我的家乡在纪山镇,虽说不是一个很大的地方,却是一个很有灵气的一个名镇.在她的西部是有名的纪山庙,古墓众多.是国家的重点保护对象,这里树木茂盛,小山错落有致,现已成为旅游区.吸引了许多国内、国外的游客前来游玩.

纪山盛产大米、鱼牧业发达.纪山鱼畅销全国各地,纪山的龙米色泽洁白、口感香甜,更是名扬国内外.

纪山的各个村都修了平整的柏油马路.这是纪山人民修建的,走在马路上,心情极其舒畅.田野里是辛勤劳动的叔叔、阿姨、伯伯们,是他们造就了我们美丽的纪山.

我爱我的家乡,我爱家乡的人们,我的心在家乡.

With the rapid development of the society, many things around our life are changed. Personally speaking, my hometown has changed a lot.

When I was a child, there was only one black and white TV set in our village. And I don’t know what’s computer. I often went to school on foot. What’s more, in summer, we had to use hand-made fans to make our temperature down. If I wanted to connect with the distant friends or relatives,  the most convenient way is writing letters, which may lost on the way or take a lot of time to reach the destination.

However, nowadays, there are four color televisons in my home and most people have their own computers. And now cars are seen everywhere. In addition, most houses have airconditioning, which can cool the whole house quickly. With the development of cell phone, people can reach each other in a second. They can talk or see each other through cell phone.

As time passes, my hometown has change a lot thanks to the social development. I believe there will be much more changes in the future.

I love my hometown. Warm spring to all things on earth brings great blessings, make the earth full of vitality. Home with a mountain lion in the mountain, the mountain flower although there is no the smell of the rose aroma; Nor as very beautiful peony. But ordinary like that. It looks so good. So generous.

I love my hometown. A hot summer day in baked the earth. We enjoy cool air under the tall trees, proud of cicadas in the "make" project for us. Little girls picked up the flower on the head of the ground, held than the competition.

我爱我的家乡.温暖的春天给大地上的万物带来了无比的恩惠，使大地充满了生机。家乡里的狮子山上开满了山花，那些山花虽然没有玫瑰的气味浓香;也没有牡丹那样国色天香。但它显的那样平凡.那样善良.那样大方。

我爱我的家乡。炎热的夏日在烤着大地。我们在高大的玉兰树下面乘凉，骄傲的知了在“吱吱”地为我们解闷。小姑娘们捡着地上的花插在头上，举行比美比赛。

我爱我的家乡。凉爽的秋天给人们带来了温暖的笑容，因为秋天正是丰收的季节。从远处看那今灿灿的豆谷一块块美丽又高贵的地毯。使人看到就不舍的离开，还会引你往前走，走近了又像能给人带来致富的金子。

我爱我的家乡。寒冷的冬天在吹着呼呼响的寒风，想把坚贞不屈的梅花给叫醒。梅花的清香把勤劳的蜜蜂引来，它们“嗡嗡”的采蜜，好像在说：“啊，梅花我爱你。在这寒冷的冬天要是没有你我们早被饿死了。”

啊!我爱我的家乡。

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white

because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On

the third day， my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full

of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days，

I went to some other interesting places， such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV

Tower， the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t

forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

In the growth, there are always some lingering worries. As the ancients said: "people have sensitized, yuan, there are rain or shine." Why do peoples lifetime will not be smooth? I am no exception! Growth has given me endless happiness, but also bring many troubles to me from time to time: for growth, I with the feelings of a kind of desire, but somewhat bored.

The first: much homework. Though the teacher is decorated very little, but mother is three times of assignment, let me test the mountain every day. Go home at night, the first thing is to do my homework, then chew my everybody.

The second: less time. Can also play at school, at home, in addition to eat, when they dont have time to play the other time was spent on learning.

Third: friends less. Grow up, boys play with boys, girls like girls to play, if the boy and the girl talk, everyone else will be so good friends less, "enemy" had more.

Fourth: the demand is high. When I was a child, live carefree, free. Now, as the fifth grade students I have grown up, not as a child, do things to be careful, focused, after all, I have grown up. The carefree days are far...

在成长中，总有些挥之不去的烦恼。就如古人说的：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺。”人的一辈子为什么不会一帆风顺呢?我也不例外啊!成长给了我无穷的快乐，但也不时给我带来不少的烦恼：对于成长，我带着一种渴望的心情，但又有些厌烦。

第一：作业多了。虽然老师布置得很少，但妈妈却布置了3倍的作业，让我每天都啃书山。晚上回家，第一件事是做作业，接着就是啃我的书山了。

第二：时间少了。在学校里还可以玩，到了家，除了吃饭时就没时间玩了，其他时间都花在学习上。

第三：朋友少了。长大了，男生跟男生玩，女生就跟女生玩，要是男生跟女生玩就会被人议论，所以好朋友少了，“仇人”却多了。

第四：要求高了。当我还是小孩时，生活得无忧无虑，自由自在的。可现在，身为小学五年级学生的我已经长大了，不在是小孩了，做起事来要小心翼翼，思前想后，毕竟我已经长大了。无忧无虑的日子已经远了……

成长，虽然给了我不少烦恼，但也为我带来了不少快乐。同时，也因为这些成长的烦恼，令我懂得了许多，也意识到了许多许多……快乐与烦恼就可以把它们比喻成一块一块的铺路石，它们毫无漏缝的连接着，通向成功的路!

Christmas is the most important festival in the western world. It falls on

December 25th. When my mother and I stayed in America, we were invited by one of

my mothers friends to have Christmas with an American family. We bought some

presents for our American friends on our way to their house.They had prepared

different kinds of gifts for their family and guests when we got to their house,

such as Christmas candles, cakes, cards, little toys, biscuits and so on. A

Christmas tree was placed in the comer of the brilliant hall. How beautiful it

was! We were impressed by these. We had a big meal. After dinner, they told us

some interesting stories about Christmas. We learned that Christmas had

something to do with God. We went to bed at midnight. Though we knew the Santa

Claus was not true, we were still waiting for the Santa Claus with white beard

to bring us presents.And we received many beautiful presents the next

morning.This Christmas was really unforgettable. Not only did I have a good

time, but also I knew something about foreign culture.

One story about Jack,an Irishman,who was not allowed into Heaven because he was stingy with his money.So he was sent to hell.But down there he played tricks on the Devil (Satan),so he was kicked out of Hell and made to walk the earth forever carrying a lantern.

Well,Irish children made Jacks lanterns on October 31st from a large potato or turnip,hollowed out with the sides having holes and lit by little candles inside.And Irish children would carry them as they went from house to house begging for food for the village Halloween festival that honored the Druid god Muck Olla.The Irish name for these lanterns was "Jack with the lantern" or "Jack of the lantern," abbreviated as " Jack-o-lantern" and now spelled "jack-o-lantern."

The traditional Halloween you can read about in most books was just childrens fun night.Halloween celebrations would start in October in every elementary school.

关于万圣节有这样一个故事.是说有一个叫杰克的爱尔兰人,因为他对钱特别的吝啬,就不允许他进入天堂,而被打入地狱.但是在那里他老是捉弄魔鬼撒旦,所以被踢出地狱,罚他提着灯笼永远在人世里行走.

我的家乡在江北的一个小乡村，在连云港附近，是个好地方。

我奶奶就住在那个小村子里，我的童年就是和奶奶一起度过的。

那里虽谈不上有多少的好山好水，但是一年四季的景致和趣味也不比别的地方差。

春天的时候百花盛开，姹紫嫣红的景象甚是好看，走在田野上，温和的阳光洒下，照在花朵上，风一吹，那些在阳光下的花朵就像小星星一样扑闪扑闪的，很是可爱。大树抽出了嫩枝新芽，碧绿碧绿的，在微风中轻轻的晃动，仿佛在招手一样，显得十分动人。

夏天到了，知了趴树上聒噪的叫声使人烦躁，这时的树荫显得更加的浓密了，大人们喜欢端着茶壶，躲在阴凉的地方休息聊天，小孩子们喜欢在一起游泳戏水，稍微有些勤奋的，不一会可以摸到一大盆螺蛳和河蚌。晚上炒菜吃。更有甚者去林子里找野草莓吃。

秋天是个收获的季节，我们可以去果园玩。果园里满是苹果和梨子，苹果是半红半青的，梨子是棕色的，不是黄的，一个个像胖乎乎的小娃娃一样，挂在树上，十分好看，那里面一般不用农药，摘下来一个就可大快朵姬了，苹果的味道十分的美味。梨子虽然不是太好吃，但是味道还不错。

冬天的时候，我们的家乡成了雪的世界，外的的雪总是在飘落个不停，想伸出手去接，可惜的是雪花一到手掌就化成了水了，再接一个，又接一个，可是雪花总是那样故技重施。地上铺着一层白花花的“雪地毯”，在阳光的照耀之下，仿佛是缀满了宝石的白地毯一样一闪一闪的，我们必须要穿着厚厚的衣服带个大大的帽子出去玩。我们总是会在一起打雪仗或者抓一把雪往别人衣领子里灌。叫他冷的缩脖子。玩腻了，就回家看电视或睡觉，往往第二天早上一起来，家家门口都会立着一个奇怪的大雪人，也许是为了开心或者是故意的。

这就是我的家乡，一个温暖，美丽的地方，一个充满着乐趣的地方。
