Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see

from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage

of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda,

it is so lovely, a panda has two black eyes, it is very lazy, it likes sleeping

all the time. When we see its round body shape, we can’t help loving them. In

order to see the lovely animal, we need to protect them. We must protect the

environment, like not to throw the rubbish away, not to cut down the trees. We

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in

Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from

west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it

reaches the sea.It is one of the wonders of the world.The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it

was built during the Spring and Autumn Period.

During the Warring States Period, more walls were put up to defend the

borders of the different kingdoms.It was during the Qin Dynasty that the kingdom of Qin united the dif ferent

parts into one empire.

To keep the enemy out of his empire, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had all the

walls joined up. Thus, the Great Wall came into being.The Great Wall is wide enough at the top for five horses or ten men to walk

side by side.Along the wall are watchtowers, where soldiers used to keep watch.Fires were lit on the the towers as a warning when the enemy came.It was very difficult to build such a wall in the ancient days without any

modern machines.

All the work was done by hand. Thousands of men died and were buried under

the wall they built. The Great Wall was made not only of stone and earth, but of

the flesh and blood of millions of men.

Today the Great Wall has become a place of interest not only to the Chinese

but to people from all over the world. Many of them have come to know the famous

Chinese saying: "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a true man."

最早听说屈原，是吃着粽子听奶奶讲的，知道吃粽子是为了纪念屈原。懵懵懂懂的我对屈原充满好奇，他究竟是什么样的人，能赢得千后世的景仰？渐渐地长大了，读的书多了，对屈原就有了更深的了解，更多的敬佩！

他才华非凡。大约在公元前319年，年约二十岁的屈原当上了楚国的左徒，辅佐楚怀王励精图治，处理朝中内政外交大事。为使国家和民族能够长治久安，屈原制定了几项法令，打击了一些结党营私的活动。后来，他又出使齐国，说服齐王，结成楚齐联盟。公元前318年，楚齐魏韩燕赵六国在楚国订立了六国联盟，楚怀王被推举为六国“纵约长”。为此，楚怀王更加赏识屈原。

他坚持正义。屈原生性耿直，再加上旧贵族郑袖等人的谗言与排挤，屈原逐渐被楚怀王疏远。公元前299年左右，屈原被逐放到汉水上游一带的原野上。在流放期间，屈原十分忧伤，不过他坚持正义，创作了《抽恩》，《思美人》，《离骚》等作品。

屈原时刻爱国。公元前278年春天，秦军攻破楚都郢城，在烧杀掳掠的同时，还捣毁了楚国先王的陵墓。郢都的陷落对屈原是沉重的，这年农历五月初五，这位“颜色憔悴，形容枯槁”的老人，怀抱一块大石头，纵身跳进汩罗江中。

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but

happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday,

because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the

holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to

finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I

寒假期间，我读了世界名人传记——陈景润。这本书，感触很深。他冒着政治风险，顶着压力，面壁10年研究出的“歌德巴赫猜想”，取得了令人瞩目的成就，给迷茫的一代青年树立了榜样，指明了人生的方向。陈景润对国家和民族的贡献以及他广泛久远的影响已远远超出了学术领域。他影响了一代人乃至一个时代。陈景润小时候学习很刻苦

他平时不爱讲话，但在课堂上总是用心举手抢着回答问题，讨论数学的时候，脸上充满灵气。我以前却不爱举手回答问题，认为会了就行了，有时认为举了手老师也不必须叫我，所以练习发言的机会就少了。

老师给我指出这个问题后，我也认识到自己表达潜力确实退步了，因此在上学期我也用心举手，但和陈景润比起来还差得很远我也爱看书，比如：三十六计就看了好几遍，但我看书的时间每一天不固定，有时多，有时少，有时还不读。所选书的种类也比较少。为了练习口语表达，老师推荐我在家读书时要大声，但我总是不好意思读出声。

It maybe our common desires to experience a meaning life, but when it comes

to the topic “How to live a meaningful life”, the opinions are divided. In

someone’s eyes, they agree that a meaningful life is just a comfortable life

which means they can enjoy themselves as possible as they can.

However, personally in my view, if we spend our whole life in pursuing

things only for ourselves, we will surely let ourselves down when we look back.

There’s an old saying that goes “The greatest use of life is to spend it for

something that will outlast it”. I can’t agree more. If there is a way to avoid

a disappointed life, it should be to try our best to find meaningful things

which can also make contributions to the whole society. Even a single man can

make a big difference to the world. Not to mention that everyone get together to

bring changes to the society.

It’s high time that we took measures to experience a meaning life. What’s

I will soon become a middle school student, which means my life will come

to a new chapter. So I must do something different to make me stronger. I want

to be more independent, so I can make my own decision. As my parents always make

1968年1月21日，当天还是蒙蒙亮时，一阵洪亮的啼哭声便打破了黎明的寂静，一个活泼可爱的男孩便来到了这个大家庭，他就是我的爸爸。

爸爸幼年时，因为家里贫苦，直到九岁，才进入井坑小学读一年级。爸爸在校总爱调皮捣蛋。有一次还没放学，他就与几个同学跑到学校附近的一间放棺材的老屋里玩“躲猫猫”。有个人在找他时，不小心滑了一下，从梯子上摔下来，竟然刚好掉进了棺材里，把他和其他伙伴乐得笑痛了肚子。

在校顽皮，可是在家中他却又显得十分懂事。十岁就会破柴，做一些重活。日子苦虽苦，但是一家人在一起自力更生，生活也算美满。

可不幸的事终于发生了。在爸爸十五岁那年，敬爱的爷爷因意外与世长辞了，家里就像突然断了顶梁柱，使贫困的家庭雪上加霜。失去了经济来源，爸爸面临的就是失学。

可是，奶奶毅然扛起了生活重担，并未因为生活的变故而耽误爸爸的学习，而是勒紧裤腰带，省吃简用，继续供爸爸上学。爸爸更是珍惜这来之不易的学习机会，加倍努力，希望靠读书得到工作，改善生活，打造一片新天地。可是天意弄人，高考时，他落榜了。

此后，爸爸并没因为高考失利而消沉下去。为了改善家庭的贫困面貌，他想办法学会了开拖拉机。之后，家里东借西凑，好不容易凑齐了钱买来了拖拉机。可不到一年，钱没赚到，又出了车祸，赔了许多许多的钱。于是，家里的生活变得更困苦了。

1987年，爸爸不愿贫苦一生，便借钱，换了一辆拖拉机，东奔西闯。这段日子，倒也赚了一些钱，还了一些债，家境有所好转。下半年，爸爸因帮人运毛竹来到了庆丰桥头，在那里结识了我的妈妈。以后，爸爸经常到那儿，于是两个人的感情便越来越好了。

1988年，是顺利的一年，爸爸靠开拖拉机为别人运货，还清了所有的债务，家中还有了一点积蓄。同年秋，爸爸托人到里黄求亲，与妈妈喜结良缘。1989年，一个活泼的小女孩“投生”到这个家，给他们带来了欢乐，这个人就是我。一转眼，又过了几年，又一个男孩来到了这个家庭。可是妈妈的身体却差下去了。每天吃药，于是爸爸就给他取名为“吴健”，希望他健健康康地长大。

后来，爸爸陆续换过几辆车，但是“运气”实在太差，总是出多进少，家中也变得窘迫起来。无奈之下，他便卖掉了拖拉机，到外地打工“讨生活”，一直到现在。

由于爸爸妈妈的努力，现在家里的条件又开始好起来；我也能安心学习，再也不会像爸爸当年那样为学费发愁了。

杨振宁本科毕业获理学学士学位后，考入研究院理科研究所物理学部读研究生。读研究生期间，杨振宁住在联大昆中北院研究生宿舍。与他同室居住的有凌宁、金启华和顾震潮，黄昆和张守廉也偶尔来住几天。这些中华民族未来的精英们聚于一起，在陋室里交谈切磋，结伴探索着科学的奥秘。

但对杨振宁来说，除了物理系直接教他的这些教授们外，父亲杨武之对他的影响也是相当大的。杨振宁在学校里，遇有不懂的问题、碰上难以处理的事，总是经常跑到数学系办公室向父亲请教。

杨振宁还多次说过："在联大给我影响最深的两位教授是吴大猷先生和王竹溪先生。"1942 年，杨振宁本科毕业时，选了《用群论方法于多原子的振动》作毕业论文，并请吴大猷做论文导师。杨振宁在研究生院读书时，受王竹溪教授的教育和引导，对统计物理发生了兴趣。1944 年研究生毕业时，杨振宁请王竹溪教授作硕士论文的指导老师，在其指导下又非常成功地写出了硕士论文，《超晶格》即为其中的一部分。1983 年王竹溪教授不幸逝世，杨振宁发来唁电说："我对统计物理的兴趣即是受了竹溪师的影响。"杨振宁还回忆道："以后四十年间，吴先生和王先生引导我走的两个方向———对称原理和统计力学———一直是我的主要研究方向。"

杨振宁在研究生院期间听了马仕俊教授的课后，开始注意"场论"，并对变形物体热力学也非常感兴趣。

1957 年 12 月 10 日，35 岁的杨振宁和 31 岁的李政道因共同在美国《物理评论》上发表《对弱相互作用中宇称守恒的质疑》一文登上了斯德哥尔摩诺贝尔奖领奖台。其前，杨振宁写信给吴大猷，感谢吴先生引导他进入对称原理和群论的领地，并说后来包括宇称守恒在内的许多研究工作，都直接或间接地与吴先生 15 年前介绍给他的那个观念有关。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

Chinese New Year starts with the new moon on the first day of the new year

and ends on the the full days later. In china,people regard Spring Festival as

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

Does Robot Have Self-consciousness

在五年小学生活里，令我印象最深刻的同学是一一周末。她是这学期转到我们班上来的，她有着一头乌黑的长发，炯炯有神的眼睛和一双巧手。那一双手可不简单，不仅写得一手好字，而且画的每一幅画都惟妙惟肖。但我更欣赏的是她大度的胸怀。

记得那次“六一”庆典之前每个同学都想展示自己，都在积极做准备，希望在“六一”联欢会上大露一手，其中周末做的准备可足了，她从网上选定了一个精彩的小品，每个课间都召集小演员们排练，还找了一个秘密的地方。时间久了有几次同学都懒得去，周末总是软磨硬泡地把我们这些小演员召集在一起，坚持排练，“台词都背得滚瓜烂熟了，表情也练得不错了不用排练了吧？”“不行，熟能生巧。只有平时多练才能掌握技巧，上台才能不紧张，不是吗？”“也有道理，走吧。”。

在排练的时候，周末对每一个细节都精益求精，比如你的表情不自然，她会鼓励你如何去放轻松。有时你会忍不住笑场，她会对你说“没事，多练练就行”。这让大家都佩服不已。看着周末这个新同学风风火火的排练着，对这次演出这么重视，一定是要在“六一”庆典上大显身手吧！。

六一终于到了，第一个节目就是周末的小品巜老师与同学》，刘泽睿“根号2”饰老师，张梓煜饰同学甲，付雨萱饰同学乙，胡俊杰饰同学灬灬名单都念完了，咦？怎么周末不在里面呢？表演开始了大家把这些疑问全抛在了脑后，一心一意看着这精彩的表演：“你们这群蠢才”“刘老师”大叫道，“我们这群天才！”学生反驳道。不知不觉中小品表演完了，大家已笑得前俯后仰。“这个小品精彩吗？”班主任赵老师问道，“精彩”大家异口同声地答道，那我们要谢谢这群可爰的演员们，更要谢谢我们的周大导演一一周末。

雷鸣般的掌声顿时响起，周末笑了，如冬日的阳光使人温暖。

周末为了这个小品付出了许许多多，可最后把角色都让给了同学们，把亮丽的舞台给了我们，自己却成了一个默默无闻的观众。

这就是我五年里印象最深的同学，一个心胸宽广，乐于奉献的同学。

The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because

I do a lot of things. Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it.

In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term.

Therefore, I want to make progress in the new term. Besides, I want to do some

more readings. Books are the best resources to get knowledge. So I want to make

good use of books to improve myself. Finally, do exercise regularly. A healthy

body is the basic of other things. I must take part in exercise to keep healthy.

And doing exercise makes me relaxed and happy. I hope all my plans can come true

in the new term.
