3.5 星期一

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

狮子山不仅仅是一座山，它是你们心中永不忘怀的殿堂;龙湖不仅仅是一池水，它是你们梦中牵挂的“纳木错”。人的一生有三个母亲，第一个是你的生母，给予了你生命，奠定了你的自然品格;第二个是祖国，标识了你的国籍，积淀了你的民族品格;第三个是母校，滋养了你的性灵，塑造了你的文化品格。“重德、博学、务实、尚美”就是川师大已经给你们打下的文化烙印。

“重德”是你们文化品格之根。学校始终坚持以立德树人为根本，将道德教化、人格养成、个性发展与专业知识学习相结合，贯穿你们入学后“适应期、成长期、发展期”的每一个细节之中，构建具有川师大特色的全员、全过程、全方位育人的教育工作格局。前些天，贵州一个师范学院下雨，那些将要成为教育者的学生，居然让环卫阿姨背着穿过积水，我痛心疾首，是何为?是何为?狮子山下的数万学子决不能这样、绝不会这样、绝不敢这样，这是母校对你们发自肺腑的忠告!

“博学”是你们文化品格之干。《礼记·中庸》讲：“博学之，审问之，慎思之，明辨之，笃行之。” 读书做学问的第一要义就是要博学。学校举办“博学杯”大学生学术科技节;组织“创青春”创业计划大赛;开展“师说”教师职业技能大赛;学校创造条件并鼓励同学们参加CUPT等各类全国性的学科竞赛与“985”大学、“211”大学学生同台竞技;发起“国学秀”国学文化大赛等等一系列活动，目的就是要让大学校园回归常识：读好书，让大家读懂文明、读懂中国、读懂生活。

“务实”是你们文化品格之叶。“纸上得来终觉浅、觉知此事要躬行”，在“务实”文化的熏陶下，很多同学利用假期走出校门、走向社会、走进生活。你们曾走进羌寨，用摄像机记录古老羌文化;你们曾走进山区，用专业知识既教书又育人;你们曾走进抗战老兵的家中，聆听那一段峥嵘岁月。你们用脚丈量了中国的广度，你们用手标注了文化的高度，你们用肩担当了生命的厚度。

“尚美”是你们文化品格之花。川师大是一个崇尚美的殿堂，它从来就不缺少美的内涵与美的表达。1985年学校就创办了全国高校第一所美育学校，以艺术素质教育为依托，把自然美、社会美、艺术美内化为人生修养，激发出积极向上、奋发有为的精神境界。正因为如此，才有以李言荣校友为代表的学术之美、以李镇西校友为代表的教育之美、以张杰校友为代表艺术之美、以高伟校友为代表的忠诚之美、以高玉华校友为代表的真情之美……

亲爱的同学们、可爱的小狮子们：

“重德、博学”共同体现了学校“学高为师、身正为范”的师德师能境界;“务实、尚美”共同体现了学校“求真务实、追求卓越”的大学精神。我真诚希望母校给予你们的这份精神财富，融入你们的血液，成为你们的文化基因，并以此内化于心、外化于行，在未来的人生中，让川师大的精神品位熠熠生辉!

亲爱的同学们、可爱的小狮子们：

从你们走进大学的那天起，就一直在追问：大学是什么?在近千年的大学发展史上，有无数的仁人志士从不同角度对这个永恒的话题给出了他们的诠释。在你们即将离开母校的时候，作为新来的校长，没有机会为你们做更多的服务，今天利用这个讲台，让我们再一次来探讨这个话题。大学就是有经验、有智慧的长者与求知欲旺盛、精力充沛的你们在一起激荡智慧、绽放光芒的时间与空间。为此，谈几点人生的感悟，也是学校对你们的期待与叮咛。

一是要有高度的责任心，做一个能担负生命责任的人

责任心是中国知识分子的基本价值追求和道德准则，修身、齐家、治国、平天下，激励了历代读书人去追索、去坚守。大而言之，为国家民族担负责任，“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平”;中而言之，为社会事业担负责任，遵纪守法、爱岗敬业、回报社会;小而言之，为家庭和美担负责任，侍奉父母、友爱亲朋、琴瑟和鸣、养育子女。

二是要有强烈的好奇心，做一个能充满生命智慧的人

好奇心是探索世界奥秘的动力，我们所熟知的牛顿、爱因斯坦、霍金，无不是怀着极大的好奇心，进入他们所探索的未知世界。我们生活在一个迫切需要创新，同时也为创新提供了前所未有之机遇和条件的时代，在这个时代，“大众创业、万众创新”已经成为社会各界的基本共识。不管你今后做什么，都要以好奇的目光关注和思考世间万物，让生命智慧饱满。你要想养家糊口，追求物质人生，就需要去探究出一技之长;你要想建功立业，追求丰厚人生，就需要去开辟有一席之地;你要想奉献社会，追求卓越人生，就需要攀登到一山之巅。

三是要有持续的进取心，做一个能放射生命光芒的人

大学的使命不仅要让你们感受生命的美好、肩负生命的责任、更要彰显生命的光辉。我们回顾人类文明的历史不难发现，人类发展的内驱力之一正是个人奋斗，揭开人类文明之谜的呼唤，产生了无数的求索者，而这些求索者的孜孜奋斗，才使我们有了这个不同寻常的世界。哈佛大学第21任校长艾略特也说过，“人类的希望取决于那些知识先驱者的思维,他们所思考的事情可能超过一般人几年、几代人甚至几个世纪。”这并不是说每一个人都要去名垂青史、创新文明，而是希望你们要不断地激发潜能、彰显个性。有多少能量就努力去散发多少热、有多少智慧就努力去成就多少事、有多少积淀就努力去帮助多少人，即便只是冬天的一缕微光，也可以努力去照亮夜行的路人。

四是要有淡定的平常心，做一个能涵养生命格调的人

建功立业、扬名立万并不是生命的全部，也不是需要每个人均要如此。但作为一个自然人，人性中的善良却是基本的。仁者爱人，表现为两个指向的人生价值。一是不争，就是要看淡得失，要有所不为，老子说“甚爱必大费，多藏必厚亡”，要以高远的眼界、恢弘的格局去追逐成功而又超越名利。大家知道那个六尺巷的故事，“千里来书只为墙，让他三尺又何妨?万里长城今犹在，不见当年秦始皇。”把生命放在历史长河中，百年不过一瞬间，何必在无关紧要的生活琐事上一争短长。二是不弃，就是看淡生死，要有所作为。“苟利国家生死以，岂因祸福避趋之”，事关国家民族荣辱、事关是非曲直判断、事关法律良知底线，佛曰：我不入地狱谁入地狱?不争、不弃，就是要求我们要看淡得失、看淡生死，这是中国传统文化儒释道一体的精髓，若能如此，你的一生就会平和且有格调。

长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。

大姑娘们、小伙子们，你们即将步入社会，将逐渐体悟到社会的复杂、事情的艰难、甚至世态的炎凉，只要你们“负责任、有智慧、放光芒、讲格调”，就能用仁厚的胸怀去接纳那些暂时或者永远不能改变的;就能用你们的智慧和勇气去改变那些必须改变的;就能将专业技能和职能操守相结合、将创新精神和批判思维相结合、将历史眼光和全球视野相结合、将科学精神和人文情怀相结合、将社会担当和健全人格相结合。或许“负责任、有智慧、放光芒、讲格调”这些你虽不能全至，但也要心向往之。

请君试问东流水，别意与之谁短长。

别了，那一尊春秋凝望的夫子像;别了，那一柱晨昏挺立的博观石;别了，那一坡坡龙泉驿桃花林;别了，那一盆盆馋嘴猫冷锅鱼。

大姑娘们、小伙子们，结束这个典礼，川师大将成为你们的母校，这里的每一个角落，将成为你的故园与旧居。

my name is . there are 4 people in my family. my father is a chemistryteacher. he teaches chemistry in senior high school. my mother is an english teacher. she teaches english in the university. i have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.

i like to read english story books in my free time. sometimes i surf the internet and download the e- books to read. reading e- books is fun. in addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

My room is lovely and bright. Its not big,but its clean and tidy.
