期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. 第二天是正月初一，孩子们最高兴，因为可以得到压岁钱去买自己喜欢的东西。比起除夕，今天安静多了。

再后就是正月十五了。在这一天，人们都要去看花灯，看烟花。灯大得大，小得小各式各样：鱼跃龙门、年年有鱼、虎虎生威、兔年吉祥、龙凤呈祥、双龙戏珠……而且在这一天，家家都要吃汤圆、吃元宵，一以此来过元宵节。

春天，像一个刚出世的娃娃，他睁大眼睛望着着个世界，小河缓缓的流着好象慢慢的看着周围新的一切，小树身直了腰板，从睡梦中醒来，伸展着它长长的发丝面对着新的一切，小草伸出了小脑袋，一切都美丽极了！

在夏天里小朋友都在树下玩耍，老人们在阴凉的地方下棋，大人们在辛勤的工作，密密的树枝在阳光的照耀下显的更加的茂盛，在夏天里孩子们充满了喜悦的心情，都高兴的不得了。

秋天家乡披上了一件金黄色的衣服，在秋风的吹拂下，金黄色的叶子从天而降，饱满的庄稼可以看出农民们丰收的喜悦，站在高处往下看，啊！好一个金色的世界。

冬天，雪花在空中飘着，给家乡披上一件白纱。道上厚厚的雪是孩子们玩雪的乐园，孩子们在那里打雪仗、堆雪人、开心的玩耍着。

我爱家乡的山山水水、一草一木，爱它的每一片天空、每一寸土地、每一条小河愿它发展得更快，建设得更美。我为我的家乡——西丰而感到自豪和骄傲！

记忆中有一缕清香，那是思念的味道。

心中对家乡菜的挂念深极了，也曾多次尝试过烹制，可终究模拟不出那种味道啊！多年的异地生活似乎已有几分淡忘，但也更增加了几分怀念。朦胧中，那股熟悉的味道又彷佛萦绕在心头。

“奶奶，再给我尝一口，还有没有？”“怎么不多弄一些呢？”这是儿时逢年过节时最熟悉不过的生活镜头。几个孩子围着奶奶手中的那碗鱼糕转，目不转睛的盯着又吵着嚷着让奶奶塞一口在自己嘴里。每逢喜宴上这也成了宴席上的主菜，无论大人小孩对此都情有独钟，百吃不厌。鱼糕是家乡盛行的一道菜，无论是色香味都是无可挑剔的。它的主要材料来源与新鲜的鱼肉，奶奶说过：“鱼肉的精华成就了鱼糕的鲜美。”可见的选材的谨慎性。这炖的火候可也是一门高深的学问，“鲜美之本可就靠这火候了！”这也是奶奶多年制作的老经验了。

如今，奶奶依然硬朗，制作鱼糕的技术更是不在话下。逢年过节，她老人家总是亲手做鱼糕，甚至堆满整个保鲜箱，就盼望着哪天在外地工作的儿女回来能马上尝尝家乡菜，过足食瘾。奶奶是上个世纪走过来的人，经历了社会的动荡局面，对于每次的烹饪食肴的机会总是倍加珍惜，这也许是来源于老人家那不寻常的经历吧！

随着家人在异地生活多年，却依然无法忘却这道家乡菜，纵使再多的美味佳肴也比不上它，也许源于内心深处那份独特的情感。所以每一有机会回老家时就总会抓紧吃的机会，即使只是短短的几周，也依然乐在其中，美在心里。今年春节爸爸回老家了，来时奶奶硬是将家乡小菜塞满了三个大包，足有百斤，但爸爸依然是鼓足劲儿把它们带了过来，心里洋溢着一种温暖。吃着新鲜的鱼糕，心里美滋滋的，“在异地依然能尝上家乡菜是一种福气”这是我最深的感慨，心中那几分幸福的暖意在血液中奔腾，在鲜美的鱼糕中彷佛看到了老人那一颗欣慰而又满足的心。

香味缭绕的空气中，弥漫着一股奇特的味道，那叫思念。

我的家乡在哈巴河。这里山清水秀，土地肥沃，树木葱郁，鸟语花香。到处都呈现“美”字，不说那怪石嶙峋的哈龙沟，也不说那婀娜多姿的杨柳，高耸挺拔的松树；单说那一条护城河——哈巴河，就足以让你心驰神往了。

哈巴河总给人一种古朴典雅的感觉。你看岸边的大青石，像能工巧匠雕琢过一样，那样的光滑圆润。河道蜿蜒曲折，像天上的神仙不小心掉下的丝带，轻轻地镶嵌在白桦林旁，围绕着白桦林，缓缓流淌。河水随着弯曲的河道转来转去，似乎对周围的美景有着无限的留恋。

哈巴河的河水清澈见底，水底那亮晶晶，黄灿灿的沙粒，静静的躺着，默默的注视着蓝天，白云，以及天上飞过的鸟儿。鹅卵石和那青、黄、褐色的水草的尽显神奇，随着水纹的波动，风姿绰约，尽显身姿，相互辉映。古人常说：“水至清则无鱼。”可哈巴河却不是这样，虽然水质清澈，但还是有一条条泥鳅在石缝中窜来钻去，无忧无虑的追逐嬉闹着，忽而一闪，便悠然而去，觅不到踪影了，好不逍遥自在！

哈巴河真美啊！美得像一幅五彩的画，像一首抒情的诗，像一首婉转的歌。她洗净了我们心灵的污垢，带走了我们的忧愁，留下的却是幸福、欢乐和甜蜜。

啊，哈巴河，我们歌颂你，我们赞美你，你如同我们的母亲，哺育着这一城的子女！同样，我们也会爱护你，让你美丽的绿衣裳不再逐渐减少，我们会让你变的更美丽，更富饶！
