我在想，如果，每一种食品都能试吃的话，那该多好，不仅知道食品的质量，还可以试吃呢!如果还有退货期限，24小时内如果发现质量问题并给与证据可以退款那该多好!如果每一个商家都能以诚信为德的话，不销售不合格产品，如果为了利益这样的话，伤害的不仅是别人，也是自己。也希望一些商家不要再去模仿别人的产品了，这样子多没有公德心啊!

食品安全是关系国计民生的大事，在学校直接关系到广大师生的身体健康和生命安全。为了提高学校师生参与食品安全的意识，普及食品安全科学知识。根据咸宁市教育局《关于开展2008年“食品安全进校园专题教育活动的通知》精神和要求，我校于2008年9月25日至10月25日在全校开展了食品安全教育月活动。经精心组织，开展了形式多样、内容丰富的食品安全宣传教育活动，掀起了全校师生广泛参与的食品安全教育活动高潮，取得了显著成效。具体总结如下：

一、学校领导高度重视，精心组织，方案周密，提高了全校师生对开展“食品安全进校园”活动重要意义的认识，认真制定计划、任务落实到人、责任到位，确保了活动顺利开展。

二、在活动月期间，我们学校做到了“三个一“，即：上一节食品安全为主要内容的《健康教育》课;召开一次食品安全主题班会;办一期以食品安全为主题的《卫生与健康》宣传拦。

二、学校开展“食品安全进校园”活动期间，通过在校门、教学楼、饭堂、宿舍、小卖部等区域悬挂横幅、张贴标语，宣传食品安全知识，营造“保障食品安全，建设和谐校园”的良好氛围。

三、活动开展期间，每天中午在校园广播中利用15分钟时间，向广大师生宣传食品安全，并鼓励大家积极主动投稿，提供食品安全等相关知识，得到了广大师生的广泛参与。

四、通过开设健康教育课、“生活中的食品安全”专题讲座、宣传栏等多种形式，向广大师生介绍相关的食品安全知识，如：《如何识别真假商品》、《如何做到健康饮食》、《各种有色食物对补充微量元素的特效》、土豆变绿不能吃、豆荚半生吃了中毒等知识，组织学生进行了一次食品安全常识的全面宣传教育大会，引导学生科学饮食。

五、学校进一步加强了食堂、小卖部、师生饮用水的卫生安全管理，严格把好源头食品卫生安全关。主要采取如下几点措施：一是把好食堂食品采购关，五类食品采购要有国家规定的“QS”标志食品并有供应方“三证”复印件;肉类、蔬菜要定点采购并且索证。二是要求食堂工作人员必须搞好食品卫生工作，饭菜要弄熟;要坚守岗位，做好防蝇、防鼠、防投毒等工作。三是要求和监管小卖部销售的点心、面包、冷饮类食品要有供货方的“三证”复印件，严禁向学生出售过期及“三无”食品。四是学校自备水源和二次供水的水池注意做好消毒，龙头设备完好无损，并定期清洗消毒。五是学校制出表格，对食堂、小卖部的食品卫生状况进行检查，并将每天的检查结果记录在表格里。校长和后勤负责人根据检查记录情况，发现问题，及时召集当事人开会，进行有效整改。六是通过宣传教育、监督管理，禁止学生乱吃乱喝。

通过食品安全宣传教育月活动，普及了食品安全科普知识，增强了师生的自我保护意识、健康意识和维权意识，全校上下，形成了人人关注、支持、参与食品安全的良好氛围。

近几年来，由于关于食品安全的事件层出不穷，食品安全问题已经成为人们关注的焦点之一。这些事件暴露了我国食品安全的监督和管理存在着各种各样的问题。下面就我就几个方面来讲讲加强食品安全性的几项措施：

一、强化源头管理

近年来我国食品产业发展快速，对经济增长的贡献率逐年加大，但同时由于准入门槛低等原因，大量食品企业规模小、分布散、集约化程度不高，自身质量安全管理能力较低。庞大的食品生产消费量、众多的生产经营者，再加之食品安全监管体制机制还不健全，这些我国食品安全基础薄弱的最大制约因素。要从根源上解决食品安全问题，首先应建立从农场到餐桌全过程的产业链监控体系，无论是蔬菜还是肉食，只要是食品范畴都应该列入监控范围之内。从生产资料如水、土壤、饲料开始，就应该加强监控，不能等到进入市场时再检测。

二、建立信用档案加大教育宣传

近年来发生的一系列食品安全事件凸显了我国食品行业的信用缺失问题，信用缺失已经成为制约我国食品行业健康发展的重要因素。为此政府应建立完善的食品安全信用档案，真正在全社会建立产品源头可追溯、去向可追踪、信息可存储、产品可召回、查有线索、找有依据的良性运行机制。同时，完善食品安全宣传教育机制，加大食品安全宣传教育力度。当前公众的食品安全防范意识、法制观念并未有大的加强，教育是食品安全防御措施的基本环节。社会应形成一种氛围，使食品的生产者、经营者、消费者兼具食品安全的支持者、维护者和创造者三重身份，从而降低监管成本，提高监管效力。

三、整合监管机构

我国食品安全管理分别由食品药品监管、农业、商务、卫生、质监、工商等多部门实施分段管理，可能出现“多头分散、衔接不紧”的状况。因此应该进一步理顺食品安全管理体制，由一个部门为主实施“综合性、专业化、成体系”的监管。不论食品哪个环节出现问题，都会追究该部门的责任，从而避免监管缺位或者职责交叉、责任不清，最大限度地堵住监管漏洞。

四、加大执法力度

在我国，之所以出现接连不断的食品安全事件，与法律对违法者的惩罚力度是有关系的。当企业违法时，中国法律对其的处罚是：消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款10倍的赔偿金。这种标准的处罚丝毫不能威慑到企业。一些违法食品生产商就是因为“过低的违法成本”，才敢生产“问题食品”。因此，要对食品安全违法犯罪活动始终保持严厉打击的高压态势，违反法律法规的要从严惩处。

我们经常在商店里、街边都看到了许多好吃美味的食品，可是，这些食品，我们都要给它们打个大大的“问号”。

在路边，有的人在卖羊肉串。香喷喷的味道四溢飘香，自然会吸引路过的人来买。一串串羊肉，看上去美味，但是那真的是羊肉吗？或许有的人会说，吃起来的味道像极了羊肉，那一定是羊肉。对！没错，有的羊肉是真实的，但另外一些羊肉呢？是用老鼠肉做成的！而且还是死老鼠肉！有的商家为了利益，什么都不顾。羊肉很贵，他们不舍得买，只能用死老鼠肉来代替啊！

食品安全非常重要。记得有一次，我喝了一瓶纯牛奶，没喝之前还好，但喝完之后，上吐下泻，整个人都非常不舒服。后来才知道，原来那瓶纯牛奶，早已经坏掉了，而且上面的生产日期和保质期被商家给改掉了！不仔细一看，还真看不出来！

小孩子们喜欢吃鸡肉，而导致他们身体发育生长出现问题。比如肯德基，那里面的鸡，虽然吃起来又香又脆，但是那些鸡却全都被打了激素，而被打完激素的鸡，当然是肥肥胖胖的。小孩子一旦吃下去，就会对身体发育生长造成严重的危害。

学校门口的小卖部，里面卖的辣条，只要五毛钱。而它之所以很便宜，因为它是“三无产品”，很不卫生，是用皮筋和死老鼠皮做的，味道虽然很香，但是我们吃下去以后，会得胃病的！

我们吃的水果，也有一些是不安全的。你看，苹果的外皮光滑滑的，红彤彤的，你说明苹果被抹上了一层腊！你瞧，草莓长得又大又红，那说明它被喷上了膨大剂！你望，龙眼刚摘下来没有一条虫子，那说明龙眼被打了农药！水果都被商家给添加了对我们身体有害的东西，看来，加强防范意识、自我安全健康保护意识是不可缺少的啊！
