今天是新学期第一天，看到同学们个个都精神饱满，我感到非常高兴!借用这个宝贵的机会，我非常想对同学们说几句鼓励的话：

首先，要有进步的信心和决心。新学期伊始，当你认真总结过去时，如果你感觉自己上学期在各方面表现都不错，请你千万不要骄傲，你应该在新学期再接再厉，争取取得更好的成绩，取得更大的进步。如果你发现自己有好多不足或问题的话，请你也不要太难受，更不能灰心丧气，你应该振奋精神，争取迎头赶上。面对失败，让我们铭记一位老者的话：一个人如果失败了，并不证明他永远完了;如果他认输了，并且退却了，那他才永远完了。不论怎样，老师都希望每位同学都有“我会比昨天更进步”的信心和决心。

第二，要有明确的目标和科学的计划。有了进步的信心和决心就有了前进的动力，但这还不够，每位同学还应在老师和家长的帮助下，分析自己、认识自己，在思想上、学习上、纪律、生活、卫生等方面制订一个经过自己努力就可以实现的奋斗目标，再订出一个切实可行的计划，以便在今后的学习生活中学有方向，学有目标。

第三，要特别注意良好学习、生活习惯的养成。老师、家长很关心同学们的学习成绩，其实更关心同学们是否能从小养成良好的生活学习习惯。过去有许多学生在家里和学校两个样、课上与课后又是两个样。许多学生尽管学习成绩很好，但在纪律、卫生、诚实守信、礼貌待人等方面做得不尽人意，给老师、家长和同学带来了很多麻烦，造成了不良影响。为什么会出现这种情况呢?因为他的成绩只是老师和家长逼出来的，他不懂怎样去自觉学习，怎样有效地学习，怎样与人交往，怎样做才是诚实守信，这样的学生不是好学生，这样的学生最终是没有竞争力的，也决定着最终是要被社会淘汰的。因此我希望同学们在努力学习过程中，一定要从小去培养良好的生活、学习习惯，比如，你要认真上好每一堂课，做好每一次作业，自主自习、餐前诵读和独立生活，这样会让你的学习受益无穷!

第四，要通过“勤奋和认真”来完成本学期的各项任务。俗语说：“一生之计在于勤，一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。”俗语还说：“勤能补拙”。从这些俗语民谚中可知，勤奋对于人很重要。在新学期里我希望每位同学能勤于思考、勤于动手、奋发向上、勇于创新。另外，还要认真，世上最难办的事也怕“认真”二字，对待学习要认真，对待做人更要认真。如果每位同学都能做到勤奋与认真，那么每位同学本学期都能成为好学生。

同学们，从自我做起，从现在做起，我衷心希望大家尽快收回心思，使班级各方面工作尽快步入正规，投入到紧张的学习工作中去!

同学们，我们必须清醒地认识到，过去无论你是成功还是失败，这所有的一切都已经成为历史，我们现在要做的是把握现在。只有这样，才能决胜未来。展望新学期，我们任重而道远，需要我们更加刻苦学习、奋发图强，每位同学扪心自问：新的一学期已经开始，我准备好了吗?

农民浇灌，为了收成;园丁浇灌，为了花朵;我们浇灌，为了明天!秋收时节，田野里沉甸甸的稻穗，是农民的收获;花开时节，园圃中姹紫嫣红的花朵，是园丁的收获;毕业歌唱起的日子，烫金的录取通知书就是我们的收获……

本学期，我们将面临更大的挑战，面临多种多样的素质检阅。我坚信，我们全体同学定会以饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志、踏实的精神、坚定的信心去迎接各类考试，再创我班新的辉煌。新的学期我希望同学们能够继续遵守校纪班规，热爱我们的班集体，团结同学，努力学习。克服自己身上的缺点，发扬自身的长处，为班集体争光。俗话说：一份耕耘，一份收获。成功的结果来源于点滴的过程。在新的一学期，我希望大家再记住以下几点：

第一，“细节决定成败”：生活中有许多细节，如果长时间忽略，就会积淀成习惯，甚至是一些不好的习惯。同样，学习中也有许多细节，如果经常地疏忽，就会造成大的漏洞。因此，在平时的学习中，必须抓好每一个细小的环节，上课、作业、考试、提问都要踏踏实实，实事求是，一步一个脚印地走稳。我希望同学们继续发扬我班的良好的学习风气，养成良好的学习习惯，抓好学习过程。坚信只要抓住了过程，就一定会有很好的结果，就一定会取得令人满意的成绩。

第二，“态度决定一切”：有一句话说得好：我们不能选择生活，但是可以选择生活的态度。好的态度能弥补不足，不良的态度将使优势变成劣势。成功和失败往往取决于两种态度：一种是积极向上，一种是消极悲观。一个人的态度决定了他的将来，态度是通往成功之门的钥匙，它始终会影响一个人学习和生活的质量。所以，我希望我们每一位同学都能发扬积极进取、意志坚定、刻苦学习的精神，要有责任心、要经得起挫折，要乐观坚强，要胸有大志，要用积极的态度创就我们人生的辉煌。

第三，“人格影响一生”：我们不但要有优异的成绩，而且要有高贵的品质，要从生活的点滴中体现我们的品格。要继续完善自身形象，使每一位同学真正成为人格健全，道德高尚的祖国建设花朵。

也许，你昨天曾拥有辉煌，但那已成为枕边一段甜蜜的回味;也许，你昨日曾遭受挫折，但那已成为腮边几滴苦涩的泪痕。忘记以前的成功与失败，我们只需要把经验和教训铭刻于心。

很多理想在追求前是个梦，追求过程中是篇诗，追求后则是一首老歌。追求的过程是最美丽、最浪漫的季节。只要在追求，梦想就不会失落;只要在奔走，路就不会荒芜;只要在爱着，心中就会永远充满温暖。你爱大自然的时候，也就爱了自己，因为你是大自然中的一片叶;你爱着一切，一切也会和你热情相拥。

你想要看到美好的明天那么你就要抓紧今天。如果今天是张“弓”，那么你就是弦上待发的箭，你只有抓紧时间，就可以把弓引满，当你开始追求的时候，也就是你直奔明天的靶心的时候。当你梦想成真的时刻，就是你触摸到生命价值的时刻。

人生离不开拼搏，就像我们不能拒绝成长一样。年轻的朋友们，请珍惜每一个晴朗的早晨，用生命中最浓的激情，最美的期待迎接日出，琅琅书声是我们献给太阳的礼赞，晶莹汗珠是我们迎接日出的眼睛，那灿烂的朝阳预示着我们的壮丽人生!

同学们，让我们在新的一学期里以更饱满的热情和更踏实的精神，迎接新的挑战，寻求新的发展，为把我班建设成学校优秀班级而努力奋斗!
