今天是我实习的第一天，经理主要是让我们熟悉产品。第一次接触全英文的产品的确非常的不熟悉，感觉无从下手，我用了基本上一天的时间来看我们公司的产品册。通过不断的看产品册，对产品有了个大概的了解。

同时，经理带着我熟悉了下办公环境，我对公司的工作环境非常的满意。就这样我开始了我的第一份工作。很兴奋，也很期待。

今天对我来说最大的收获就是开始了我的上班生涯，感觉非常的兴奋。在一天的工作中，我对商务上的英语有了一定的认识，很多产品用的都不是某个单词的本意，而是引申意，这点让我在认识产品的时候非常的困难。还好有经理的帮忙。我从事的这个工作在某些方面来说是非常枯燥的，每天7个小时都盯在电脑上，眼睛非常的累。但是我相信我能坚持下去。

2月28日

今天我们开始认识外贸操作平台，经理介绍到，现在的主流外贸平台有Alibaba, Made-In-China, Globalsource等等，我们用的是Alibaba，我们的任务就是熟悉这个操作平台，熟悉它的流程还有方式，经理还给我们讲解了各个部分都是干什么用的，哪个是用来上传产品的，哪个是用来查看本行业的进出口信息的。最后经理让我们自己熟悉下，随便看看，了解它的大环境，为后来的工作打下基矗

今天我才发现原来做外贸是在阿里巴巴上面做，整的跟淘宝似的。只不过原先在淘宝上我是买家，现在变成了卖家了。感觉眼花缭乱的，不过令我欣慰的是，至少里面还有点中文，我看还是中文的舒坦埃外国人要是全用中文谈业务那该有多好埃我们的国家赶紧发展壮大吧，以后让所有的外国人都来学习中文。

2月29日

今天我的主要任务是上传产品，通过阿里巴巴平台把我公司的产品上传上去，并在平台上展示出来，以便使家方便看到。经理给了我三个产品让我先熟悉下，并参考其他公司上传的内容把这三个也上传上去，通过比较，我渐渐的掌握了上传的方式和内容。

有个操作平台做起工作来就是方便，这样做起贸易来确实是方便了很多。

今天我最大的收获是知道了怎么上传产品，原来现在的外贸是这么来做的啊，我还以为做外贸是一个非常非常困难的工作呢。看来自从有了商务平台之后外贸工作简单了很多。

通过上传产品来熟悉业务是我当前的工作，同时，也不能忽视了外贸函电的写作，因为马上就得用上了 。

3月1日

今天主要是维护产品，并且保证它的更新率。把网上的数据进行归类，整理，最后整理出现在最符合的条件，然后放到我们的网站上去。整理关键词，把世界买家的关键词整理下来，一便有目的地放产品。

最后的任务还是尽快的熟悉阿里巴巴平台，掌握操作方法。尽快的熟悉外贸业务，我们做外贸业务员的，应该时常保持一个进取的心灵，这样才能更好的做好外贸。

外贸就是通过互联网找来一大批数据，然后在里面筛选出有用的来，这是一个繁琐而又无聊的工作。不知道其他的大公司是怎么样办公的，难道也是这样子的吗?真的是太累人了，我眼睛的度数因为整天瞅电脑瞅的都上去了。有空得去配上一副防辐射的眼镜，整天这么盯着电脑可不是个办法。

3月2日

今天经理带着我们去了阿里巴巴的培训部门进行了专业的阿里巴巴培训。培训了一下午的时间，听着老师在前面讲解怎么样运用好阿里巴巴平台，真的是受益匪浅啊，里面各个方面都有各个方面的用途，每个用途都是特别的重要的。

例如，动态产品的展示，橱窗产品的摆放，还有展示产品的详细参数设置等等很多。

3月5日

今天我开始在网上找客户，经理教给我们用谷歌，毕竟在国际市场上谷歌还是最有分量的。在发邮件上，经理说，最好里面不要有超链接，有的时候带超链接的话，对方系统会默认为垃圾邮件的。

我自己试着在网上找了下，发现客户信息确实是很多，在杂乱无章的信息中找出自己需要的来还真的不是一件很容易的事情呢。

谷歌确实非常强大，如果掌握了一定的搜索方法的话找个客户还是能找出来的。比如说在搜索栏里面输入买家的公司名称+email就有很大的几率出来这个公司的email地址。

看来搜索引擎里面也有很大的学问埃我需要学的东西还有很多呢，以前就只是在百度里搜索点小东西，这回终于发现了，原来搜索引擎是这么的强大。

3月6日

昨天找到的客户今天发开发信，我按照经理给的模版发了一份给各个客户。唉，像这种小公司做外贸确实是不好做啊，啥也没有，让人真是头疼。后来我逛了逛福步论坛，我发现了自己开发信的不足，那就是我们发的开发信普遍的长篇大论，先是问好，然后介绍自己公司，然后推荐产品，最后落款。但是论坛上的长辈们说这种写法早就过时了。现在的写法都是简单几句话把自己的事情交代完毕。

想想也是的，国外的公司有可能一天收好几百封邮件，写的长篇大论没人给看的，不直接拉到垃圾邮件里就是好的了。

我们学的外贸函电里面的东西现在说来都有点过时了，反正我是这么觉得的。有次我按外贸函电的格式写的开发信给经理，经理直接打回来了——重写!

第一、提前学习初三内容，培养我们处理综合问题的能力

1、注意教材中的，有小框框，有小贴士，有小问题，而这些问题平时你可能都没注意过，试着回答这些问题，这些都是综合问题中的组成部分，作为综合题，只是把很多这样的基础的小问题综合在一起形成的。它能帮助你培养处理问题的综合能力。

3、2020年初三学习计划书

(一)抓好预习环节

预习，即课前的自学。指在教师讲课之前，自己先独立地阅读新课内容。初步理解内容，是上课做好接受新知识的准备过程。有些学生由于没有预习习惯，对老师一堂课要讲的内容一无所知，坐等教师讲课。老师讲什么就听什么，老师叫干什么就干什么，显得呆板被动，缺乏学习的积极性和主动性。有些学生虽能预习，但看起书来似走马观花，不动脑、不分析。这种预习一点也达不到效果。

(二)注重听课环节

学生的大部分时间是在课堂中度过的。因此，听课是学生接受教师指导，掌握知识，发展智力的中心环节。是获取知识的重要途径。是保证高效率学习的关键。听课时，有的学生全神贯注，专心听讲;有的分心走神，萎靡不振，打瞌睡。有的像录音机，全听全录;有的边听边记，基本上能把教师讲的内容都记下来;有的以听为主，边听边思考，有了问题记下来;有的干脆不记，只顾听讲;有的边听边划边思考。思考时，有的思考当堂内容，有的思考与本课相关的知识体系，有的思考教师的思路，有的拿自己的思路与教师的思路比较。

那么，怎样才能达到听好课的目的呢?总的要求是要抓住各学科的不同特点，带着问题听，听清内容，记住要点，抓住关键，着重听老师的讲课方法与思路，释疑的过程与结论。

(三)紧抓复习环节

复习是对前面已学过的知识进行系统再加工，并根据学习情况对学习进行适当调整，为下一阶段的学习做好准备。因此，每上完一节课，每学完一篇课文，一个单元，一册书都要及时复习。若复习适时恰当，知识遗忘就少。早在1885年，德国的心理学家艾滨浩斯，通过实验发现刚记住的材料，一小时后只能保持44%;一天后能记住33%;两天后留下的只有28%;六天后为25%。所有的人，学习的知识都会发生先快后慢的遗忘过程。一些记性好的学生是因为能经常从不同的角度、不同的层次上进行复习，做到“每天有复习，每周有小结，每章有总结”，从而形成了惊人的记忆力。因此，很多学生对所学知识记不住，并不是脑子笨，而是不善于复习，或复习功夫不深。

(四)独立完成作业环节

独立完成作业是深化知识，巩固知识，检查学习效果的重要手段，也是复习与应用相结合的主要形式。然而，有些学生没有真正利用好这个环节。他们一下课就抢着做作业，作业一完，万事大吉。更有些学生课上根本没听懂，下课后也不问，作业抄袭后向老师交差完事。

(五)认真记好课堂笔记

记笔记是为了学，为了懂，为了用。记笔记的原则是以听为主，以记为辅。简练明白，提纲挈领，详略得当。难点不放过，疑点有标记。不乱，不混，条理明。对联想、发现的问题，要及时记。笔记要留有空白处，便于复习时补缺。

昨天是世界杯赛的第九天。中国队对巴西队。我们都知道巴西队是世界上最好的足球队。虽然中国队队员竭尽了全力，但是还是输了。比赛结果四比零。我觉得中国队表现比第一场要好多了。我相信，他们能从巴西队那里学到很多东西。

我希望中国足球队终有一天成为强队。

My Low-carbon Life

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.

Firstly, I often walk to school. It can reduce air pollution. Secondly, I

always turn off the lights and fans when leaving the classroom. Thirdly, I

always make full use of paper and other school things and never waste water.

I wish more students to join me and make the earth more and more

beautiful.
