Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor

studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild

giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that

made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant

panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not

true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and

they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the

policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is

increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it

is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the

nature.

Recently, “clearyour plate” campaign is more and more popular in society, which advocates saving against wasting. The campaign draws our attention to wasting on campus.Some students are noticed to throw away a lot of food in the canteen. As is often the case, some lights are still on with nobody in classrooms. What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. As far as Iam concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here’re my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. Secondly, relevant rules and regulations are supposed to be made to punish those who waste things. Most importantly, we should form the habit of saving from now. Nowadays, more and more people realize the harm of smoking and the damage

it bring to the people around us. Considered the health of people themseves and

the one they care, many smokers try their best to give up smoking. When quiting

smoking, I have some suggestions. First of all, people should have strong will

on giving up smoking. Personal determination is the most important factor. When

feeling eager to smoke, people should think about the damage of smoking and the

people they love. And then they can strengthen their will not to smoke.

Secondly, sweep away all the cigarette around. They can’t find any cigarette

when they want to smoke. And then after a while, their wants for smoke will

reduce gradually. Last but not least, prepare some candies in the pocket, when

一天我吃完饭就回到房间，看我最喜欢的西游记，顿时书里出现了一个龙卷风，把我吸了进去。

2020年的寒假过得格外漫长，因为疫情的影响，我们不能如期开学，不能出门游玩，只能待在家里看着窗外的春天。

窗外满满都是春天的气息。阳光明媚，春风柔柔，杜鹃花、樱花、海棠花、迎春花竞相开放。透过窗户，我看到了熟悉的寥廓山上高高的靖宁宝塔，让我想起了去年的春天里那美好的一天……

记得那是一个周末，那天清晨，我比闹钟起得早，满怀欣喜与激动。因为，可敬可爱的王老师要带领我们全班小朋友去爬寥廓山了。我早早地我来洗漱、吃早点，催促妈妈快点出门。那一刻真恨不得自己有一双翅膀，一下子就可以飞到寥廓山。

到了山脚集合地点，一下子就看到了王老师和小伙伴们。我们听从老师的指挥，排着整齐的队伍，个个脸上洋溢着快乐幸福的笑容。我们一边说笑一边登山。因为小伙伴们太开心、太兴奋了，明明是上山，居然都不觉得累，一个比一个跑得快。我们很快就到了靖宁宝塔前，大家坐下来休息，大口地呼吸着春天清新的空气，还在靖宁宝塔前来了一个大合影，照片上大家都笑得合不拢嘴，别提多高兴了!随后，我们拿出各自带的零食、水果，我尝尝你的，你尝尝我的，相互分享，一起快乐。

休息片刻，我们个个又元气满满，继续出发。可是，大循环的路好远，我们当中有些人渐渐地开始有些走不动了，这时，到了一片平地上，王老师见我们累了，就让我们原地休息休息。休息的时候，王老师建议大家做个游戏，一听玩游戏，小伙伴们又都来劲了，刚刚的疲惫仿佛一下子就跑到九霄云外去了。我们和家长们一起围成一个大圆圈，我们玩起了丢手绢的游戏，玩了一轮又一轮，怎么玩都不厌烦，怎么玩都不觉得累。

开心的时间总是过得那么快，很快就到午饭时间了，我们得准备下山了。王老师招呼着小朋友们在家长的陪伴下安全有序地下山。一次愉快的郊游就结束了。现在我回想起来还觉得非常开心、非常快乐。期待着疫情赶紧过去，期待着我们的下一次集体郊游。

holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people

expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and

desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. Besides, for

those people who would not go out, it’s a good time to have a good rest as well.

Therefore, the national day means a lot to the Chinese.

快乐的暑假到了，我有点无聊，听同学说夏令营很好玩，我就对老妈说：“妈，我想去夏令营玩，给我报一个呗”。

“好啊，我找一个给你，出去锻炼一下也好。”老妈笑嘻嘻地说。

没多久，老妈就安排好了一切。那天出发了，老妈把我送到了动车站就回去了，我跟一位老师坐了好久的动车，终于到了目的地。天哪!这哪里是旅行啊!这里明明是军训嘛!原来老妈说的什么10公里拉练是指这个，而且还要在这待7天，我突然有点后悔了。

第二天大清早，营地里来了一位教官，他简单地介绍了自己，然后很仔细地开始教我们叠被子，整理内务，打扫卫生，好多我以前在家里都没有做过的事，都在这里要一一学会。我内心被一种苦涩填得满满的，但能学会这些，心里也很高兴。

之后，教官带着我们这个班去攀岩。到了攀岩场，我看那墙不是很高，心想觉得应该挺简单的。教官教了我们动作后，就让我们一个个轮着爬。到我爬了，刚开始几步我爬得很快，但到了第6个石头的时候，我突然找不到下一个石头了。往下一瞧，发现我已经站在很高的地方了，吓得我趴在那儿，一动也不敢动。这时底下的同学们一起给我喊加油，我心里平静了一点。我鼓起了勇气，不再往下看，咬咬牙，自己寻找下一个落脚点，终于爬到顶上。站在顶峰，我突然发现自己能干了许多。第二次攀爬，我不再畏惧，勇敢向上。

后面几天，我们还学习了站军姿，唱军歌，战术匍匐等等，都给我留下成长的印记，特别是十公里拉练，让我至今难忘。一开始拉练，感觉越走越远，越走越累，好几次都想趴下休息，但一想到男子汉就应该勇于接受挑战，最后都坚持下来了。

这7天的军训让我体会到离开家的滋味，也体会到真正军人是多么的不容易。回家的时候，妈妈很心疼我晒得这么黑，但我却跟妈妈说这是健康的肤色，我相信我能让妈妈看到我这几天的收获，并为我感到骄傲。

坚持才是胜利，胜利就有收获，我的暑假我做主。

Shopping online is most people’s choice today, but it has disadvantages. First,

the products will be not in good quality, people can’t touch the products, they

only can see the pictures, so they can’t figure out the real products’ quality.

Second, when people pay the money online, they will have the chance to leak out

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.
