1.书信

一般书信(包括请柬)包括五个部分：

(1)称呼。信纸第一行顶格写，后面加冒号。

(2)正文。第二行空两格写起，转行顶格。可有若干段落。

8.说明书

应用文为特定需要服务，受到明确的写作目的、专门的阅读对象、一定的使用场合等条件的制约，因此，行文要注重得体：既要准确表达意思，又要适合对方的心理情感，适应特定的人际关系，适应传递信息的环境条件和其他条件。遣词造句既要说得“明”，又要说得“雅”，因此，要学会正确使用一些习惯用语和少量惯用文言词语。

注意：

应用文较之一般记叙文、说明文和议论文，与生活、社会联系更紧密，格式、行文习惯更有规矩。我们无论使用哪种应用文，都必须按其各自规范化的约定俗成的格式来写，不能随意杜撰。
