live in flats.We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends.In

the center of Haimen,there are many shops.You can buy some nice things

here.Things in most shops arent expensive.You can pay a little money and they

are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big

trees and nice flowers.The roads are also very clean.They make people happy and

comfortable.The seasons here are very nice.I like autumn best.Its neither hot

nor cold.A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing,then fly

away.And yellow leaves of autumn,which have no songs,just fall there with a

sign.” Its very cool.

I love Haimen.Its a nice place to live.Welcome to my hometown.

I went to my new house to my room. It is very big and beatiful. I will use

a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase. I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet

on it, I really liked them, because my favorite color is blue. But my desk was

brown. In fact, I like brown, too. And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.

They were cute, really eute. I loved them very much.

Today is December 24, is a traditional day to sweep the dust. Home for cleaning, of course, for me, I will act with my father and mother, and do a lot of work.

Most of the work is done before, today the most main is to rub the lamp. I help my father moved to the ladder, the ladder is quite heavy, still stand in the corner, I had a lot of strength to move it out, this want to stand up to wipe, tried out of reach, is still a little afraid. 今天是腊月二十四，是传统的扫尘的日子。这天，自然，家里要进行大扫除了，我呢，也就和爸爸妈妈一起行动，干了不少的活儿。

大部分活儿之前都干完了，今天最主要的就是擦灯。我帮爸爸搬来梯子，梯子挺沉，还立在角落里，我费了好多劲儿才把它挪出来，本想自己站上去擦，试了试够不着，还有点害怕。结果就还是爸爸在上面掸尘，摘灯罩，我在下面接着。顺便再清洗抹布，再把它们传给爸爸。

灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

Hello, Im Sally. I get up at seven oclock.I have some bread and an egg

for breakfast. I study English an hour after breakfast. I play with my dolls at

half past nine. Theres a good cartoon at ten oclock.I like it very much.In the

aftemoon, I go to play table tennis with my dad.

I made a decision today. Becuase I often lose my confidence, I decide tell myself ‘go’ in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will make me confident. Thus, I can do things I want bravely. Now, I will say, ‘Keep going’.

Today， I still went to my mother’s office。 My mother was very busy， so was my father。 They always live in Beijing。 They must get up early。 Because they will manage the factory。 So I know they are very laborious。 So I should save my money。 Also I should help them。 Although I can’t do something useful， but I think I should share the work with them。 I am one of my family member。 In the future， I will take a job and work。 It’ time for me to begin to learn how to work。

I have rested for a week。 I began to feel bored。 So I went out with my friends。 They are my best friends in the middle school。 We didn’t go to someplace special。 We just saw the other。 We had lunch together。 While we were having lunch， we were still talking about the new school and new friends。 Yes! A year later， we have grown riper。 And we learned much more things and got new life。 We haven’t enough time to play， to waste and to lose the way。 We only have two years。 Two years to go， we will get the real life which belongs to us。

年06月12日星期日天气：晴

五一劳动节的那天，爸爸妈妈带我去杭州do都城玩。

在一个漂亮的市民中心里面，我走进do都城的大门，看见了里面有建筑工地，邮局，航空中心，魔术学校，百货店等等。像一个热闹的大城市。

我先去体验了一下航海学校，学开大轮船，刚开始的时候，我非常紧张，随着老师耐心的讲解，我慢慢地放松下来了，等到开船了，哇!这感觉真好啊!后来我又去当了一回医生，带上了白帽子，穿上了白大挂，拿着体温计测我的心跳，还在老师的指导下帮人家小朋友看病，妈妈说我真象一个小医生。

中午，我去玩我最喜欢的消防队，在那里等了一个半小时才轮到我。我穿好消防队的衣服，带好头盔，就听队长讲解消防的知识。听队长细细一讲之后，我就知道怎么灭火了。正在讲课的时候，突然传来了一声警报说：旁边的大楼“着火”了。我们连忙拿起高压水枪坐着车去火灾现场灭“火”。灭完了火，我觉得像玩水枪一样很好玩。

最后我又当了一回警察，阿姨交给我一个任务，叫我们轮流站岗。不一会儿，阿姨走过来对我们说：“两个人一组到do城的各个角落去找一只蓝色的包。时间到了，可是我们还没有找到那只包，只好回家了。到了傍晚，我已经赚了118元do都币，我想以后有机会，我还要来玩航空中心，环卫所，救援学习，我觉得好玩极了!

五一小长假可以做很多的事情噢!比如打扫卫生、出去游玩、走亲戚……五一节那天，风和日丽、万里无云。我和爸爸、妈妈一家三口开着车去外婆家。我在窗户上张望着行人们。有在游乐场玩的，有去老家的，还有的在路上打扫卫生的。

路上一帆风顺，我们来到了外婆家。外婆家门前有一条小溪，溪流时而宽，时而窄，时而缓，时而急，溪声也时时变换调子。小溪还是那么的恬静。它总是那样静静地、缓缓地流淌着。偶尔，它也会溅起一朵小小的浪花，但仍然是静静的，缓缓的。

我一进门口，一阵微风吹过，花香扑鼻而来。我问妈妈：“这是什么花香?”“这是杜鹃花的花香。”妈妈说。姐姐说：“我们去放风筝吧!”“好啊好啊!”我和妹妹不约而同地说。

我们来到了一块空地，这里空无一人。姐姐问：“谁先来放?”“我先来，"我争先恐后地说。我开始放风筝了，我拿起风筝放，一边跑一边放线，跑累了，我才慢慢放下脚步，风筝也慢慢地掉落下来。姐姐和妹妹哈哈大笑着，我的第一次放飞以失败告终。第二次，我拿起风筝飞一下再跑起来，姐姐说：“跑慢点，小心石头绊倒。"我回头看，一不小心就绊了一跤，风筝也慢慢地滑落下来，她们又笑了。第二次又失败了。第三次，我拿起风筝就跑，稍微跑得快一点的时候我就放，一阵微风吹来，风筝好像在天空中问好。我停下来，把线放出来，一阵大风吹来，我把线放得越来越长，风筝好像比云朵飞得还要高。风筝越飞越高，越飞越远。有很多小朋友看见我们在放风筝，他们也跟着来了。渐渐的，天空上五颜六色，正在争奇斗艳呢!不信，你看!天上的风筝有蜻蜓、蝴蝶、老鹰……

这个五一节过得特别开心，我希望下次的五一还会比这次的更好玩。

How to have a healthy body? First of all, you have to play sports like

playing basketball and running. You should also eat more fruits and vegetables,

such as apples and bananas, which are rich in vitamins. If you do that, you

wont get sick often. And you can not stay up late, to early to bed and early to

rise, you should speak hygiene, clean themselves, often to drink lots of water

every day, not to eat junk food, and so on are conducive to a healthy body, the

most important thing is to pay attention to safety.

怎样拥有一个健康的身体?首先你必须经常运动比如打篮球，跑步。你还要多吃蔬菜水果，例如苹果，香蕉，它们含有丰富的维生素。如果这样做，你就不会经常得病。并且你不可以熬夜，要早睡早起，你要讲卫生，经常清洁自己，每天要喝很多水，不能吃垃圾食品等等都利于身体健康，最重要的是注意安全。

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

My favorite season is summer. It’s hot in summer. There is a summer

vacation in summer. I don’t go to school. I think many children like this

season, because they can eat ice-cream and go swimming. I can go swimming.

Sometimes I go to the beach with my parents. Sometimes I go to the swimming pool

with my friends. I usually visit many places in summer vacation.

As we all know, summer is the most annoying sounds of cicadas, especially in the mountain village, on a hot day, almost every minute have this annoying noise everywhere.

And I was miserable, and less than one meter beside my yard, there is a large sycamore tree, every morning to 9:00 1-8 began singing, and until 10 pm to 11 pm, in the morning it good learning time are they mix up.

One day, a male cicada actually broke into my house and started we did not know, but it will give us a call with a big reaction. So the family have come to this only know, looking for a long time only to find that it actually hid behind the refrigerator, put it to my father caught it and threw it outside. Surprisingly, it flew back, no way, it can only be caught out again because it sounds really annoying, victims we wasted so much time.

Now everyone should know the sounds of cicadas and more tired of it!

大家都知道，夏天最烦人的就是知了的叫声了，尤其是在山村里，在大热天里，几乎每分每秒都有这烦人的噪音，无处不在．

而我就更惨了，我家院子旁不到一米处，就有一棵大梧桐树，每天早上一到８到９点就开始唧唧喳喳的唱起歌来了，直到晚上10到11点，早上很好的学习时间都被它们搅和了．

有一天，一只雄知了竟然闯进了我家，开始我们并不知道，但是它一叫就使我们有了大反应．于是全家都来找这只知了，找了很长时间才发现它竟躲在冰箱后面，爸爸就把它给抓出来，扔到外面．出人意料的是它又飞回来了，没办法，只能又把它抓出去，因为它的叫声实在让人烦，害的我们浪费了这么多时间．

现在大家应该知道知了的叫声该多烦了吧！

It is Childrens Day todany. My parents and I went to thenearby park for

celebrations. I was enjoying the programs when Ithought of my disabled classmate

Li Xin. It is not easy for her to come out.

After consulting with my parents, we went to Li Xins home and took her to

trhe park .We bought four colored balloons,on which we wrote:Cel-ebrating

ChildrensDay. We had lunch together. After ghat, I sent her back home .Both Li

Xin and I gad a happy time today.

Last Sunday my classmates and I went to Xiangshan Park.

上周日我和我的同学去了香山公园。

We met at 7 oclock at the school gate. The weather in Beijing that day was great. At around 8 oclock, we arrived at Xiangshan Park. There is a high tree on the bottom of the hill. We had a party and played games under the tree. Then we climbed to the top of Xiangshan Mountain. It was not very difficult for us to do it. Next, we had lunch at the top of the hill. Life is full of ups and downs. Success always comes along with failure.

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

how to start of a simple diary, though it’s a piece of cake for me long long

ago. I have never lose faith in my ability of studying English even though I

fails now and them. But now I do because my diaries hold no promise. I don’t

know what I keep diaries for. I can’t come with any conclusions.

Maybe success prows out of struggle to overcome difficulties. Cheer up, may

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

I love holidays,because during holidays ,I can do everything I like,and

study something new.Now the summer holidays is coming,Im going to do something

meaningful.

I like English,I spell words well,but I can not speak English very well.So

I want to improve my English in the holiday.I will read English every moring,and

then I think my English must be improved. I will also learn to swim.I think it
