About three decades ago, China was known as the “Bicycle Kingdom”. But the two-wheeled mode (方式) of transport’s popularity began to fade, with many bikes soon replaced by their fuel-powered competitors.

But recent months have seen a revival (复兴) of the humble (普通的) bike across China, with an increasing number of people choosing cycling instead of driving to schools, to workplaces or to do

“In places where the subway doesn’t extend (延伸到), where it’s difficult to change from one kind of transport to another, it’s so easy to get where you want to go with Mobike,” Hu Hong, 29, told AFP. She pedals (骑自行车) to her Shanghai real-estate (房地产) job.

However, the schemes have also led to problems such as illegal parking, vandalism (故意破坏) and theft.

Last month, two nurses in Beijing were placed under administrative detention (行政拘留) for five days for putting locks on two shared bikes.

And in December, a man who stole a shared bike was sentenced to a 3-month detention with a 3-month probation (缓刑期), and fined 1,000 yuan by the Shanghai Minhang People’s Court.

“Bike-sharing is a greener method of transportation and provides a user-friendly experience,” said Liu Xiaoming, vice-minister of transport. “But it’s a combination of online and offline business. Operators are usually strong in online services, but lack offline business experience, which causes problems.”

In fact, these problems are also shared by bike-sharing schemes abroad. Launched in 2007, Vélib is a large-scale public bike sharing system in Paris. At its early stage of operation, it also suffered from problems of vandalism or theft.

By Oct 2009, a large number of Vélib’s initial bikes had to be replaced due to vandalism or theft, according to The New York Times. Bikes were found hanging from lampposts (街灯柱) or thrown into the Seine River.

In the evening, the grown-ups are playing mahjong, playing poker, and eating melon seeds, chatting and talking. Children like to set off fireworks. The bold children go to the fire, the timid children look behind. Fireworks are colorful... Just play and play! Have fun!

It was a long time before I left my friends to go home. I thought to myself, "I wish I could spend the Spring Festival every day."

春节，是我国的传统接节日，无论是城市、还是乡村，一到春节，到处都洋溢着欢乐的气氛。到处忙忙碌碌，一片繁荣的景象。

无论你在什么地区、角落、城市，都要回到家乡，和家人们团聚，家家户户除夕夜都要放鞭炮，是为了赶走传说中的年兽，其实放鞭炮是为了迎接新的一年到来。让我们更高兴的事情是：除夕夜发压岁钱、包饺子。

一盏盏灯笼挂在屋上，一声声鞭炮声响起。我们拿着爷爷奶奶给我们的压岁钱，在地上欢快的奔跑着。

除了压岁钱我还很喜欢贴对联。然后奶奶把自己精心剪了三十天的“福”字贴在房屋门上，我一看，“福”字竟然被奶奶贴倒了，我想 改正奶奶的错误，可是奶奶不让，奶奶说“福”贴倒了，就是福到了!

春节太热闹了!我喜欢春节!我希望每天都是春节!

这几天，我读完了《我们的节日》知道了春节，元宵，清明，端午，七夕，中秋，重阳等传统文化。我现在就给你们说一说春节的习俗吧!

春节它是我国最隆重，最热闹的节日。我喜欢春节，是因为春节总要贴春联，贴年画和窗花，放爆竹，拜年祝贺……我们倒贴“福”字，拿压岁钱，包饺子，吃年糕……除了吃年夜饭，人们还要进行各种游戏：玩纸牌，玩麻将，看春节晚会……吃柿饼事事如意，吃枣表示春来早，吃年糕表示一年比一年高，吃杏仁表示幸福人。这些习俗显示了中国人民的智慧，代表着我们渊源流长的民族文化，我也为这些习俗的诞生而自豪!

一个节目就想一个故事，一个节目就是一种文化，内容绚丽多资。我们更多地传承了中国传统文化，欢度具有中国本土的特色的节日。

I had a great Chinese New Year.On the first day of the Chinese New Year,my parents and I visited my grandparents.They own a large ranch in the countryside,surrounded by corn fields and green pastry.It’s a very beautiful ranch and the air is very clean.I helped my grandparents feed the chicken and groom the horses.I really like horses and I spent quite some time riding them along the river for several miles.I enjoyed a lot at my grandparents’home.

My Spring Festival was great. Before the Chinese New Year, my families were all going to my grandparents’. Many of my relatives there were playing all the night. At night, we set off firecrackers. The voice was very loud, cars parked far from us were sounding. Maybe they feared the voice too.

The first day of the Chinese New Year, we all got up early. We said “Happy New Year!” or “Good luck this year!” to each other and get money from them. We visited our relatives all day. That made me feel very tired but very happy because I also can get money.

The second day of the New Year, I slept during the morning. In the afternoon, I went to the beautiful countryside, and visited the Yi River, it is very wide, about 1 kilometer.

Next day, we left my grandparents’ home for Qingdao. The expressway had been frozen. It was terrible! So we could only run by at a slow speed.

This festival was great, I love Spring Festival!

It was the Eve of the Spring Festival.

Dusk was just falling as I slurped up the last bit of rice and laid down my chopsticks.

“Theyre starting!” cried my friend excitedly. “Quick! Quick!”

Outside, children were running everywhere. Their happy voices and faces made me warm inside, despite the cold wind that greeted me. My friend thrust a bundle of straw in my hands. “Come!” he cried. I giggled as I ran to catch up to him; the childrens excitement was a fever that spread to even the big kids like us.

I soon joined a rowdy bunch of children and teenagers who were building a bonfire in the middle of a path that ran through the wheat fields. “Here,”said my friend, handing me a long bamboo pole. “Put some of your straw in the fire. Then tie the rest onto your pole like this.” He demonstrated with his own materials, and I followed his example. Then he thrust both our torches into the fire and handed me mine. “Now run!”

And run I did----we all did. For miles and miles around, as far as I could see, there were small orange specks scattered about, and I could hear the distant screaming and laughing of other children running up and down the rice field path. For several hours into the night I helped build fires and keep an eye on the younger children. Occasionally I, too, lit a torch and ran around like a mad man, screaming and waving a flaming bamboo pole.

This festival, which occurred six days before Chinese New Year, was just one of the experiences during the visit to my friends over the Spring Festival. As it was explained to me, the purpose behind this festival was to allow the children to have fun burning up all the straw leftover after the harvest. Later, the ash is used for fertilizer.

【记忆中的春节】

寒假倒计时，春节即将来临。

每年春节到来的时候，家家户户张灯结彩，贴上了美丽的窗花，各种各样大福字和春联，到处都喜气洋洋的。

今天是大年三十，我们准备迎接新的一年。清晨，我一大早就被噼里啪啦的鞭炮声吵醒。按照我们自家的习俗，早上我们要一起吃饺子，代表团团圆圆，图个吉祥如意的好兆头。然后大家就开始忙碌起来，打扫卫生，洗洗涮涮，给大门口挂上了大红灯笼，站在门口听到到处都是新春的佳节的音乐。

中午，我们吃了团圆饭了，大圆桌上摆满了鸡、鸭、鱼、肉......丰盛的佳肴，从我记事以来我们家团圆的时候都有鸡爪和鱼这两道菜。长辈都说:”吃鱼吃鱼年年有余，岁岁有今朝。“妈妈都会对着爸爸说:”多吃鸡爪多捞钱养家糊口就靠你了，你负责赚我负责花。“全家人乐呵呵。一家人围坐在一起，聊聊近况、谈谈理想，有说有笑、把酒言欢，尽情享受这美食和团聚的快乐。

到了晚上一家人围坐烤火，吃零食。准备看春节联欢晚会，爸爸说:”今晚不可以睡觉哦!今晚要守岁。“每次我都是答应得好好的，但是第二天早上醒来都是在床上的。接近凌晨的时候，外边鞭炮声、烟花声、春节晚会的乐声，家家户户灯火通明，空气中弥漫这一股浓浓的年味。

此时此刻，我望着窗外情不自禁地想起一首诗来：”爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符“。我真喜欢这样象征着团圆、欢乐和希望的春节!
