日记顾名思义就是一日一记。那么日记是不是只能写当天的事呢?不是的。日记也可以写以前的事，如果单篇幅的日记，或是当天无事可写，或是以前发生的事未及时去写，都可以在以后的时间里，经过回忆思考再写下来。写的内容不需要用很好的词组来修饰，这毕竟只是个人在一天内把所做的事情用文字来表达并保存下来。只要连贯，让人读起来有一种很舒服的感觉就行了。随心所欲——想到什么就写什么，创造一个轻松的阅读环境便已足够。

虽然日记不一定只写当天的事，但最好还是当天的事当天写好，不要非把当天的事放到以后再去写。

日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况。

1、先在第一行中间写上某月某日，星期几，有的还要写上当天的天气情况。

2、第二行空两格开始写正文，转行要顶格。正文一般用记叙文的形式写，有时也可以用议论文的形式来写。不管用什么形式来写，都要正确反映当天遇到的有意义的事情，反映这一天自己的思想感情。

另外，日记的内容要真实。诚实，是一种美德，自己怎样想，就怎样写，不要说假话。正文的篇幅可长可短，长的可以写成千字，短的可以只写一两句话。这要看自己所写的内容来决定。如果要详细地记下一件事，既要把事情的前因后果交代清楚，又要把事情的经过写得具体，那篇幅就要长些。

如果要记的是自己从书本上看到的或从人家那里听到的一个知识，只要写下这个知识的要点，那篇幅就可以短些。总之，只要把该记的写清楚就可以了，可短的不要勉强拉长，可长的不要硬缩短。

This is my day. Im very busy, but very happy. I got up at 6:45. I had

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine oclock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. 今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。
