晚上，爸爸妈妈带着我出去散步。广场上，被烈日晒了一天的花草树木，到这时却也变得舒适了许多，散发着迷人的芳香，竟不含半点儿泥土浑浊的气息。在那里，还可以听到各种流行的、古老的音乐，闻着歌声而去，映入眼帘的便是一群洋溢着青春，活力四射的年轻人，哦!不!仔细定睛一看，那是一群由年过半百的中年妇女与老人组成的庞大舞群，这就是广场舞的魅力，虽谈不上啥艺术，但怎能不被他们的这股精神头所惊叹!爸妈经常看得入了神。寒假的夜晚，我是幸福的。

在寒假班中，我还结交到了各路的“武林高手”、奇人异士。他们好像个个都学富五车，才高八斗，对于老师的问题，他们则是不在话下。让我尤为惊叹的是几个男生，他们的思维能力居然如此之强，不管任何“刁钻刻薄”的问题，他们都能对答如流，常常让我看得目瞪口呆。

我认为我的寒假生活一点儿也不比别人差。如此一个快乐幸福的寒假，是无可替代的。

A blackout

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in Shanghai opera. My Eddweiss

Eddwiss,edelweiss,every morning you grate me,small and white ,clean and bright.

You must have heard of this song.Do you look for edelweiss?I found it.In winter,I went to the mountain.I found a small edelweiss blossoming among grass.It had pure white.I endulged in the beautiful scenery.Edelweiss is like an angel,it is dancing and smiling to me.The next day I went to see it.I cannot forget that small edelwiess.

Today is December 24, is a traditional day to sweep the dust. Home for cleaning, of course, for me, I will act with my father and mother, and do a lot of work.

Most of the work is done before, today the most main is to rub the lamp. I help my father moved to the ladder, the ladder is quite heavy, still stand in the corner, I had a lot of strength to move it out, this want to stand up to wipe, tried out of reach, is still a little afraid. 今天是腊月二十四，是传统的扫尘的日子。这天，自然，家里要进行大扫除了，我呢，也就和爸爸妈妈一起行动，干了不少的活儿。

大部分活儿之前都干完了，今天最主要的就是擦灯。我帮爸爸搬来梯子，梯子挺沉，还立在角落里，我费了好多劲儿才把它挪出来，本想自己站上去擦，试了试够不着，还有点害怕。结果就还是爸爸在上面掸尘，摘灯罩，我在下面接着。顺便再清洗抹布，再把它们传给爸爸。

灯罩可真脏啊!我拿着抹布对着灯罩刮来刮去，将原来一摸一手泥的灯罩，擦得崭新透亮。我自认餐厅的灯擦得最好了。原来，这盏土耳其语上面全是污泥，每次开灯，都觉得很暗。但是，在我用了‘威猛先生’擦过之后，原来脏兮兮的灯罩立马变了一个样，开开灯马上就觉得亮了几分。

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

虽然今天很累，但是面对亮亮的灯照得明亮的家，洁净的洗手池和干净的踢脚线，我很高兴，很有成就感!爸爸妈妈也夸我真是很能干!

今天，我做了一个决定，有的时候我会不自信。所以我要每天早上起床后对着镜子说一遍加油。因为我认为那样会使我变得自信。那样，我就可以大胆的去做一些我想要做却会紧张的事。现在，我要说一句：加油!

I made a decision today. Becuase I often lose my confidence, I decide tell myself ‘cheer up’ in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will make me more confident. Thus, I can do things I want bravely. Now, I will say, ‘Keep going’.
