In the evening, after dinner, all of us watch the Spring Festival Gala in front of the TV set. Suddenly, there is an idea in my mind: the annual Spring Festival Gala is almost the same. 外婆家在农村，农村中的厨房里大多都有一口土灶。外婆家的土灶是由砖头垒起来的，外面贴着白瓷砖，灶后有两个长方形洞口，上面的一个是用来烧火的，靠着地面的就是通风口了。

每逢过年，家家户户都会炸糯米圆子。先煮一大锅糯米饭，稍稍晾凉一些，加入肉、大蒜之类的配料大力搅拌，然后再搓成一个个小圆子。土灶上一锅油已经烧热，糯米圆子一个个下锅了，软塌塌的小圆子刚到油锅里就被沸腾的气泡吞没了。等圆子一个个浮起来，就可以出锅了。糯米圆子捞上来时，你会惊奇的发现，它们仿佛经受了热油的洗礼，披上了一层坚硬的铠甲，从软弱的孩子变成了铁骨铮铮的汉子。
