向长辈磕头，也是春节习俗中一个重要的科目，这个习俗，至今在我的家乡鲁西南依然十分流行。春节凌晨，晚辈先在自己的家里向自己的长辈磕头拜年，然后，由家中的长兄率领自己家的男性晚辈，去村里其它人家向长辈磕头拜年。这个习俗，有很多优点，一是体现了我们民族尊老的美德，再是促进了邻里的和睦。如果平时，家庭之间有了些小矛盾，春节凌晨人家的晚辈都来拜年了，这家也就一笑抿恩仇了。

初二走娘家，是我国春节习俗中一个不可或缺的环节。已经出嫁的闺女，到了年初二，就带上烟酒点心，去看自己的爹娘了。新婚的夫妇，初二是小丈夫最重要的考试，老丈人会叫上本族的同辈兄弟作陪，检验女婿的酒量，检验女婿的礼数。已经结婚多年生儿育女的夫妇就不同了，因为大家都已经了解和熟悉，往往就不再拘泥于礼数了。

初五的时候不走亲戚，在我们国家很多地区都一直是严格恪守的清规戒律。民间关于这一点有很多说法。其实，真正的原因是，封建时代的皇帝在这一天要走出宫门祭天地，下旨要百姓回避，时间久了，就演变成了初五不出门的习俗。

因为地域和民族的不同，各种各样的春节习俗还有很多，但是，有一点是共同的，所有的习俗，都是为了表达人们对于亲情的珍惜，对于自然的崇拜，对于美好生活的向往。

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

再过几天就是春节了，家家都在准备着年货，打扫着卫生，迎接着这个节日 的到来。

走在街上，人人脸上都洋溢着喜庆的笑容，手里提着大包小包，不用说肯定是新年的衣服。商场里，也是人满为患:有小朋友牵着父母的手一起买衣服的，有夫妻俩甜甜蜜蜜买衣服的，还有儿女牵着长辈有说有笑买衣服的，总之大家都是喜气洋洋的。

来到农村，杀猪宰羊……以各自的风俗庆春节，在有的地方还开始了集市，他喊一声买饮料，他喊一声买衣服，这边喊减价了，那边喊买二送一了，各个东西应有尽有，真是琳琅满目，热闹极啦。

到了春节的大年三十晚上，春节晚会就开始了，演小品、说相声、唱歌什么节目都有，一个节目演完台下掌声一片，直到三更半夜人们都困了，节目才完。节目完了，可人们还兴致勃勃，因为还没发压岁钱、放烟花呢!等干完这一切，差不多十二点了，小孩子们都拿着压岁钱去睡觉了大人要闲聊一阵才去睡。

第二天，人们又得起个大早，带着买好的礼物去走亲戚，亲戚多的要走好几天呢，少的也至少要走一天多。

春节真好，可以让人们忙碌的生活得到放松，也可以为大家枯燥的事情添上一些乐趣。

DragonBoatFestival, often known as Tuen Ng Festival or Duan Wu Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth.[citation needed] It has since been celebrated, in various ways, in other parts of East Asia as well, most notably Korea.

The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear, but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. The local people, knowing him to be a good man, decided to throw food into the river to feed the fishes to prevent them from eating Qus body. They also sat on dragon boats, and tried to scare the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums aboard the boat and the fierce looking dragon-head in the front of the boat.

In the early years of the Chinese Republic, Duan Wu was also celebrated as "Poets Day", due to Qu Yuans status as Chinas first poet of personal renown.

Today, people eat zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fishes) and race dragon boats in memory of Qus dramatic death.

我先拿起了“旋涡”鞭炮，把它点燃了。呀!这简直就是一个五颜六色的“旋涡”呀!我不禁喊了一声，顽皮的弟弟上前一看，便用他那好动的脚踩了上去，他踩了一会儿，“旋涡”就停了一下，正要松开，旋涡又转了起来，吓得弟弟一蹦三尺高，让我和妹妹捧腹大笑。

鞭炮放完后，爷爷开始给我们分红包了，爷爷说这红包代表着岁岁平安的意思。我突然想起了诗人吴曼云《压岁钱》的诗中云：“百十钱穿彩线长，分来再枕自收藏，商量爆竹谈箫价，添得娇儿一夜忙。”由此看来，这压岁钱给我们小孩子用处就在这诗里面。我们在爷爷的祝福中接过了红包，乐得一蹦三尺高，分头放在自己的枕头下，准备等会儿枕着它睡。

“啪”的一声，一阵烟花飞上了天空，它像一朵美丽的花绽开，落下时，仿佛天女散花，不一会儿，五颜六色的烟花占满了夜空，各式各样，数不胜数。新的一年也将在这烟花中到来，在新的一年里，我们的梦想也一定会如这烟花般璀璨!
