中元节又称鬼节，记得是在农历七月十五，据说是地藏菩萨打开地狱之门，放出饿鬼来寻觅食物，我们家乡习惯做一些叫“什么钱”的东西(具体怎么叫我也忘了)。

相传目犍连的母亲做了很多坏事，死后变成了饿鬼，目连知道后十分伤心，就运用法力，将一些饭菜拿给母亲吃，可饭一到口边就化为灰焰，佛祖释迦牟尼告诉他，必须集合众人的力量，于每年七月中以百味五果，置于盆中，供养十方僧人，其母方能济度，目犍连依佛主之意行事，其母终得解脱。后来这一传说形成一种民间习俗，并逐渐演变，从供养僧人演变成供养鬼魂。每年到了农历七月中，人们都会宰鸡杀鸭，焚香烧衣，拜祭由地府出来的饿鬼，用以化解其怨气，不致于为祸人间。久而久之，就有了盂兰盆节(中元节)这一节日。

猜完灯谜后，我们来捣乱麻辣摊上，在那里吃的多数是跟我同龄的孩子。我也跟着凑热闹。“老板，来两串年糕!”“好嘞!”过了一会，两串香喷喷的年糕上来了，我和哥哥大口大口的吃着，小摊上洋溢着浓浓的年味。

春节真是有趣，让我“吃饱“，”看饱，“玩饱”了。我感受到了节日的气氛，也让我了解了我们春节的习俗。

又到了每年一次的清明节，爸爸妈妈带我回老家去扫墓，一路上，春光明媚，阳光灿烂，高速公路两旁，有嫩绿的麦田、腊黄的菜花、粉红的桃花、雪白的梨花，多美的春色呀!

河南的清明节可隆重了，我们家的祖坟分布在风景秀丽的清源上，清明时节满山遍野都是上山扫墓的人，山上一片热闹。大人们准备了许多糕饼点心、水果饮料，一整袋一整袋用扁担挑着，小孩们有的拿锄头、有的拿铲子随后跟着，一家人一起上山扫墓。扫墓活动可有意思了，每找到一处祖坟，我们就分头忙开了，有的除草、有的添土，不一会儿就把杂草丛生的坟头整理得干净了许多，接着还要把五颜六色的墓钱插在坟头的新土中，并用毛笔蘸上红漆把墓碑上的字工工整整的描新一遍，这一来，日久未修的祖坟顿时面目一新了。

大人们取出供品摆在坟前，点燃香烛，还烧了许多纸钱，这些供品是给祖先吃的，纸钱是给祖先用的，表示我们后辈的孝心。最后大家要按从大到小的辈份轮流磕头祭拜，有的口中还念念有词呢，瞧，表哥念着：“祖先保佑，让我高考多考五分!”多可笑呀。还有更有趣的事呢，爷爷的墓碑左列留有一行未曾描过的文字，我呢不假思索拿起笔就描，慌得爸爸一声惊叫：“别动!”，原来这行字是留着给奶奶逝世后才能写上的，我差点闯了祸，赶紧在爷爷坟前磕了四个响头，大人们乐得呵呵大笑……

扫完了墓，我们都累坏了，下山的脚步一瘸一瘸的，但这一天过得真有意义，清明节让我对我们的祖先增添了几分敬意，也密切了我和表哥表姐的亲情。
