中国每年使用塑料快餐盒达40亿个，方便面碗5—7亿个，一次性筷子数十亿双，这些占生活垃圾的8—15%。生活垃圾中有30%—40%可以回收利用，垃圾资源化潜力随着生活水平和经济的发展也不断增长。在垃圾成分中，金属、纸类、塑料、玻璃被视为可直接回收利用的资源，占垃圾总量的42.9%，可直接回收利用率不低于33%。一吨易拉罐熔化后能结成一吨很好的铝块，可少采20吨铝矿;1吨废塑料可回炼600公斤的柴油;回收1500吨废纸，可免于砍伐用于生产1200吨纸的林木……而且，垃圾中的其他物质也能转化为资源，如食品、草木和织物可以堆肥，生产有机肥料;垃圾焚烧可以发电、供热或制冷;砖瓦、灰土可以加工成建材等等。所以说垃圾山可以变成金山。各种固体废弃物混合在一起是垃圾，分选开就是资源。如果能充分挖掘回收生活垃圾中蕴含的资源潜力，就可以获得很乐观的经济效益，而且同时还保护了环境、节约了资源。

可见，消费环节产生的垃圾如果及时进行分类，回收再利用是解决垃圾问题的最好途径，所欲要珍惜这些小本大利的资源。这样不但符合科学绿色发展的要求，而且可实现资源的循环与可持续发展，利于经济，社会与坏境的和谐稳定。所以，我们提倡要把垃圾分类，让我们的家园恢复往日的生机。

上个学期，我们班按照学校关于开展垃圾分类活动有关要求，积极在开展垃圾分类活动，并将活动分为策划、安排、实施、完善四个阶段，使我们在综合协调、组织实施等各方面的能力有了一定的提高，跟重要的是既保护了环境，又节约了资源。下面我简单谈一下我在此次活动中的一些做法与感受。

那时最要紧的问题就是垃圾筒和垃圾桶上的标识的问题，我们班有很多多余的垃圾桶，所以垃圾桶的问题很容易就解决了，就剩垃圾桶上标识的问题了，考虑到班里的宣传部的同学有经验，我就委托他们负责设计并制作了垃圾分类标识，尽管做的不是十分完美，但在当时的情况下，我认为更重要的是按计划时间完成标识，尽快实施垃圾分类才是当务之急，至于更完美的标识我决定在完善环节中再下功夫，于是我们将就标识贴在了垃圾桶规定位置上。

下来，重点讲一下最主要的实施环节，在此之前，我原以为这会很简单，同学们都能够按照垃圾桶上的标识来投放垃圾，可是结果却不然，很多人还是会放混，我当时还以为这个活动刚开始大家还不适应，意识还不太强，过一段时间就会好了，可三天过去了，还有同学们依然乱放垃圾，我很纠结：这到底是为什么呢?专管垃圾分类的几位带头人物都置之不理。直到班主任发现这个问题并强调一定要积极配合垃圾分类工作后才得以解决。

从这个垃圾分类的活动中，我不仅增强了垃圾分类和环保的意识还让我明白了一个道理：组织任何群体性活动都要做好宣传，这样才能使其他人都了解这件事，并积极配合这项工作，这样才会把这件事做好。

清明节将至，对于清明节大家都是相当熟悉的，但是或许有不少人不清楚清明节的来历和过节的习俗，现在小编就带大家了解一下我们这个中国的传统节日——清明节吧。

清明节在每年公历的4月4日或5日，为二十四节气之一，在仲春与暮春之交，也就是冬至后的108天。此时太阳到达黄经15度。在二十四个节气中，既是节气又是中国传统节日的只有清明节。清明节，又称扫坟节、鬼节、冥节，与七月十五中元节及十月十五下元节合称三冥节，都与祭祀鬼神有关，是最重要的祭祀节日，是祭祖和扫墓的日子。清明节是一个祭祀祖先的节日，传统活动为扫墓。2008年清明节被确立为国家法定节假日。2006年5月20日，该民俗节日经国务院批准列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。清明节是我国民间重要的传统节日，是重要的八个节日：上元、清明、立夏、端午、中元、中秋、冬至和除夕之一。

清明节的由来与传说

我国传统的清明节大约始于周代，距今已有二千五百多年的历史。清明最开始是一个很重要的节气，清明一到，气温升高，正是春耕春种的大好时节，故有“清明前后，种瓜种豆”。“植树造林，莫过清明”的农谚。后来，由于清明与寒食的日子接近，而寒食是民间禁火扫墓的日子，渐渐的，寒食与清明就合二为一了，而寒食既成为清明的别称，也变成为清明时节的一个习俗，清明之日不动烟火，只吃凉的食品。

关于寒食，有这样一个传说：

相传春秋战国时代，晋献公的妃子骊姬为了让自己的儿子奚齐继位，就设毒计谋害太子申生，申生被逼自杀。申生的弟弟重耳，为了躲避祸害，流亡出走。在流亡期间，重耳受尽了屈辱。原来跟着他一道出奔的臣子，大多陆陆续续地各奔出路去了。只剩下少数几个忠心耿耿的人，一直追随着他。其中一人叫介子推。有一次，重耳饿晕了过去。介子推为了救重耳，从自己腿上割下了一块肉，用火烤熟了就送给重耳吃。十九年后，重耳回国做了君主，就是著名春秋五霸之一晋文公。

晋文公执政后，对那些和他同甘共苦的臣子大加封赏，唯独忘了介子推。有人在晋文公面前为介子推叫屈。晋文公猛然忆起旧事，心中有愧，马上差人去请介子推上朝受赏封官。可是，差人去了几趟，介子推不来。晋文公只好亲去请。可是，当晋文公来到介子推家时，只见大门紧闭。介子推不愿见他，已经背着老母躲进了绵山(今山西介休县东南)。晋文公便让他的御林军上绵山搜索，没有找到。于是，有人出了个主意说，不如放火烧山，三面点火，留下一方，大火起时介子推会自己走出来的。晋文公乃下令举火烧山，孰料大火烧了三天三夜，大火熄灭后，终究不见介子推出来。上山一看，介子推母子俩抱着一棵烧焦的大柳树已经死了。晋文公望着介子推的尸体哭拜一阵，然后安葬遗体，发现介子推脊梁堵着个柳树树洞，洞里好象有什么东西。掏出一看，原来是片衣襟，上面题了一首血诗：

割肉奉君尽丹心，但愿主公常清明。

柳下作鬼终不见，强似伴君作谏臣。

倘若主公心有我，忆我之时常自省。

臣在九泉心无愧，勤政清明复清明。

晋文公将血书藏入袖中。然后把介子推和他的母亲分别安葬在那棵烧焦的大柳树下。为了纪念介子推，晋文公下令把绵山改为“介山”，在山上建立祠堂，并把放火烧山的这一天定为寒食节，晓谕全国，每年这天禁忌烟火，只吃寒食。

走时，他伐了一段烧焦的柳木，到宫中做了双木屐，每天望着它叹道：“悲哉足下。”“足下”是古人下级对上级或同辈之间相互尊敬的称呼，据说就是来源于此。

第二年，晋文公领着群臣，素服徒步登山祭奠，表示哀悼。行至坟前，只见那棵老柳树死树复活，绿枝千条，随风飘舞。晋文公望着复活的老柳树，像看见了介子推一样。他敬重地走到跟前，珍爱地掐了一下枝，编了一个圈儿戴在头上。祭扫后，晋文公把复活的老柳树赐名为“清明柳”，又把这天定为清明节。

以后，晋文公常把血书袖在身边，作为鞭策自己执政的座佑铭。他勤政清明，励精图治，把国家治理得很好。

此后，晋国的百姓得以安居乐业，对有功不居、不图富贵的介子推非常怀念。每逢他死的那天，大家禁止烟火来表示纪念。还用面粉和着枣泥，捏成燕子的模样，用杨柳条串起来，插在门上，召唤他的灵魂，这东西叫“之推燕”(介子推亦作介之推)。此后，寒食、清明成了全国百姓的隆重节日。每逢寒食，人们即不生火做饭，只吃冷食。在北方，老百姓只吃事先做好的冷食如枣饼、麦糕等;在南方，则多为青团和糯米糖藕。每届清明，人们把柳条编成圈儿戴在头上，把柳条枝插在房前屋后，以示怀念。

又是一年清明节，我们早早的坐着车回了老家，买好了黄表纸和纸钱，来到了祖坟。

来的祖坟后，我发现这里的风景很美，犹如人间仙境一般：在祖坟前的一片片土地上，种满了绿油油的麦苗，在坟头与坟头之间的土地上长满了嫩汪汪的枸杞苗，在对面河畔上，一丛丛金灿灿的油菜花显得生机盎然，显示出了春天的生机勃勃。

趁着用棍子拨纸钱的空，我仔仔细细地打量了一下我们的祖坟，发现有一些坟由于长时间没有人添，已经差不多没有踪迹了，只有一个略微高出地面一点的小土坡表示它还存在，而爸爸现在的工作就是在给这些坟添土，希望以后谁要是来了，没有什么事情，有空闲的时间，可以给这些坟添一添土，算是积一点德。
