我们中华民族有许多传统节日，如：清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节等，每个节日都有它的由来和风俗，都蕴含着我们民族的文化精髓。我最喜欢的还是喜气洋洋的春节，因为它最隆重。

寒假伊始，我就开始春节倒计时了。

3——今天是腊月廿八。一大早爸爸妈妈就在家忙开了，擦窗、抹灰、除尘、换洗……妈妈说这叫“掸尘”，是春节前必做的功课，把家里的灰尘、垃圾彻底清扫出去，寓意把一年的烦恼、不愉快全部扔掉，来年万事如意有好兆头。我也加入了“掸尘”行列。看着一尘不染的小家，感觉春节真的快到了。

2——今天是腊月廿九(小年夜)。爸爸妈妈带我到花鸟市场为“新家”添置装饰。市场上好热闹。爸爸挑了一棵发财树，希望来年生意兴隆发大财;妈妈挑了一束香水百合，希望全家和和美美;我挑了两只小仓鼠，希望它们天天陪我。晚饭前，全家一起动手贴对联。看着红底金字的对联，感觉年味更浓了。

1——今天是大年三十(除夕夜)。全家人围坐在一起吃年夜饭。餐桌上到处欢声笑语。晚八点，央视春晚准时开播，精彩纷呈的节目为家家户户增添了欢乐与喜气。

0——时钟划过了24：00，“砰、砰、砰”天空中开出五颜六色、形态各异的烟花，夜空如同白昼一般。终于盼到了春节这一天，电视屏幕上全国各族人民普天同庆，我也随着欢呼：“春节到、新年好!”

外公外婆、爸爸妈妈把早就准备好的压岁包放到我枕头下，希望我来年健康平安。伴着美好的祝愿我进入了甜甜的梦乡。

我喜欢春节，春节给我喜气、送我福气，春节更伴我成长，我又长一岁喽!

【舌尖上的年夜饭】

春节，一个传统而重要的节日。这天，家人们都会从四面八方赶来一起团聚，穿漂亮的新衣和吃年夜饭。

说到年夜饭，自然得提起我奶奶的厨艺。一吃就让人口齿留香，再也忘不了，而我作为她最疼的孙子，自然有口福，吃到她可口的饭菜。红烧鸡翅是她最拿手的菜之一，每天要是吃不到她做的菜，基本上就不能活了。而在春节期间，每顿饭都被安排得满满的，每个人都想尝尝我奶奶亲自做的饭。

在除夕夜，我们一家人团聚。吃着奶奶做的饭，心里别提有多开心了。先看这个脆皮虾，外酥里脆，一口咬下去。甜蜜在舌尖萦绕，久久弥散不开，让人流连忘返。在看那个辣子鸡丁，是多么的有嚼劲，让人久久萦绕在它的美味之中，辣味给味觉带来了强烈的冲击仔与鸡肉鲜味的质感冲撞在一起给人以强烈的化学反应。在看这个松鼠桂鱼，做的就是一个字“甜”，让我的舌尖在也安奈不住想吃的愿望，一阵大快朵颐之后，终于消灭掉所有敌人。家里人看着我满足的样子，欣慰的笑了。而奶奶却始终不肯吃自己煮的饭。偏要留给我自己吃，让我感动不已含着泪把自己的饭吃光，不剩一粒米。

舌尖上的年夜饭，感动我也让我感到快乐。下一个春节你何时到来?

我国的传统节日中，我最喜欢的就要属春节了。

除夕早晨，我还在暖和的被窝里不想起，可是爸爸还是把我叫起来，让我帮他贴春联。爸爸把“福”字倒过来贴，我赶紧让爸爸重新贴。可爸爸说：“把‘福’就要倒着贴才好呢!意思是‘福’呀，到我们家了。”

我来到大街上，行人们穿着粉的、黄的、红的、紫的、绿的……五颜六色的新衣服，像一朵朵花一样，美丽极了。

吃完饭，妈妈和奶奶在包饺子。我注意到妈妈旁边有几枚锃亮的硬币，我跑过去笑眯眯地问妈妈：“这几个硬币我可以拿去买东西吃吗?”妈妈回答：“不可以，这是要包进饺子里的。如果你吃到了这几个有硬币的饺子，新的一年你会很幸运的。”

妈妈包好饺子后，拿出新衣服让我试一试，我穿上后很合适，我真是太喜欢这件衣服了，我都不想脱下来。

一转眼到晚上了，妈妈和奶奶做了好多好吃的，有小鸡、鱼、排骨……还有很多饮料。酒足饭饱后，我消化了一会儿，就出门去玩了。

第二天早上，我早早地起床，去给长辈们拜年，还收了好多压岁钱，心里美滋滋的。我早饭吃的是饺子，我吃最后一个饺子的时候，猛然被一个硬硬的东西硌了牙，原来我吃到了包有硬币的饺子。

吃完饭我和小伙伴们一起出去玩，下午我和妈妈一起去公园玩，公园里有好多小朋友，手里拿着各种各样的小玩意儿，脸上洋溢着开心的笑容。晚上，爸爸拿烟花爆竹在院子中心放了起来，烟火在天空中绽放开来，真是光彩夺目。

春节可真有趣，真好玩，爸爸妈妈也不再那么忙，可以全心地陪伴我，这个春节我真是太幸福了。

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath

University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research

“春节到，春节到，穿新衣，放鞭炮，走亲访友真热闹;压岁钱，装口袋，包饺子，贴春联，小孩盼望春节到。”这首顺口溜说的就是我们小孩子盼望美好春节的来临。小孩子喜欢春节，是因为春节不仅是我们中国独有的传统节日，而且有许多的红包和美食，还能让我们这一天过得充实、快乐与开心。

在春节这天，喜庆的气氛当然也必不可少。烟火、爆竹、美食、红包……一想起来便十分兴奋。当中我却喜欢烟花。

有的烟花如同盛开的花朵，昙花一现;有的烟花如同飞鸟，腾空而上;有的烟花如同烟雾，五彩缤纷。有一种烟花——冲天炮，一点燃便冲上天空，然后从四周扩散，花朵一般绽开，最后如彩色的雨点撒落下来，虽然只是昙花一现，却仍然绚丽多彩!

以前过春节时，外地的亲朋好友不管身在何方，一到春节，几乎都备好车票快马加鞭地赶了回来。除夕夜时，一家人围坐在一起，品尝着丰盛的酒菜，谈笑风生、其乐融融。唠家常呀，报告学习情况，还不时传来调皮孩子”恭喜发财，红包拿来"的声音，虽然乱哄哄的，却洋溢着欢乐的气氛，形成了一首新年的欢乐交响曲。我们老少最喜欢的便时那一年一度的春节联欢晚会，里面的节目丰富多彩，有滑稽的小品，有美妙动听的乐曲，还有精彩的表演……时常逗得我们开怀大笑，时常让我们感动不已，也时常让我们惊险害怕……

春节的美食也必不可少，我爱那黏黏的大肉圆子，因为它预示着团团圆圆的美好愿望;我爱那细腻的水煮鱼，因为它预示着年年有“余”的美好祝福;我爱那酸甜口的大红苹果，因为它预示着平平安安的美好期望……

期待已久的除夕夜就在今天，20--即将画上一个完美的句号，听见了，20--的叫步声近在耳畔。

除夕夜，当然要热热闹闹、快快乐乐的，我早已身着新衣，拿着打火机“啪啪啪……”地放鞭炮呢！爸爸妈妈则在厨房里做香喷喷的饭菜，包饺子呢！

“开饭喽！”妈妈一声呼唤着，立刻吊起了我的食欲，我放下手中的各种烟花，一看，餐桌上有着精致的盘子，代替了以前带着黑斑的饭碗，爸爸妈妈精湛的厨艺，让菜香四溢着，我不禁“口水流下三千尺”。虽说客厅小，但摆设却井井有条，和昨天大不同了啊，我举起金属筷子，夹起一个挺着将军肚的圆鼓鼓的水饺，一股脑儿吞了下去，心中暗暗叫：爽。不一会儿菜上齐了，爸爸妈妈夜洋溢着开心的微笑吃起了饺子，边吃边说着工作的事，看他们边说边说边笑，莫不是加薪了？

春节联欢晚会在8：00准时开始了，首先映入我眼帘的是金碧辉煌的舞台，好几个少数民族在台上表演，虽然歌词听不懂，但我猜。肯定是祝愿新的一年生活会更加美好。

时间在一分一秒的流逝，新年的钟声即将敲响，我叫上爸爸妈妈乐乐呵呵的抱着烟花，在20--与20--交接的那一刻准时点燃了烟花，引线燃烧到尽头，一道金色的线条一下子从烟花中涌了出来，划破了漆黑的夜空，四面八方夜涌现出许多巨响，有好多人和我都选择在此刻欢庆，四周的人们不知是被烟花照的还是大家心中的那一份激动，脸上都红彤彤的，我兴奋地一口气爬上楼房的顶层，四周的烟花似乎近在咫尺，多的数都数不清，有的身后拖着着金色的尾巴，有的炸开后流光溢彩，还有的五彩缤纷恰似天边的彩虹。我在朦胧中，又隐约听到远处的爆竹声连绵不断，似乎合成了一片浓云，仿佛还夹着团团飞舞的雪花，拥抱着城市与天际。

在我的家乡客家，大年二十五就开始准备春节的东西了，我们每天都很忙碌，但每天都很充实。 In my hometown Hakka, I started preparing things for the Spring Festival in the twenty -five years. We are busy every day, but we are full every day.

在客家，大年二十五的时候，人们就已经开始准备招待客人的各种零食，和准备各种大年三十晚要吃的腌菜，然后把家里所缺的，例如：盐呀、酱油啊、和炸猪肉啊……

除此之外，在老家的人要准备：铺好家人回来要睡的床啊!把家里的卫生搞好啊!

到了年二十八这天，在家的人就开始变得忙碌起来了，因为还有两天就准备过年了。他们要打扫屋子的上上下下，包括一些小角落。我们客家人打扫屋顶有个妙法：用香蕉的大叶子绑成扫把，这样，打扫屋顶就方便多了。越是高的屋顶，用的香蕉叶就要越长。

在不知不觉中，就迎来了除夕，除夕真热闹!家家的程序几乎一致。早上，大人杀鸡、宰羊。但鸡一定不能杀雄鸡，因为雄鸡吃不得。为了晚上的年夜饭，中午就将就将就吃了。晚上，家家赶做年菜，你若坐在街上，定能闻到香喷喷的煮饭味。在吃年夜饭前，孩子就用柚子叶煲水冲凉，这寓意着：在新的一年里干干净净，顺顺利利。

孩子们吃完饭后，就可以和兄弟姐妹出去买烟花爆竹，不管多小的孩子，都可以跟去，这是一年里最放松、最自由的时候。买完烟花爆竹回来后，就可以向自己家人讨要利是。大人们冲完凉后既要洗一家人的衣服，并且要在12：：00前把脏衣服洗完。12：00准时，这时便是最热闹的时刻了!鞭炮开始放，放个响当当，不许间断!

到了年初二，我们客家有个习俗，客家话讲：拉外婆。意思就是一家人回娘家。

美好的日子就是过得如此快，一眨眼，春节就在年初8结束了，子女们又回到了上班的城市，回家休息几天。正月17日，孩子们该上学的上学，大人们该上班上班，一切又恢复成平常的样子。
