我是中南大学一名普通的本科生，想提一些关于本科生教学的推荐。我觉得：教务部门的老师们就应走出办公室，来到学生的课堂和学生一齐听课，以到达督促讲师们提高教学水平的目的。

为什么这么说呢?因为我觉得，如果一个学生成绩不好，那他自身必须存在原因的，但是，个别老师的授课水平实在太差也是原因之一。

我以前就遇到过样两种让我感到很无奈的老师：一种是普通话说得很糟糕的老师。一个课堂，几十人，几乎就没有人能听懂老师在讲什么，于是该科目只好自学(事实上，那门课程全班的成绩都比较糟糕)。虽然中南大学有教授务必参加本科生教育的规定，但是我真的觉得，对于一个年纪比较大的老师来说，要想改变自己的口音、练出标准一点的普通话确实很难。我觉得这些老师可能更适合搞科研、带实验。

第二种是“PPT老师”：上课就开始念PPT，念到下课结束，完全和学生没有互动，真的没有到达课堂教学应有的目的。其实这还算好的，最近遇到一位老师，他连自己PPT上的资料都不熟悉：一次，他看到不会的地方，还要底下的学生提示才搞明白。这真的是教学态度出现问题了。

但是教得好的老师还是有的：比如化工院主讲《物理化学》的向阳老师，讲课能够用一板一眼来形容，条理十分清楚明白，坐在下面一听就会!还有讲《生理学》的罗老师，也是讲课的条理十分清楚，感觉课上的十分充实。(强烈推荐校长给这样的老师加工资!)

所以我觉得，主管教务的领导真的就应走出办公室，来到课堂中，来亲身体验一下老师们的教学工作做得怎样样，督促那些讲课水平差强人意的老师想办法提高自己的授课水平。我觉得，对于中南大学这样的“985”“211”副部级重点高校，更就应把自己的水平体此刻日常点点滴滴的教学之中，让学生们从中受益。

我是您的一名学生，在小学的最后一年里，您将和我们一同度过。您是一个给我留下最深印象的老师。您每天都不辞辛苦，不辞劳累的工作着，每天都要给我们灌输着知识的营养，就像一位辛勤的园丁一样，浇灌着祖国的花朵。您教导我们应该怎样做人，告诉我们什么是对的，什么是错的。您从早到晚不停地忙碌着。上课时，有一些同学非常淘气，总是在课堂上说话，搞小动作，您还要仔细，认真地给他们讲道理，去教育他们，去引导他们，让他们成为上课时遵守课堂纪律的好学生，没有听会的课程还要再给讲一遍。同学们遇到不会的问题时，您也会耐心地给他们讲解。我是一个不爱举手发言的学生，就是因为这样，老师就总是提问我问题，让我提高学习成绩和口语才能，这样我的语文成绩才上升。以前我上课时总是溜号，但是经过老师的细心教导，我改掉了这个坏习惯，并且做一个上课专心听讲的学生。每一次考试，班里的成绩都很好，一直都在取得优异的成绩，在年组中名列前茅。这与您对我们的教育是分不开的。

it has been a long time since i wrote the last letter. nowdays, people

write letters less and less, instead, they make a call or send a sms. however,

it is still a good way for us to communicate with each other by sending a

letter

its my honour to get the chance to write to you. "approachable" is my

first impression of you, because you always keeps smiling. students may fear the

teachers that are serious both in and out of class. smile makes a teacher

popular with his students, you are a teacher of this very kind.

you always arrive at the classroom ahead of any of the students, from which

we could imply that you are a diligent man with regular habit. before the class,

you like to talk to us, at this very time, you are more a friend than a teacher.

to be honest, i was surprised in the first class when i learned a teacher at

your age could speak english insuch a fluent way.(i didnt mean you are old,

youre young at heart.) moreover, you know well how to keep your class

attractive. youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the

whole class without a pause. i always appreciated your ideas and enjoyed

listening to you. in your class, i learned not only the writing skills but also

the presentation skills as well as much knowledge of other areas. thanks for

your excellent teaching.

ive got some suggestions for you. it seems that we students have got few

chances to participate in discussion during the class time. most of the time, we

are listening. seldom did we express our own ideas. i suggest that teachers

should interact with students more frequently in the class. besides, id like to

practice writing more, so would you please leave us more assignments?

今天是九月十日，是教师节，是一个特殊的日子。在教师节里。我们都会送给老师一个珍贵的礼物，我也不例外，我要用一张纸画一幅漂亮的贺卡送给老师。

记得那一次，我的一次数学考试因为粗心，没有认真审题而考砸了，老师您居然没有批评我，而是和我一起找出错误的原因，耐心地讲解，使我的成绩有了更大的进步，我心里感激您，在数学上我一定会多做练习，勤检查，一定彻底改掉粗心大意的毛病。上课时要注意听讲，把学习全面提高，改掉心不在焉的坏毛病。

俗话说得好：“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针。”我一定会在各科上下功夫，绝不会辜负老师、家长对我的期望，做一个德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的学生。

今天我终于有机会写这封酝酿已久的信了，真是千言万语，不知从何说起。

我想念同学，想念老师，想念课堂，想念我们共处的每时每刻，真的非常非常地想念。

病床上的日子是那么的寂寞、无奈而难熬，虽然也曾抱怨高三生活的紧张和繁重，可它毕竟是那么充实和珍贵，我多么希望自己不仅是同学们的朋友，也可以是并肩作战的战友，在我的同学为了自己的目标，为了自己的理想努力奋斗，顽强拼搏的时候，厄运无情的降落在我的身上，使我不得不提前退场，离开曾带给我那么多快乐和温暖的队伍，老天爷没有给我好好珍惜那段共处时光的机会，我真的感到无比的遗憾!我多么希望自己可以马上回到你们身边，而不是这样虚度我的青春岁月!

在我即将迎来20岁的时候，命运跟我开了一个让所有关心我的人都无法承受的玩笑!从来不曾体会等待会是如此一个漫长而又惊心动魂的过程，两天之内，我验了六次血，做了两次骨穿，我不怕痛，甚至是期盼着他们来抽我的血，抽我的骨髓，一天之内转三家医院，医生惊讶的眼神，父母凝重的表情，“血液科、重症病区”七个触目惊心的字，不祥的感觉压得我喘不过气来!我只想快一点知道结果，我还没过19岁啊，老天怎能对我如此残忍!在医生面前，我干涸的眼神看起来坚强无比，因为我不想向病魔示弱，可在家人面前，我眼角的狂澜早已将内心的恐惧泄露无疑，只是默契让我们绝口不提!虽然明知大局已定，但只要还有一线希望，我们都绝不放弃祈祷奇迹的出现。

老师你好：

老师是我生活中的一部分，是您分担了我学习上的快乐和忧愁，吕老师我一直相对您说，又说不出口，我就借此机会告诉你。

从一年级到五年级，您一直是我们的班主任。一年级，我从那充满欢声笑语的幼儿园走进了这安静的一年级一班教室。见到了大家亲切而又甜蜜的笑脸，不一会儿，您来了，我还记得你穿的一身朴实的衣服走进了教室，然后对大家问好、介绍自己，也让同学们介绍自己。从那时起，我这单纯的心灵就知道你是一位温柔体贴的老师。

经过了一年的学习，我成功地升到了二年级，这一年我感到学习是多么的愉快和轻松。不过这二年级就有了随之而来的变化了。您的态度变严格了，作业加量了，就连我们的副课业减少了。当时我以为吕老师真小气我们想玩都不行，看到别的班级每次体育课都可以高兴地我们只能坐在板凳上呆目的听着老师讲课，直到铃声响了我们才能开始十分钟的短暂活动。不过这次期末考试让我知道了我的想法是错误的，别的班级分数都是在90到92之内而我们班呢，远远领先，品均分94，这一切都是吕老师您为我们的付出，用其他的课来为我们讲解知识，不是您我们就没有如此的成绩。

几年过去，我们依然对您十分敬爱，到现在我们已经是五年级的大哥哥了，虽然我们接下去要去初中部了，我们的学习也不是您来指导了，您现在就像我们的衣食父母一样教育我们、关爱我们，我们对您给我们的如此多的爱感激不尽，是您把我们从什么都不懂的小屁孩培养成了指导如何善待大家的小伙子，离别就代表我们再次的相遇。
