贴福、压岁钱——大年初一一早，每家每户便贴上了倒&ldqu;福&rdqu;，这时，孩子们总会围在门前，议论着为什么要贴一个倒&ldqu;福&rdqu;，家里的老人总是会不厌其烦的回答道：&ldqu;这是福到了啊！&rdqu;。让孩子们最高兴的事便是接压岁钱了，当天晚上，会把压岁钱压在枕头底下，说是可以辟邪，第二天，孩子们便拿着这些钱，上街买吃的去了。还有一个风俗，不知别处有没有，在大年三十那天要烧鲢鱼，当天不能吃，说要年年有&ldqu;鱼&rdqu;，有的小孩子不听话的，想趁着大人不注意尝两口，也被大人发现，赶了回去。

听父亲说他们小时候的春节，总是那么让人期盼，平常日子里，并没有那么多好吃的，所以，到春节那天，总显得特别兴奋，跑在小巷里，看见哪户人家门开着，便进去说声新年好，那家主人一高兴，便抓起一把糖塞进孩子的口袋，所以等他们逛一圈回家时，口袋里总是鼓鼓囊囊的，说不定手上还会捧着一把。

一位做马蹄糕的阿姨向我们介绍了马蹄糕的做法：第一步：把马蹄去皮洗干净并切成小粒。第二步：把水和糖以10?9放进锅里，煮成浓的糖水，再用水和马蹄粉以重量2?1混合成生浆糊。第三步：倒生浆糊到糖水里，边倒边搅均匀，做成半生半熟浆糊。第四步：把马蹄粒倒进半生半熟浆糊，并搅均匀，然后用盆装好，大火蒸三十分钟即可。

进入一个古色古香的茶室，穿上中国风的茶服，坐在摆满了精致茶具的茶席旁，一种独特的庄重感觉油然而生。在这种氛围下学习茶艺应该很有趣吧，可是茶艺并不仅仅是一件有趣的事。

陆羽的《茶经》中说，茶是高尚的，沏茶、品茶亦要以礼相待。于是，我们首先跟着叶老师学习茶礼。“行李十式”，坐姿端正十分重要。从初习的别扭到最后的款款而自然，还有“手容恭”、“口容止”，看似一板一眼，熟练之后，却从容别致有趣。这种庄严的的氛围应该会浸润到我的日常生活中，让我从此不再过于不拘小节。

学好了“行茶十式”，又反复练习了多遍泡茶顺序，我们终于要大显身手，自己泡一杯云南的古树白茶了。布置好一桌茶席，调整好心境，行茶就即将开始了。轻柔的古典音乐缓缓流出，若有若无的蒸汽伴着一缕缕茶香在半空中回荡，瞬间缥缥缈缈，宛若仙境。温完杯，润完茶，我终于把茶汤倒进品茗杯中了。白茶的工艺是最少的，所以茶色淡黄透亮，好似一块琥珀的精华融入了茶汤似的;这种香又是浑然天成的，该是大自然中花朵与青草的芬芳吧，还带着甜甜的露水的味道……小心翼翼拿起品茗杯，细细品尝，滋味清纯，沁人心脾。此时，我们脸上该是洋溢着幸福的微笑吧。

茶在我们的生活中，不仅仅是一种饮料，也是一种文化，一种精神内涵。“黑白红绿青黄普”，多种多样的茶，我们每种都品尝了一遍，味道各不相同：红茶的醇香，绿茶的清香，白茶的自然香……我们也细细品味着茶文化。茶文化以茶德为中心，重视修养，提倡尊重，这不得不说，就是我们人生重要的文化素质。

今天，我从“嘉一”学习回家，就马上打开电脑，找起中国传统文化的资料。我一打开传统文化的资料，就出来了许多传统文化。比如：筷子。中国象棋。风筝。十二生肖剪纸？？其中最有代表性的是京剧脸谱，中国结。所以我花了一个京剧脸谱，中国结太难画了，就叫妈妈买了一个。

街道上打扫的人越来越少了，而马路上工作的作业车却越来越多，在家中现擀现包的手工水饺越来越少了，而那些包装华丽的速冻水饺越来越多，在饭店手工清洗的海鲜越来越少，而用机器震动清洗的越来越多。中国的文化在一步步走入现代化、科技化，人们对于生活的要求也越来越丰富、高尚，在这种要求下，人们一直创新更好的食物，导致在中国没有最时尚的，只有更时尚，变革、创新没有限度。

April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediately. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planting young trees. Others were watering . After getting the work done, we put up a board reminding people to protect the trees. Before leaving we took some photos to record our green action. 运输过程中，为了避免陶瓷相撞，古人用的办法很奇特：在陶瓷的木箱内撒上一些黄豆或绿豆，因为这两种植物长得快，把陶瓷放在里面，等到它们发芽后就把陶瓷与陶瓷之间的缝隙填满，这样就算有大风浪陶瓷都不容易碎，所以说古人就是聪明;陶瓷的制作方法也很不简单：先是淘泥，再来选泥……十几道工序听听就让人觉得眼花缭乱，特别是烧置，火候太大，陶瓷就会干裂;火候太小，陶瓷没烧好，就变为废品一件了。古人就能把火候温度控制得这么好，七百度左右是陶，1200度以上才会成瓷，还要经过许多纷繁复杂的制作工艺!想想就让人头晕目眩，而在公元前2000年到8000年前我国古代劳动人民就已经熟练掌握了烧制陶瓷的方法，我们能不感到自豪吗!

今天的活动课，我感慨万分：原来在古代的时候，陶瓷就已经这么盛行了，我国烧制陶瓷的技术比欧洲早了近千年，这不充分体现了我国古代劳动人民的聪明才智吗?卞老师还说，在陶瓷界有一种说法，到现在还广为流传着“纵有家财万贯，不如汝瓷一块”，这充分体现了我国古代陶瓷的艺术价值和历史价值，难怪陶瓷和中国的英文单词是相同的，那时陶瓷就是中国的代表。如果说鼓是亚洲的魂，那么瓷器就是我国——中华民族的魂了，所以陶瓷绝对是我们中国的骄傲之一，因为它代表着我国古代劳动人们的智慧与勤劳。

风筝是一种中华传统文化，下面听听我的介绍吧！

风筝源于春秋时代，至今已有2000余年。相传“墨子为木鸢，三年而成，飞一日而败。”就是说，墨子研究了三年，终于用木头制成了一只木鸟，但这只木鸟只飞了一天就坏了。墨子制造的这只“木鸢”就是中国最早的风筝。至东汉期间，蔡伦发明造纸术后，民间开始以纸做风筝，称为“纸鸢”。 最早的风筝并不是玩具，而是用于军事、通讯上。唐代晚期，因为有人在风筝上加入了琴弦，风一吹，就发出像古筝那样的声音，于是就有了 “风筝”的叫法。

山东潍坊是我国著名的风筝之都，那里每年都要举行一次国际风筝节，可热闹了。

我还知道风筝是怎么做的呢！首先准备好工具:浆糊, 纸、刀 ，用的材料是:竹篾,纱纸条,马拉纸。

先将竹篾浸水,令竹篾软身,再用刀将竹篾破开,约三份之一粗度,然后修半形,因为稍后要将竹篾贴在马拉纸上,如果太粗,竹篾会拉破纸张,同时竹篾太粗,纱纸条就贴不稳.将修好的竹篾裁成两条长短适当的长度,约为(16吋及23吋).下一步,就将马拉纸裁成一个四方,长约24吋,马拉纸是一种非常粗糙的纸张,最适合作风筝。

此时就可以将竹篾贴在纸上,但要记住,将长长的竹篾,用纱纸扎在短的三份之一,然后慢慢屈曲,直至长竹篾两端触到纸的对角之上将它贴好。

最后一步就将风筝的尾巴贴在风筝的下方,较好线与风筝的角度后,就可起放。风筝的尾巴是平衡风筝的主要工具,当风筝乘风而上之时,如果一方较重,风筝就会偏向这方,而尾巴最好比较长,因为越长就会有一个重量令风筝头部升起,使全身受风,平衡了斜的一方。 风筝的丝线可以用牛皮线,棉线,玻璃线等线辘可分圆线辘及排辘将线扎在风筝上,要成一斜角。

春节逛花市是这儿的一大风俗，特别是“水上花市”。商贩们把满载货物的特色小艇停靠在湖边，有的顺便还会架上小板，供顾客通行。水上花市一般会买年花年桔，以及各种年货;开市的时候，湖岸边，小艇上，都聚满了人——他们大都是本地人，但也有一小部分是只是过来凑一下热闹的外地人。从高处往下看，各式各样的充满年味的商品、装饰品，与个个脸上洋溢着幸福快乐的人们相交融，构成了一道好不靓丽的风景线。

有“水上花市”，当然就有“陆上花市”了。我说的“陆上花市”其实就是普通的“花街”罢了。花街里卖的东西和水上花市的差不多，也是年花年桔还有各种年货。开市的时候，商贩的呦喝声，人们的讨价还价声……汇聚在一起，好不热闹。

除夕这天，南方跟北方一样，都是要吃年夜饭的。在广州人的年夜饭菜谱里，“白切鸡”、“清蒸鱼”、“白灼游虾”、“脆皮烧鹅”是最出名的。“白切鸡”寓意着晓春报喜;“清蒸鱼”寓意着年年有余;“白灼游虾”寓意着欢乐笑哈哈;而“脆皮烧鹅”，则寓意着红红火火。一家人围坐在圆桌，其乐融融地吃着一顿如此的年夜饭，别提有多幸福了。

高考英语写作紧扣教学大纲对考生书面表达的要求，以有指导的写作为主，要求考生在短时间内构思成文。由于它是对学生语言综合运用能力的考查，因此在高考中令很多考生感到十分苦恼，也是一个失分率很高的题型。对此，笔者有如下几条建议：

1上海高考英语作文命题特点

1.写作话题

每年高考在即，会出现许多对高考英语写作话题的预测，但这种具体的预测往往是徒劳的。分析近年来真题规律，上海市高考英语写作的话题都是跟高中生的生活密切相关，而非政治性或社会性话题。例如，2006年的话题是选择大学的问题；2007年的话题是礼物；2008年的话题是集体舞比赛；2009年是参加夏令营的课程；2010年则是学生上课情景。这些话题都源于高中生的日常生活。因此，考生不必担心无话可说。在备考过程也不必将过多精力放在一些重大的社会性及政治性话题上。

2.写作体裁

近年来，上海市高考英语写作从体裁上来说主要是偏重于叙议结合的文章，例如在2008年的高考中，考生首先要说明自己是否要参加集体舞比赛，之后要阐述自己的理由。又如，在2009年的高考中，考生首先要根据材料说明自己要参加夏令营的哪个课程，其次要阐述自己的理由以及描述一下希望从课程中学到的内容。刚刚结束的2010年高考题要求学生描述图片以及自己同时期上课的情景，再简单发表感想。纵观近三年的高考，都是夹叙夹议的文章，因此这种体裁的文章是考生接下来备考的重点。

2.如何写好高考作文

高考英语作文的考核目标是看学生能否根据题意连贯、贴切地进行书面表达。我们在写作时应注意：

1.认真审题，确定内容。弄清写作要求是写好作文的前提，也是书面表达的基础。审题时应注意以下几个方面：

1)审题时要确定文章的体裁。

例：(2010年高考)下图是小学新生的课堂一角，对照你当时的上课情况，做出比较并谈谈你的感受。你的作文必须包括：描述图片里学生上课的场景；比较你同时期的上课情况；简单谈谈你的感受。

这篇文章的内容必须覆盖题目给出的三块内容，其中前两项描述图片里学生上课的场景和比较你同时期的上课情况皆是记叙和描绘的部分。只有最后一部分简要发表感想是议论。

2)审题时，把握题目中的关键内容，以免跑题或遗漏。

例：(2009)高考作文：某海外学校举办英语夏令营，开设了如下课程：园艺(gardening)、烹调(cooking)、防身术(self-defense)、护理(nursing)。假如你是王跃华(不可以用自己的真实姓名)，写一封申请信，报名参加其中一门课程的学习。信的内容必须包括：你感兴趣的课程；你期望从这门课程中学到什么；为什么想学这些内容。

这个命题的关键内容有三块：是什么、为什么和学什么。很多同学在审题时把重点放在了为什么要学上，却忽略了想学什么这个关键内容。文章的主体段只交待了为什么要学习某个课程，却只字不提想学习这个课程的哪些方面，遗漏了关键的内容。

2.语言表达上要从三方面把好语言关。

1)准确性：在写作的过程中最好用自己熟悉的句型和词语，力求语言表达正确流畅。

2)句式多样性：在写作过程中，过多使用简单句和短句，会使文章显得罗嗦，幼稚。我们在书面表达时应学会合并短句，并注意句式的多样性。

3)语言恰当性：在高考英语写作时，还应注意用词的恰当性。有些同学喜欢用一些词汇等级较高的词以显示语言的水平，但若不贴切文章的内容，效果往往适得其反。比如，在一篇描写同学间友谊的文章中，用Itisuni－versallyacknowledgedthatfriendshipisveryimportanttous这样的语句来开头，就显得过大，十分不适合文章的主题和作者的身份。

3.组织结构上要做到结构正确，层次分明，运用适当的连接词使上下文连贯一致。

1)注意篇章结构，合理布局开始部分(Openingparagraph)——说出文中的要点、核心问题。正文部分(Bodyparagraphs)——围绕主题开展叙述、讨论。结尾部分(Concludingparagraph)——对全文的总结和概括。

2)运用适当的连接词使段落之间必须是有机地联系，内容完整、连贯。记叙文一般按照时间顺序来写，用一些表示先后顺序的连接词能使记叙的事件脉络更清楚。议论文中用一些连接词可以使文章层次分明，上下连贯。

3.高考作文的写作步骤：

高考写作理想时间是30分钟，最少不能少于20分钟，拿到考题后，写作的一般步骤为：

第一步：审题

第二步：谋篇布局
