、山海关区、北戴河区3个城市区以及秦皇岛经济技术开发区和北戴河新区。各县人民zf根据本通告的规定，结合本地区实际，单独制定烟花爆竹禁限放政策。

举办焰火晚会及其他大型焰火燃放活动应依法取得公安部门许可，并在指定的时间、地点、范围内燃放。

二、允许燃放烟花爆竹的期间和时限

201x年2月18日(除夕)、2月19日(正月初一)全天，2月23日(正月初五)、3月5日(正月十五)每天7时至22时，可以燃放烟花爆竹，其他时间一律禁止燃放。省、市zf发布重污染天气III级及以上预警期间，预警区域内全面禁放。

三、禁止燃放烟花爆竹的区域、场所

在允许燃放烟花爆竹期间和时限内，以下区域、场所禁止燃放：

(一)火车站、汽车站、港口、飞机场等交通枢纽，公共停车场以及铁路线路安全保护区内;

(二)集贸市场、商场、超市、影(剧)院、大型文体活动场所、休闲娱乐场所、旅游景区、商业街(区)、公园、公共浴场及休疗单位、宾馆酒店的专用浴场等人员密集的公共场所;

(三)国家机关、繁华街道、交通主干道和居民小区;

(四)医疗机构、幼儿园、学校、敬(养)老院及其周围100米区域内;

(五)博物馆、图书馆、档案馆、文物保护单位及其周围100米区域内;

(六)广播电台、电视台、报社等重要新闻单位;

(七)电信、邮政、金融单位;

(八)重要军事、输(变)电设施安全保护区及架空电力、通信线路附近;

(九)加油(气)站、液化气供应站(点)、油(气)库等生产、存放易燃易爆物品单位以及有关法律法规明确规定禁止使用明火的场所及其周围100米区域内;

(十)山(树)林、草原、苗圃、较大绿化景观带(地)等重点防火区及周围100米区域内;

(十一)建筑工地，房屋楼顶、露台、阳台、楼梯、走廊、窗口及地下场所等区域;

(十二)设有外墙保温材料的建(构)筑物全部列入烟花爆竹禁放范围，其中属于消防安全重点单位的高层建(构)筑物及其周边60米范围内为禁放区域，其他10层以上或高于24米以上的建(构)筑物及其周边30米范围内为禁放区域;

(十三)消防救援难度较大的平房密集区域。

禁放区域、场所由产权单位或管理(使用)单位负责设置禁放标识;产权单位或管理(使用)单位不明确的，由乡镇人民zf、街道办事处组织设置禁放标识。产权单位和管理(使用)单位要派专人做好看护工作。

四、允许燃放烟花爆竹的种类及购买规定

个人允许燃放《烟花爆竹安全与质量》(GB10631-201X)规定的个人燃放类产品中的爆竹类、喷花类、旋转类、升空类(双响除外)、吐珠类、玩具类和组合烟花类的C、D级产品。禁止燃放A、B级专业燃放类产品;禁止燃放非法、超标、伪劣产品。

单位和个人应当从具有烟花爆竹零售许可证和营业执照的网点购买烟花爆竹。不得通过非法渠道购买烟花爆竹，不得购买禁止燃放的产品。

五、烟花爆竹燃放的规定

任何单位和个人都应当安全、正确、文明燃放烟花爆竹，并遵守下列规定：

(一)不得在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间内燃放;

(二)不得在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的区域、场所燃放;

(三)不得燃放禁止燃放的烟花爆竹;

(四)不得采取危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放;

(五)未成年人应当在监护人的看护下燃放;

(六)燃放前，应当认真阅读燃放说明和警示语并严格遵守。

六、烟花爆竹燃放管理

各县区人民zf(管委)、乡镇人民zf、街道办事处负责组织领导本辖区内的烟花爆竹禁限放工作。各村(居)委会、物业公司以及各机关、团体、企事业单位，在本级、本单位负责管理的区域内，设置禁放标识，划定燃放区域和范围，宣传烟花爆竹禁限放政策，教育、引导群众安全有序燃放烟花爆竹，制止违法违规燃放行为，对不听制止的，报告公安部门依法处理。任何人都应当自觉接受村(居)委会、本单位和物业公司的管理和监督。

公安部门负责烟花爆竹公共安全管理，依法查处违反烟花爆竹禁限放规定的违法违规行为。安监部门负责烟花爆竹经营环节的安全管理，严格零售网点设置，依法查处销售非法、超标、伪劣产品等违法违规销售行为。工商、质监、交通和供销等其他负有烟花爆竹监管职责的部门和单位，按照职责分工，配合做好烟花爆竹禁限放工作。环保、教育、城管、民政、卫生、广电、新闻出版、移动通信等部门和单位，要充分发挥职能优势，协助做好烟花爆竹禁限放工作。

七、法律责任

在禁止燃放烟花爆竹的时间、地点燃放烟花爆竹，或者以危害公共安全和人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹，或者未经许可举办焰火晚会以及其他大型焰火燃放活动的，由公安部门责令停止燃放，并依据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十二条的规定予以处罚;构成违反治安管理行为的，依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》有关规定给予治安管理处罚。

任何单位和个人有权劝阻、制止或向公安部门举报违法违规燃放烟花爆竹的行为。对举报的违法违规燃放烟花爆竹行为，一经查实，将给予举报者适当的奖励。举报电话：xx。

After the dinner, my brother and sister began to set off firecrackers and fireworks. The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for family gathering. And the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course, big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

春节是我最喜欢的节日，因为它是家人团聚的日子。春节也是一年中新的开始，它带给我希望和勇气。在春节这一天，我父母经常带我回老家。我的老家是一个小镇。我很多亲戚都搬到大城市去了，但是春节的时候我们经常回老家。团聚之时，我们相互分享各自的生活，互相关心。当然，大餐是少不了的。全家人一起准备丰盛的晚餐。他们都煮自己擅长的菜。所以，我们的晚餐总是很美味。我们通常在家一起待上三天，然后带着各自的祝福离开。我喜欢春节，因为我喜欢家人团聚。

My  plan  of  next  year

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of  a new year，I cant help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success.”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

But ，what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible.While，I will do my best to live up with what I have planned，and the result will prove it.
