October 28 Friday Sunny

Last week something terrible took place in our class:one of our classmates Xiao Li, fell down the stairs of our classroom building. He got badly hurt. He had to stay in hospital for a long time. How unfortunate he was!

So this afternoon all our classmates and our teacher, Mr Yan, were going to the fields to help Xiao Li s family gather the grain.

After lunch we set out. It was a long way from our school to Xiao Li s home. It took us half an hour to get there by bike.

Then we walked to the fields, bent down and began to work. Some of us worked very quickly though some had never done any farming work before. Time went by quickly and we knocked off about 4 o clock.

Xiao Li s parents were thankful. “It s very kind of you to come and help us,”they said. They invited us to have a rest in their houses and gave us a lot of things to eat. After that we went back.

Now I realize it s important to help and care for each other, and we should regard the each classmate as a member of a big family.

I was depressed because I couldnt understand an English book after I bought it. I could understand nothing. I thought maybe I should study English hard and only by this could I learn a lot of knowledge and understand English aw well as communicate with others in English. I told myself, ‘just go’.

After that , I read a famous book on the bed. It was a happy day today.

My father is a manager. He likes singing and playing cards. He liakes drinking tea in his office. He likes watching TV and smoking. He likes making friends very much. So he has many friends, He`s outstanding and calm. I like his personality. My mother is a history teacher. She likes drinking juice in her free time. She likes playing volleyball and badminton. Today is Wednesday. It’s the third day of the summer camp. The weather isn’t very good. It reined all the time, and the wind blowed strongly. So I don’t feel happy. And the umbrella is too small for two persons my sister and me water always fell down into my shoes, so my feet got wet. It’s uncomfortable. I think it was really a bad day.

Today, we saw two films, but we only saw half of them. Lion King is very interesting. Tomorrow we will finish watching that. I hope this will get a good ending. Also our Chinese teacher changed a lot. I started to listen to his lessons.

This evening, we three taught Cathy about the language in my hometown. We said a word and then she guessed. She is really very clever. She can understand most of me said, and Mr.Zhang told us something about the ways to study English. I don’t agree with him. I think everyone has his (her) own best way to study English, right?

I hope tomorrow it will be sunny and we can travel around Zhejiang University, I hope so.

头痛的一天

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，都是高跟鞋惹的祸弄的我头痛一天。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午主任上了节班会课，课上老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。主任用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着主任看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s

building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The

condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The

headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to

solve the problems.
