国庆节放假了，我们全家来到北京旅游。我们乘飞机去，坐火车回来共玩了五天。这五天时间里，我们早出晚归，去了许多地方：天坛公园、长城、天安门、毛主席纪念堂、故宫、颐和园、军事博物馆、中华世纪坛、中央电视塔等很多景点，我最难忘的是毛主席纪念堂和军事博物馆。

早晨看完升国旗以后，我们走到毛主席纪念堂排队，这里的队伍望也望不到头，像一条长龙似的。我们绕了好几圈，腿都酸痛的快抬不起来了才进入纪念堂。纪念堂前厅有一个白玉一样的毛主席雕像，再往里走，我看见一个水晶棺材，里面躺着毛主席。人们一个个拖着沉重的脚步从水晶棺材旁边走过。随着人群的走动，我们走出了毛主席纪念堂。

第三天的下午我们来到军事博物馆，刚进军事博物馆，就能看见三个穿着绿颜色、蓝颜色和白颜色三种不同颜色军服的军人。院子里陈列着很多坦克、装甲车、巨轮、战机，它们都是在战争中立过功或是从敌人处缴获而来的。旁边有个小店，这是出售纪念品的，所以在那里买了直升机和枪钥匙扣。博物馆的里面在装修，我们没能进去，只好下次有机会再来了。

北京真美，这里好玩好看的地方真多啊！等我将来长大了，我还要再来北京！

在八月炎热的夏日里，在这个假期中，令我最难忘的是：我们一家人，由爸爸开车并且当导游，到了广东汕尾——红海湾旅游。

我们到了汕尾住在海景酒店的十七楼，无论站在客房的哪一个位置往下看，海面上大大小小的渔船排满了整个海面，数也数不清。渔民们忙着把辛勤劳动收获而来的鱼和虾卖出去，高高兴兴地在数钱。

海边有一个很大的广场，到了晚上，夜景很美。很多人在唱歌跳舞，有几十档的海鲜夜宵，还有许多彩色的三轮车出租。我们一家人也不例外，租了一辆彩色的三人脚踏车，我和爸爸、妈妈靠海边骑了一大圈。

第二天早上，我们来到了红海湾遮浪岛。我们住在靠海最近，只需要两分钟就能下海游泳——得胜宾馆。我和爸爸每天上午和下午都到海里游个够，但妈妈下了一次水就怕了，因为那里的浪太大了，一个接一个，太刺激了。我们一家人就像外婆说的那样住海边、吃海鲜。几十块钱一只的大虾我们也品尝了，餐餐喝海鲜汤，可美味了。

红海湾旅游区地方不是很大，但人山人海，人头涌涌，旅游车不停地来回开着。到了晚上，甚至是深夜这个地方也成了不夜天，K歌、夜宵的人很多，十分热闹。我们在这里住了两个晚上，就高兴地回家了。

在这短短的几天时间里，我的体会很多，收获也很多，最起码那美丽的红海湾的盐水把我的皮肤浸泡光滑了，红海湾的阳光把我晒黑了，红海湾的海鲜把我吃腻了。

When we meet difficulties, most of us will be feeling distressed, just like

after many years, the difficulties at that time are just small matters, only if

we can hold on to these. Life is wonderful, there is no need to let down on life

when we meet difficulties, like a popular song“How can we see the rainbow

without the storm”. Once I failed on the exam, I feel my world is over, I

couldn’t eat well, I just let my parents down, I was so guilty about it. My

teacher told me that the exam was not a big deal, I should forget it and kept

moving on. Since than, I work hard and trying to forget it. Now when I look back

on the failing exam, I think it is not a big deal.

Nowadays, many female students are idolaters. In order to chase after their

idols, they always do extreme ways. For example, they listen to their idols

songs almost every minute in their daily life. With a smart phone, they do it

when reading books, doing homework, having meals, and even walking on the road,

which may have many bad effects on their health and even cause safety problems.

Besides, plenty of girls think they like their idols so much that they chase

after their idols wherever they go, just to get their signatures. They also

daydream of dating with their idols and get psychological problems at last. All

of these are worth our attention. We should educate girls that their idols are

some people who are lucky enough to be famous, and listening to their songs and

watching their photos are the things they should do in their life. Thus, they

are supposed to balance chasing after idols and their daily life properly.

When it comes to the issue of Arizona, I cannot always help imagining the beautiful views of Arizona where I am dreaming of travelling for a long time. Arizona is a state of the United States which is located in the southwestern region of America. Though it is not a so well-known state like Washington or California, you won’t be unfamiliar with Phoenix Suns, one of professional famous NBA team. And Phoenix is the capital of Arizona. Besides, Arizona is also famous for its baseball and football.

我们是在凌晨下的火车，天发暗，凉嗖嗖的，妈妈便很快的截了一辆出租车，我有一些晕车都要吐了!

透过这车窗，看见一片朦胧的树林，发暗的天，我不禁的想：会不会有狼?有的话会不会把我们吃了?我慢慢地向妈妈那边紧靠，我慢慢地进入了梦乡。我还做了一个梦：我们已经到了姥姥家，姥姥还带我去玩了呢!姥姥刚要领我去买好吃的，却比妈妈叫醒了，我不解地问：“怎么了?是不是车坏了?”抱着已经熟睡的爸爸说：“到地方了，傻丫头!”我们都笑了。

在姥姥家的这几天，我看到了许多和城市不同的——在姥姥家这里有大群的牛和羊，还有大片的田地，真是美极了!妈妈还带我去山上了呢!我在山上冲着天大喊。我对妈妈说：“天上的云真漂亮!有的像小猪;有的像小狗;有的像小马。太漂亮了!”妈妈说：“这的山我都爬过，你大舅带着我去采蘑菇。”我问：“那你们不上学吗?”妈妈说：“那时家里穷，上不起学。”我想：我们现在可以上学，可是有的人不但不珍惜，还浪费父母辛辛苦苦挣的钱，我应该珍惜时间和父母辛辛苦苦挣的钱!——“回家啦!”妈妈说。我说：“哦!”

There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. As a matter of fact, I did not show any interest in this activity, for I thought that I just wasted my time and energy without getting any pay. But finally I followed the trend and went to the interview for a try. To my surprise, I was eolled as a member of the teaching group. I became quite excited and made up my mind to prepare for the class as well as I could. I read their textbook again and again to make sure that I was familiar with the language points. What’s more, I searched on the Internet for some additional information, which I thought would help me a lot in the class. At that time, I really could not wait to give the lecture.

Fortunately, it didn’t keep me waiting too long. It was a sunny day. And we spent almost an hour in the bus. Although I was tired and sleepy, my enthusiasm overwhelmed my tiredness. The school is a small place full of various books. The children there were so lovely that they left me a deep impression. They keep asking me

questions about study and they were also curious about the college life. I was quite happy surrounded by a group of children.

I really benefit a lot from the unforgettable experience. I realize that money and some material things should not be considered as the most important thing in our life. It is the self-realization that really makes our life meaningful. Although I did not get any material things from this activity, I was very happy for what I did for the children. So I hold that we should not just consider the salary in job-hunting, we should also think about whether the job can bring you spiritual enjoyment or not.

I went to Yunnan Provice with my parents last Summer vacation. We spent a week there. We visited Kunming, Dali and Lijiang. As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th， 2003， for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill， they never left us one day .

Everyone has his favorite teacher, so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss Wei, our English teacher. We felt English very difficult when we began to study English. Miss Wei had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Wei came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples, bananas, and oranges. She said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English. ”All the students listened carefully and studied hard. Someone even stood up to answer questions. Class was over, and the fruits were all eaten. 国庆节时，我和妈妈、朋友们一起去皇家海洋基地馆玩。

刚一进去，我就被一只雪白的北极熊吸引住了。它全身上下都是白白的，特别可爱。我们依次看了五颜六色的鱼、不太会飞的企鹅、可怕的鲸鱼、令人感动的美人鱼表演和精彩的海豚顶球。在热带区中看到了爱吃肉的鳄鱼和爱吃虫子的鸟……

观看了动物后，我们又去了皇家海洋基地馆最新推出的恐龙世界2——水上游乐馆。

我们全身武装，以防万一地去游泳了。俗话说的好：不怕万一，只怕一万。

我和妈妈先去了游戏区。我们先爬上了机关重重的滑梯，然后穿过了密密麻麻的水枪区。但是我很不幸，在水枪区连续被射，整的我浑身湿淋淋的。我们还玩了吊死鬼，首先要在你的脖子上戴一个软软的东西，然后用手拽一个钩子，就会有一个人爬上杆子，用机器把你吊来吊去。你不用害怕你会掉下去，因为下面有跳跳毯。

我们还玩了许多游戏，比如说无敌的勇士、吓人的鳄鱼森林、水上冲浪等一些有趣的、恐怖的游戏。

我在那学会了怎样游泳。首先要双手伸开使劲滑，双腿使劲往后蹬，然后深呼吸，头潜到水底，三秒钟一抬头呼吸。

这次旅游给我留下了难忘的回忆。

今年暑假，我和爸爸、妈妈、姐姐、弟弟还有我一起去了一次都江堰的“虹口”。虽然是一次短暂的旅行，却令我非常难忘。

我们一路上看见了许许多多的风景：有连绵的山峦，有清清的河水，还有漫山遍野的花草树木。汽车大概行驶了一个多小时，我们终于到了虹口。

我和姐姐、弟弟一下车就急着去找蝉。我们寻着蝉的叫声去找，后来，还果然找到了。姐姐说：“这个蝉，我来捉!”她用手一按，居然还捉住了一只蝉。我和弟弟也跟着姐姐一起捉蝉，就这样，一只一只的捉下去，不久，我们的蝉越来越多了。后来，我说：“差不多了，我们捉够了。”这时，我们才发现：我们每个人都已经是满头大汗了。

捉完蝉后，我们就去游泳。我们一下水，才知道这儿的水很冷，就象在寒冷的冬天穿着一个背心在西岭雪山一样。但是，我们还是在里面游泳，就象快乐的小鱼一样在水里自由地游来油去。大概十分钟过去了，因为池中的水太冷了，我们才依依不舍地爬上了岸。

虹口的山山水水，花草树木，还有数不清的蝉······真叫人乐不思蜀呀!

暑假里，我和两个姐姐——波兰和芬兰去旅游。我们坐着阿根廷(艇)，就上海了。我们行驶在东海上，海上风平浪静，一片海宁。突然，阿根廷撞到了密山上，我们都沉入了海底。

幸运的是，我们被一对武汉救了，他们用曼谷给我们做了一顿温州(粥)。吃饱了喝足了，我们去海底游玩了。

海阳(洋)世界有趣极了。沉淀着一片长沙，我们发现沙地上有一座铜山隔绝了山的两边。我们翻过铜山，一阵阵嬉笑声传了过来，人们互相齐齐哈尔，墨西哥(鸽)在天上乱飞，绵阳(羊)、宝鸡在地上跑着，热闹极了。走了一会儿，我们发现了一片青田，有许多海底人民在这里种地、耕田，我们也去给他们帮忙。他们对我们说要先挖坑，后播种，再培土，最后浇水，按照这个步骤，我们卖力地干着，直到他们收工，我们才停了下来。这时我们的肚子“咕咕”地叫了起来，我们便去高碑店吃了一顿饭，饭菜丰盛极了。有阳(羊)高(羔)肉、仙桃、全椒等美味佳肴，尤其是撒有海盐的龙井(筋)味道更是美味无比，如果再浇上当地特产的江(酱)油，简直就是天外美食。由于太贪吃，我的西班牙被磕掉了，店主为我请来了马尔代(大)夫看病，好在虚惊一场，我的牙被安上了。

夜里我们找不到武汉的家了，只好住在了高碑店。深夜，我们肚子疼了起来，原来是吃坏了肚子，我们不约而同地冲向厕所，可是只有一个厕所，怎么办?只好伦敦(轮蹲)了。

这次海底旅游有趣极了。
