我的祖国，有着丰厚的历史文化，从诗经到唐诗宋词，从诸子百家，到现代的道德思想，真的是博大精深，我们应该好好继承这些优良的文化，提倡道德建设，让文明礼貌围绕着身边的每一个人。因此，我要做一名有着优良道德，文明素质的人，去影响周围的人，让我们的人文环境越来越和谐，让我们的祖国处处充满了欢声笑语，让我们的生活，由衷的感到幸福！

我的祖国，地大物博，山川秀丽，风景独特。每当爸爸妈妈带我出门旅游，增长见识时，我都为有这么一个美丽的祖国而感到自豪。可是，现在，好多人不愿意保护我们的环境，甚至于破坏环境。因此，我要从小做一名志愿者，从我做起，从小事做起，保护环境，爱护环境。让我们的祖国，山更青，水更绿，污染降到最低，让我们每天都像生活在花园里一样。让我们的祖国越来越美丽！

这就是我的中国梦，我相信，通过我们一代又一代人的努力，我的中国梦会得到实现，我的祖国会成为世界上最强大，最富裕，最和谐，最美丽的国家！

Dream, is one of hope. Dream, is the persons ambitions. Have a dream, can in lifes lows to climb. Without dreams, like got lost in the vast sea of ships, as the wind and waves hit. But dream is that lost the compass, for you in the right direction.

Dream, is not out of reach, if you would only perseverance can achieve. There is no cant achieve, only lazy people. In fact, the dream is not necessarily for the first time is big, can first starts from the minor matter, did it, then slowly become great. All of us should have a dream, a dream will unconsciously to your dreams. Although, said dream more far more good, but, also cannot is nonsense.

Everyone has their own dreams, have their own ideal. We cant provisions of others is what, that is their own decision, we cant intervene, we also want to have a dream.

梦想，是人的希望之光。梦想，是人的远大目标。有了梦想，才能在人生的低谷往上爬。没有梦想的人，像是在茫茫大海中迷路的船只，任风吹，任浪打。而梦想却是那枚丢失的指南针，为你寻找正确的方向。

梦想，并非遥不可及，只要你肯坚持不懈都可以实现。没有不能实现的目标，只有好吃懒做的人。其实，梦想不一定第一次就要提的远大，可以先从小事做起，做到了，再慢慢变得远大。我们大家都应该有梦想，有了梦想自己就会不知不觉的向你的梦想努力。虽然，说梦想越远大越好，可是，也不能是无稽之谈。

每个人都有自己的梦想，都有自己的理想。我们不能规定他人的理想一定是什么，那是它们自己的决定，我们不能干涉，可我们自己也要有梦想。

梦想是一座高而险的山，只有，不懈奋斗，永不停息，才有可能登上最高最美的顶峰。

梦想是一只海燕。在心灵的海面上骄傲的翱翔。

让我们站在高峰上呐喊：“我的梦，中国梦!我的梦，中国梦!我要把它带给万古长青的草地，带给蔚蓝色的大海，带给万里无云的天空!我要坚持我的梦想，直到永远，永远……

Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

myself.
