一、推算方法

四六级准考证号一共由15位组成：

1、前5位是学校代码

2、第6位是学校的校区代码

3、第7-8位是考试年份

上半年是第1次，下半年是第2次，那么2014年12月就是2。

5、第10位是四六级类别，四级是1，六级是2。

6、第11-13位是考场号

比如你在100考场的，那就是100，14考场的就是014。

7、第14-15位是座位号。

今天是个阳光灿烂的日子，怀揣着对医学的梦想，我步入了医科大学这个神圣的殿堂，开始了崭新又令人期待的大学生活。

所以，现在的我们要自己管好自己，自己规划自己美好的大学生活，并自己保证今后能够笑着谈起自己的大学生活。

大学的第二个特点就是有更多的时间和空间，大学中绝不会有从早上5点出宿舍上课直到晚上10点才回去休息的情况;也不会因为喜欢看《红楼梦》但怕被老师发现而东躲西藏的事情，更重要的是，在大学里有各种各样的活动等着你去参加和体验，而这些在高中都被视为纯属浪费时间的事情。其实，从这些事情中我们也能学到许多知识——课本里并没有的知识，学到许多经验或是教训，学到大学的丰富多彩……

所以，我认为，比知识更重要的是能力，而能力地培养需要一个过程，大学则是这样一个很好的过程。

小学的六年转眼就过去了，告别了母校，告别了朝夕相处的同学和和蔼可亲的老师，心里总是觉得有点依依不舍的感觉，可是我们来到了一个新的环境是不是会更开心呢?

记得大一刚入学时，面对那么一张张陌生而亲切的面孔，我是那样的羞涩却倍感温暖。大学新生，是那样懵懂青涩，对一切都好奇不已。初见代理班主任，诧异不已地暗道：“这么年轻，好像才比我大那么两三岁，就当大学老师啦，真了不得！不知道他们教的是哪门课程？”后来得知，原来他们和我们一样都是学生，只不过是两年之后的我罢了。教的是大学入门课程，教我们要注意哪些问题，如何让自己的大学生活过得更充实更丰富，亦师亦友地陪着我们一路过来。

大学只是人生的另一个起点，谁都不知道谁的过去。过去的你是否优秀、是否惹人爱，没人在乎。你说了别人也不了解。新生都是出生的牛犊，什么都敢闯都要试。学生会、记者团、各个学生社团，宣传单满天飞。感兴趣的尽管去试，不感兴趣的就撇一边，不甚了解的就全宿舍组团去试，到头来那个组织录用了就到哪去。因为甲流被迫取消的军训，让我同其他人一样兴奋不已。殊不知，那将会成为人生中的一大遗憾。想想那时的我真是幼稚。

大学第一节课，很让人期待。很认真的预习了，一节课下来发现大学老师讲课竟是那样随意辽阔，不再需要盯着书本看，也用不着手忙脚乱的抄笔记。老师所讲的知识远超过课本的印刷体字。大学老师大多很有个性，讲课就像在聊天却又胜似聊天，又仿佛是在表演一般生动引人。但也不免会遇到几位很古典的老师，讲课犹如催眠。尽管如此，我也还是会规规矩矩到位，大一大抵都是这般循规蹈矩。

大一课很少，自由支配的时间多得总让人空虚得很。为了打发时间，整个宿舍集体出动，将桂林市的大街小巷摸个遍。六人一行，顾不得路人灼热的目光，肆意谈笑，好不痛快。每逢节假日，便穿梭于各个大小公园，到最后听到公园两字都会怕。大学第一次期考是最让人紧张的，老师上课随意惯了，从不按书出牌，只好找上一届的师兄师姐取经。资料不管有没有用，照样一叠一叠地复印，人手一份。尽管前辈们都已告知考试易过，战战兢兢地背熟了还是止不住的惶恐。最后结果证明了大学考试确实无需太过紧张。就这样，大一结束了。

大二有了大一的基础后踏实多了，也圆滑多了。在迎接新生时，望着那一张张与当初的自己同样青涩而满怀期待的面孔，心里满是欣慰与怜惜。想当年，我也是这么过来的。如今作为老生的我，在耐心地为他们引路，热心地帮他们整理行李想，细心地为他们讲解注意事项。闲聊中时不时插一两句“当初我也是这样过来的”“没关系，慢慢就会习惯了”“有需要的话可以到宿舍找我”。大一时不绝于耳的话语如今也从我口中发出。相信一年之后他们也会这样脱口而出。

偶尔偷一下懒，无聊的课程总会逃那么一两节。大二是最忙碌的，课程多，社团活动也多，各种等级考试也很多，常常忙得晕头转向的。一个星期本还有那么两天可以小憩，不是奉献给了党就是被计算机二级培训课程占据了。连续不断的培训课程，一坐就是一天，想不晕都难啊！天天都在忙，到底在忙些什么自己也说不清楚。普通话二甲、英语四级、六级、计算机一级、二级等等各种证书握在手里，才知道大二其实也不是瞎忙。大二也就这么走过来了。

转眼已是大三的我，回望过去的一幕幕恍如昨日那样清晰深刻。仿佛只是弹指一瞬，却不知不觉地过了两年。又是一批新生入学，操场上、校道上，到处都是迷彩服在移动。大片大片的，在炽热的阳光下是那样耀眼鲜活。一阵高过一阵的集训声在诺大的校园里飘荡着。望着他们被汗水尽头的衣衫，晒黑得发光的脸蛋，突然间很是羡慕，但更多的是遗憾。大学就那么一次的军训都错过了，实在可惜。舍友却一脸不屑：“有什么好可惜的，没事找那罪受干啥！”我只能苦笑，望望那片迷彩心想：“真的是在受罪吗？”

大三已是老油条了，对什么事也都提不起当初的新鲜感和勇气了。想起舍友的那句话：“我想早恋，却发现自己已经老了！”看着每天擦肩而过的青涩面孔，突然觉得自己真的已经老了。再没有大一时的冲动易怒了，心经过两年的沉淀也已安稳了不少。如今课程少了，听课也不如以前那样上心了。又感觉到自己尚无什么技艺在身就与舍友一同去参加兴趣班学埙，每天下了课就在宿舍里练上半个小时。也怪难为舍友们那么淡定，每日都要忍受那么一段时间的噪音干扰。

大三最多的就是感慨，感慨时光已逝，感慨之前的无知。大一是在闲暇中度过的，大二是在忙碌中度过的，大三则是在感慨中度过的。青葱岁月就这样无声无息的流逝了。我的大学生活如今已过了四分之三，剩下的四分之一，我会好好珍惜，珍惜着人生中最美好的时光。

今天吃完饭后，我坐在沙发上，对我的大学生活展开了无限的想象。

我，幻想到了我们的校园：东边是许多同学向往的游戏地方，几个阳光大男孩在操场是玩耍，你追我赶；西边是学校里生意葱茏的竹林，翠色x流的绿色让人神清气爽，；南边是我们学校知识的地方，朗朗的读书声从教室里传来；北面是敞开的学校大门，上面“长”了许多“尖刺”，为的是不让小偷轻易进入。

After class I play with my classmates. We skip rope, play cards and ball and so on. I spend a lot of time doing my homework. After lunch we have to do Kumon. When I finish, I play Pingpong with my friends. Then I spend some time reading my English notes. At six o’clock I have my evening class. Then I have my evening snack at twenty past seven. After that, I have some free time. At eight o’clock, I go to bed. This is a day in the school. Mum, you always tell me “Happiness is very important in our life.” So I want to be happy every day. To begin with, psychological class helps students out of bad situation. In college, students have lots of pressure mainly from study, the future job seeking and emotion. Once students have such kind of problem, they will become introverted and are reluctant to say it out. This bad situation lasts for a certain period of time and goes worse, that is, students tend to take their own life. If colleges supply students with psychological class, the situation would be very different. As long as students have pressure they can hardly bear, they will go for help from their psychological teacher who will offer some helpful advice to them.

首先，心理课程能够帮助学生摆脱坏情况。在大学里，学生的压力主要来自学业压力，未来的求职压力以及情感压力。一旦学生有这些方面的问题，他们会变得越来越内向，也不愿把他们心里的想法说出来。这种状况持续一段时间后会变得更糟糕，学生可能选择自杀的方式来得到解脱。如果大学给学生提供心里课，那么这样的情况会有所 改善。只要出现一些学生无法承受的压力时，如果学生向心里老师寻求帮助，学生会得到一些能够缓解压力的好建议。

Moreover, psychological class helps students to clarify their career goal. It is investigated that as many as 80% of collegians have no clear plan for their career and they don’t know what to do when they graduate. However, psychological class will help students to find what they want and guide them to make plans for their future career.

再次，心理课能帮让学生有更清晰的职业规划。据调查，大约有80%的大学生在毕业的时候并没有清晰的职业规划，并且也不知道他们自己能做哪种工作。但是，心理课能够让学生更加清楚他们想要什么，指导他们制定未来的职业规划。

All in all, college should open psychological class to help solve students’ pressure and also guide them to a better career plan.
