一、在此，我希望大家注意游泳安全，做到以下几点：

1、不要独自一人外出游泳，也不要到不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳，更不要私自到江、河、湖、水库等地游泳。

选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境要了解清楚。若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳。

2、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。

3、游泳时切勿太饿、太饱。

饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋。

4、要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;

镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

5、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。

不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

6、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

7、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。

以脚先入水较为安全。

二、万一不幸遇上了溺水事件，溺水者切莫慌张，应保持镇静，积极自救。

1、对于手脚抽筋者，若是手指抽筋，则可将手握拳，然后用力张开，迅速反复多做几次，直到抽筋消除为止;

2、若是小腿或脚趾抽筋，先吸一口气仰浮水上，用抽筋肢体对侧的手握住抽筋肢体的脚趾，并用力向身体方向拉，同时用同侧的手掌压在抽筋肢体的膝盖上，帮助抽筋腿伸直;

3、要是大腿抽筋的话，可同样采用拉长抽筋肌肉的办法解决。

今天我读了《小红帽》这篇童话故事。

这个故事讲的是又一个可爱的小姑娘，谁见了都喜欢。奶奶给她做了一顶小红帽，她不想摘下来，所以大家都叫她小红帽。

一天奶奶生病了，小红帽要去看奶奶，路上她遇见了狼，她不知道狼很坏，就跟狼打招呼，狼见她不注意就骗她去采花，然后狼偷偷的溜到小红帽的奶奶家，把奶奶吃掉，然后装成奶奶的样子把小红帽也吃了。

一个猎人刚路过，听到狼打呼噜的声音，又看到狼的肚子鼓鼓的，知道狼吃了人，就割开狼的肚子，小红帽和奶奶得救了。

奶奶吃了小红帽送来的好吃的，病就好多了。而小红帽在想要是妈妈不允许我一辈子也不独自离开大路，跑进森林了。

中秋佳节，因为答应女儿要同看一本有意义的书而且要写读后感，尽管时间已晚，作为家长，我还是要完成承诺的“作业”。可能是没有时间，实在没有能全文读完梅子涵先生著的《戴小桥全传》，可是在仅有的时间里，我认真阅读了该书的《序言》、《捡垃圾》、《写检查》、《土匪喝汤》和《当爸爸很舒服吗》等文章和故事。虽然已经是大人了，我读完以后也是感触颇深，仅以此文献给我们亲爱的孩子和与我一样也感懵懂的家长们，以下是本人的一些感言。

梅子涵先生的序言，是亲笔手稿的感悟，他写下这些文字时的心境让人颇感共鸣，我们何尝不是这样：几乎每天生活在矛盾中，说是追求快乐工作却也要劳力过度;说是注意健康却也经常身不由己地酩酊大醉;说是要注意孩子教育却很少兑现多次承诺了的陪孩子读书、陪孩子练琴等等。有时我们想自己这一代是为什么，相信许多家长和我一样“没时间”、“人在商场，身不由己”、“时间安排全满，遇到休息连睡觉都不够”，这一切都不是理由，都是可以做到的，仅仅是我们的意识没有到位，把家庭、健康、孩子教育等工作没有放在事业、工作、发展等所谓的重大事项平等看待。我非常赞赏作者梅子涵先生说的“这很多的矛盾没有摧残我，反而推动着我”，这席话感动着我，也希望感触到大家，让我们在更加进取的同时，兼顾重要的事平衡推进可持续发展。

梅子涵先生用一些平实的故事，向小朋友们传递着朴实而深刻的道理，在《捡垃圾》和《土匪喝汤》的小故事中，以平时我们非常见到的故事，深刻触到孩子们的心灵，陶冶了孩子们的情操。尤其是《捡垃圾》中的主人公林晓琪，她的妈妈在发现孩子有乱扔垃圾这样不文明的习惯时，采用的教育手段不但给林晓琪以深刻的教育，还带动了许多同学养成爱卫生的好习惯。文章还从另一个侧面反映和揭示了我们当今社会的种种不文明现象，这个故事启发我们教育孩子应“做”大于“说”，用行动熏陶出来的习惯更易坚定地保持。

故事中的爸爸是一个比较懒惰的爸爸，在家不做家务、会偷懒，还会用许多的办法搪塞，让妈妈几乎完成全部的家务劳动。但是不知不觉中，一些不好的思路、习惯已在潜移默化地影响着孩子，他们幼小的心灵在不十分严密的逻辑引导下，开始逐渐变化，有时候的变化是正面积极的，有时候却是消极反面的。主人公在故事的结尾时说“要在没有当爸爸以前，好好舒服舒服，享受一下”，这其实不是作为家长有意想引导孩子这样去思考问题的，但是我们却不得不承认，这样不好的结果是我们自己的言行造成的。

虽然没有全文阅读该著作，但我还是感到读孩子的书受到了许多感悟，人生的许多习惯、价值观判断是我们这些家长在日常生活中传递给孩子的。我打算要通读该书全文，让我们从现在做起，做一个合格的家长，正确的做好孩子的楷模，使其健康、全面成长。

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

书中的十则故事，给我印象最深的是《藤野先生》。当我看到《藤野先生》中的那一段话，便没有来由地心痛起来“中国是弱国，所以中国人自然是低能儿……”

但是，日本人也不是都不知道“尊重”二字为何意。作者在此则中更着力描写的，是藤野先生严谨的教学作风，对作者真诚的关怀。作品的字里行间，无不洋溢着鲁迅对这位恩师的赞扬与牵挂。

藤野先生对鲁迅的耐心辅导，是希望将日本精湛的医学技术传入中国，为中国的人们治疗疾病。为了所有人的健康而学医，着实可敬!

《朝花夕拾》是对逝去岁月的回忆，有真挚的情怀，有无奈的感伤。欢快的时候，有沁人的馨香袭来;郁闷不乐的时候，有无名的寂寞前来吞噬。这一切，在鲁迅笔下确实能真切的感受到。

这几天，我把《三国演义》看完了，这里面主要讲的是魏、蜀、吴三个国家打仗的故事，首先就是，桃园三结义，张飞、刘备、关羽三人结拜为兄弟，招兵买马，经历了重重困难建立了蜀国，其中就有三顾茅庐来请诸葛亮，后来又收复了赵云、关平、张胞。后来就有了著名的战役----火烧赤壁，在这场战役中，曹操差点送命，多亏了关羽的好心眼，不忘当年曹操的不杀之恩，所以曹操才得以回到许昌，在这不久后，诸葛亮有干出了三国史上最令人佩服的事七擒孟获，最后孟获感激诸葛亮七不杀之恩，所以投奔了蜀国，之后关羽、张飞、诸葛亮接连去世了，刘备也在白帝城病死了。从此三国灭亡了，晋朝开始了。

读完这本书，我了解到了中国的历史故事，丰富了我的业余生活，增加了我的课外知识。

《格林童话》沒有华丽的辞藻，沒有刻意的修饰，但每一个故事都是人间最美的真理，它让你明白什么是真、善、美，什么是假、恶、丑。

一天，国王邀请全国最漂亮的姑娘去参加宴会，让王子挑选未婚妻。继母的两个女儿都去参加了，灰姑娘在一位仙女的帮助下，也打扮得十分漂亮并参加了舞会。最后王子选中了灰姑娘做妻子，继母和她的两个女儿都被气疯了。

读了这本书，我收益匪浅。是啊，在生活中，我们正是需要以一顆真诚美好的心去面对每一个人，每一件事，才能得到別人的肯定和支持;刻意伤害別人的卑鄙行为，终将受到人们的谴责和反击。从现在开始，让我们携起手来，从我们自己开始，从每一件事开始，从每一个生活中的细节开始，体会生活中的真、善、美，以自己的行为去创造美好的世界。让真善美永放光芒，让这个世界变得更美好，更精彩!

《童年》这本书向我们再次讲述了十九世纪七八十年代俄罗斯下层人民的生活状况。高尔基的童年，是在一个弥漫着残暴和仇恨的家庭里度过的：四岁丧父，跟随悲痛欲绝的母亲和慈祥的外祖母到专横的、濒临破产的小染坊主外祖父家，却经常挨暴戾的外祖父的毒打。但善良的外祖母处处护着他。幼小的他过早地体会到人间的痛苦和丑恶，小小的心灵因而受到许多打击。而外祖母和那些像外祖母一样的人，保护和支持了高尔基。故事生动展示了一个充满残酷、野蛮、愚昧、污秽的令人窒息的生活，我们深深地体会到沙皇专制制度的腐败、丑恶，体会到老百姓身处黑暗而不知的奴性与麻木，以及年轻一代反抗黑暗、奴役，追求自由、光明的苦难历程。

我禁不住想到了自我。当年的高尔基已经走上了独立谋生的道路，但此刻的我却连简单的洗衣服都做不好。我曾尝试过洗衣服，却实在做不到。先要擦肥皂，然后这边搓搓，那边搓搓，再……洗到再来，衣服还是不成样貌，脏的地方还是脏，最终只能丢进洗衣机。我们和高尔基之间，差距实在太大了。

看了《童年》这本书以后，不仅仅让我明白了这完美的童年需要我去珍惜，还让我懂得了此刻就应当做好出发前的准备，为了实现远大的梦想而努力奋斗。读书阅读总能让我像《祖父的园子》里的萧红一样感到无比的自由;总能让我随心所欲的畅想感到惬意;总能让我有感于生活的幸福与满足……

Like every young girl, I pay attention to make myself look pretty, because

if I get more attention from others, I will be very happy. So I start to follow

the models and the movies stars dressing style, then I find that compare to

their skinny bodies, I look like a fat girl. So I have made up my mind to lose

weight. As my body is in the growth period, my parents always ask me to eat

more. When they find me start to eat less, they think I am sick. I tell them

that I want to look beautiful, then my mother says that I am beautiful in her

eyes. If I dont eat, I will look old. I search the Internet. The pictures of
