归根到底，塑化剂的来源还是因为某些人利欲熏心而引起的。为了钱而不顾别人的生命，这正是人性的弱点所在。

再说“一滴香”。“一滴香”早在一年前就曝光过。“使用一滴香，清水变浓汤”成了当时的流行语。一滴香含有许多化学物质，使用少量就能使菜或躺异常鲜美，但对人的危害也是非常大的。

3、2010年3月30日上午，湖北十堰张湾区东风公司46厂大门右侧的小博士幼儿园突发儿童食物中毒事件。截至3月31日，已有135人出现中毒症状，包括儿童128名，教职工7人，其中10名儿童症状较重。当地卫生部门诊断为亚硝酸盐食物中毒。

2、植物性和动物性食物中毒：如河豚、贝类及鱼类引起的有毒动物引起的中毒以及由毒蘑菇，豆角，毒蕈、含氰甙植物及棉子油的游离棉酚等有毒植物引起的中毒。

3、化学性食物中毒：重金属、亚硝酸盐及农药中毒等。被农药污染的蔬菜、水果，受有毒藻类污染的海产贝类等。

五、日常生活中如何加强食品安全意识

1、养成良好的卫生习惯。饭前便后要洗手，防止病从口入。比如说，手上沾有致病菌，再去拿食物，污染了的食物就会进入消化道，就会引发细菌性食物中毒。

2、不到没有卫生许可证的小摊贩处购买食物。

3、选择新鲜和安全的食品。购买食品时，要注意查看是否有腐败变质。要查看其生产日期、保质期。不能买过期食品和没有厂名厂址的产品。

4、食品在食用前要彻底清洁。生吃瓜果要洗净。瓜果蔬菜在生长过程中不仅会沾染病菌、病毒、寄生虫卵，还有残留的农药、杀虫剂等，如果不清洗干净，不仅可能染上疾病，还可能造成农药中毒。菜豆和豆浆含有皂甙等毒素，不彻底加热会引起中毒。

5、尽量不吃剩饭菜。如需食用，应彻底加热。剩饭菜，剩的甜点心、牛奶等都是细菌的良好培养基，不彻底加热会引起细菌性食物中毒。
