For another, you can choose your partner worldwide; you can even choose to play with nonhuman programmed partner. This may be more fun. Good as they are, they are not to be indulged in. Too much of anything ruins everything.

Li Xiaohu spent too much time playing computer games and he fell behind others. As a good/close friend of his, I must do something to help him.

First, I think its very important for him to learn lessons well. He should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games.

Secondly, I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health, especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more sports with him after school. Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer games. And then Ill ask him to concentrate more on his study. Of course, I will try my best to help him with all his subjects. I think I can do it in many fun ways and let him find much fun in studying. At the same time, Ill ask both his parents and our teachers to help him, too. If I try these, Im sure he will make great progress soon.

安全，众所周知一个看似简单，而又如此复杂的问题，随着近代社会的发展，各类交通工具的增多和提速，交通安全也成为全社会普遍关注的一个问题。由于交通知识贫乏，安全意识无从提高，中学生安全问题更是令人担忧。1999年全国中小学生在道路交通事故中死亡4519人，受伤12045人，给社会造成巨大损失，也给家庭和个人造成无法愈合的创伤。

当我看到电视屏幕中，汽车因超速，超载而引出的惨重的车祸。当我看到他们丧失亲人时那悲痛欲绝的情景。我真真切切的感受到了生命的可贵无处不在。

如果我们在家里和亲人团聚，他们却在祭拜死去的亲人;正当我们沉静在过年过节的喜悦中时，()他们却都痛不欲身;正当我们在明亮的教室里朗朗读书时，他们却永远的离开了人世间;永远离开了那些还惦记他们的亲人;永远走出了生命旅程的轨道。也许他们走向了被人们称为天堂的地方。我不明白他们是否听得到亲人的呼唤，也不明白他们到底去了何方，但我清楚的明白，不管他们的亲人怎样的呼唤，他们永远的离开了。就因为一场车祸，他们所给自我，甚至带给亲人的痛苦，他们付出了生命的代价!

直到此刻，我的眼前还闪现着高速公路上的片片血迹，那些死去的亡灵。

车祸，是无处不在的。它是白色恶魔，它不会因为你是贵族而退避三舍，也不会因为你是穷人而可怜你几分。所以，为了你自我的生命，请遵守交通安全!

There has long been a view among Chinese that "Spare the rod, spoil the child". How did this point form and spread through Chinas long history may cause my curiosity. However,what really interests me is whether this viewpoint is still worthy of adoption in our modern society.

For one thing, such "rod using" education mode has no possibility of achieving the goal of education:the forming of a childs judgment on right and wrong as well as the developing of a childs self-control ability. Children are always inquisitive and destructive, tearing up books, throwing down vases and etc,which will make you feel rather angry. Punish them or explain to them, you are faced up with a choice. In fact, whichever method you choose, it will be effective at that time. The only difference is that the former one works on childrens fear of penalty and the latter one on their realization of mistakes. Fears disappearing quickly, children are likely to repeat their wrong activities if you only punish them. Once learning why they are wrong and knowing what is allowed and what is banned, the children may avoid making the same mistakes in the future. And little by little,childrens judging ability will be developed. So in the long run,pointing out the mistakes and what is permitted seem more wise.

Similarly, such "penalty emphasizing" education mode,which somewhat seems a bit violent, harms childrens growth and the forming of their characters. "Many adults mental diseases have close relationship with their childhoods penalty", psychiatrists say on a large number of researches. Furthermore,such education mode may result in childrens rebellious temperaments or too timid and weak characters. Additionally, this mode will widen the gap between two generations. With all these unexpected results, we would better think deeply over this education mode.

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。
