新疆老年病医院的心脑血管专家祝跃湖提醒中老年人，电脑屏幕的辐射会导致各种眼科疾病，长时间上网更易促发心脑血管疾病，还有关节酸痛、耳鸣头晕等症状，长时间憋尿，还会导致尿毒症。他建议，中老年人上网了解信息和娱乐是可以的，但要有节制，应尽量避免刺激惊险的内容，最好远离网络游戏。

时代在改变，在不断发展的新时代不断地涌现新的事物，对于一个从古至今经历沧海桑田都挺过来的人类，对于新的事物接受能力非常强，电子游戏就是其一。

在当今社会，多数青少年在接触网络后，运用的如鱼得水，他们不是在用网络做正事，而是去玩游戏。

利：在某一种程度上说，适当的去玩游戏可以缓解紧张的心情，锻炼自己的思维能力，丰富我们的业余生活，但是在双刃剑的影响下，总是弊大于利。

弊：玩电子游戏会使学业荒废，上课总是集中不了精力，这是大量玩游戏，入迷的结果。

玩太多游戏总是会让玩游戏的人上课“灵魂出窍”魂不守舍的去想玩游戏的场面，几乎是无法自拔，沉醉在自己的游戏世界中，学习下降，玩物丧志，本来很有前途的学生就葬送在自己的手中，有些处于发育期的青少年，上课去想游戏，放学去玩游戏玩久了，对自己的发育都不好，对自己的作业敷衍了事导致自己的大脑不经常使用，就用在游戏上变得愚钝。

有些人为了玩游戏，家中也许有父母管教就会饿自己去攒钱玩游戏，不仅抑制身体发育也容易得胃病。

玩游戏玩久了对自己的眼睛也有害处，长时间的过度使用眼睛就会损害自己的视力，导致晶状体聚焦光线离视网膜越来越远，变成近视眼。也就是“四眼”。

有些时候，玩游戏家长不支持或者家庭经济条件不予许，有些人就会去干一些偷鸡摸狗的事，有了资金他们就会去网吧一类的场所，一般不满18岁的青少年网吧是不予开放的，但是有些商家做没良心的买卖，在这种场所极易结识不良人员，为了所谓的英雄豪气拉帮结伙的干违法事，一次得手就有第二次，没有被管教发现就会越做越大没入歧途沾染不良习气：吸烟，喝酒上不良会所......

所谓吸烟的下一步就是吸毒，一旦沾染，就是倾家荡产的结果被父母抛弃。

我们的生活是多姿多彩的，在现在的网络时代，我们不能被网络游戏主宰变成游戏的傀儡!

科技现在非常发达，电脑走进了千家万户。电脑的用处很大，它能像老师一样，让我们学到更多的东西，让我们和同学交谈，查到一些使我们感兴趣的东西。玩电脑游戏可以锻炼、提高我们的反应能力和手脑的快速配合能力，可以使我们在紧张的学习中得到放松，得到快乐。

但是，玩电脑游戏，是需要时间的，如果玩弄电脑游戏的时间过多的话，那么我们用来学习的时间就必然会大大减少，学习成绩不下降才怪呢!

其次，玩电脑游戏，尤其是长时间的玩，对我们的视力和健康都十分有害，当你沉迷在电脑游戏带给你的快乐时，你的视力也在不知不觉中一天天地衰退，等你最后醒悟时，已经来不及了!可能还要搭上你曾经拥有过的健康身体。

再次，玩电脑游戏，也许的确有这样、那样的一些好处，但是，好处与坏处权衡起来，我认为，玩电脑游戏，是弊远远大于利的。所以，我规劝那些痴迷于网络游戏的同袍们，为了自己的将来，请快快远离电脑游戏吧!

有一天，我知道怎么回事，半夜做梦在玩网络游戏，半夜3点醒来也在玩游戏。我3点醒来时玩了4个小时的游戏，我玩呀玩呀，不知不觉7点50了，我心想糟了，肯定糟了，这时我的心乱了起来，连忙刷刷牙洗脸，背书包，我到学校时，老师叫我把事情的过程告诉了他，写了检查。

最后告诉大家，不要玩网络游戏。

说到网络游戏，无论男生还是女生应该都不会陌生。小时候，7k7k、4399等小游戏网站是那时我们的游戏天堂。到现在，女生戳屏的开心消消乐、别踩白块儿，男生爱玩的穿越火线、反恐精英等大型游戏……都能随口说上几个。甚至可以说，在我们的青葱岁月里，游戏如影子般存在，正如它见证了我们的青春。

的确，对待游戏过于沉迷的坏处显而易见。首先就是影响学习和工作。网游一晚，组队打怪，玩游戏一玩就是几个小时，沉迷其中，就如同踩入沼泽难以逃脱。这自然会占用许多学习时间，并严重影响了学生的学习。另外，有些上班族白天没时间，于是选择下班后玩游戏，一玩就玩到很晚，不但减少了睡眠时间、影响了休息，第二天昏昏沉沉的去上班工作效率也会降低许多。其次，极易形成孤僻的性格。玩游戏的人必定与人沟通交流甚少，陷入游戏的花花世界里，长此以往，会形成内向甚至孤僻的性格，不愿与外界人接触，与社会脱节。再有，这些“网虫”经常在游戏角色中找到自豪感，而回避现实，不愿回到现实中来，甚至愤世。除此之外，玩游戏无法自拔的人还会用大量的钱买角色装备，浪费金钱。最后的结果就是虚度了光阴、浪费了人生最好的时光。

但是也有特例，一些宅男玩游戏玩出了名堂。《最强大脑》中游戏天才吴淞昊凭借盲玩俄罗斯方块游戏成功进入中国战队，与外国战队对决。由此可见，玩游戏并不是百害而无一利。

玩网络游戏显然可以让人放松心情，日常生活压力大，玩游戏来释放压力是一个不错的办法。在网络游戏上还可以开阔视野，见到与现实世界不同的景象，提高想象能力和反应能力。键盘操作会让双手变得灵活敏捷，既提高了打字水平，也提高了对电脑知识的应用。网络游戏中，很多都是需要双人甚至多人合作才能完成，所以增强了默契配合度，到工作岗位上工作效率会提高很多。通过游戏中的配合也可以结识更多的朋友，增强了社交能力。

网络能诱使对事物辨别能力差、不能自律的人走向无底深渊，但也可以造就人才。就如现在风靡全球的网络游戏“极品飞车”的发明者小时候就是一个游戏狂，放学就跑去玩游戏，家人都对他放弃了，可他忽然就想到自己也可以发明一款游戏，于是就成为了现在拥有几百亿身家的富豪。所以，是走入深渊还是成就人生就看我们怎样对待网络游戏。

适度游戏可以怡情、放松，不要沉迷。要把游戏当作娱乐，而不是任务，这才是游戏存在的真正意义。
