A hobby is not only fun but also useful. It can help build your confidence. It makes your life more colourful. My hobby is gardening. I like to plant vegetables, fruit and flowers in my garden. I like working in my garden. It’s enjoyable and easy to learn.

I also like listening to music. When I am tired, I listen to some light music. I feel relaxed and happy.

Our school art festival is held once a year. I think this year’s was excellent because a lot of students and teachers took part in it. From 20XX to 20XX, I spent my college life in Hunan First Normal College. Reminding my college life, I think it was of great significance.

Furthermore, apply for scholarships and grants, as these are still available and we don’t have to pay them back. As for the safety issues, trust our instinct – there’s no free lunch in this world. Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. Environmental Protection No one，regardless of race, religion or nationality, can deny that the world we live in is becoming increasingly intolerable because of the effects of global warming. According to many experts, even greater impacts are still on the way. There are numerous causes for this problem. On one hand, human-related emissions of carbon into the atmosphere is causing, and will in the future cause, significant global warming according to the theory. On the other hand, the lack of knowledge about the importance of protecting environment hinders the solving of the problem. It is urgent that immediate and effective actions should be taken right away. First, more trees need to be planted to help improve and beautify the environment. Besides, stricter laws concerning global warming and irresponsible use of fuel resources have to be put into effect and achieved good results.
