小武当山位于江西最南端的龙南县武当镇境内，因风景如画，深受大众的好评，是一个旅游热点。

我们刚到就看见好几座雄伟的高山立在那里。它们笔直地站着，就像一个个军人一样。

我们买了票之后就开爬山了。

我们卖力地爬到山上的一个验票的地方，在验票的时候我问工作人员：“我们还要爬多久才能到山顶啊?”

工作人员回答说：“你们刚刚爬的这段是给你们热身的，后面这些路至少还要五个小时。”虽然听起来就很累，但是还是没有动摇我们爬上山顶的决心。我们觉得山上的景色肯定会非常美丽。

我们爬呀，爬呀，终于爬到了半山腰，我们累得气喘吁吁，正当我们休息的时候忽然山脚起了浓雾。云雾缭绕，小武当被装饰得宛如仙境。有的游客们边拍照边感叹：“真是人间仙境!丝毫不比湖北武当山差。”我们也停下来，拍照留作纪念。然后我们经过了小武当山一个有名的自然形成的景点——一线天。顾名思义，一线天就是两座山挨在一起，中间的那道缝。从下面看，天空真的像一条线。

就在我们准备继续爬山时候，却下起雨来了。下雨把我们的进度减缓了许多，这很正常。如果你不想丢了你的小命的话就走慢点。又没人把刀架在你脖子上要求你走快点儿，走那么快有必要吗?

我们在一个小洞里面避了一会儿雨，然后就继续爬山。越往高爬，风景越好。也不知爬了几个小时，这个时候大概已经爬了三分之二的山了，山顶究竟是什么样子呢?我们都很期待，山顶究竟有怎样的美景呢?

走着走着，不知不觉中，已经到了山顶之下的玻璃栈道了。玻璃栈道建在山体的边缘，脚下是悬崖，走在上面，你会看到深渊，会怕这个栈道不够坚固。但是肯定可以承受你的重量，如果人太多应该会排队等待上桥。

又过了好久，我们爬到了山顶。爬上山顶的第一秒钟我们注意到的不是美丽的风景，而是一位老奶奶，我觉得她大概年龄是七十岁左右，但当我们询问这位老人的年龄时，老奶奶给出的答案让我们大吃一惊，老奶奶的实际年龄是八十多岁。这充分验证了“生命在于运动”这句话是正确的。

山顶上的风景格外的美。四周全是雾，仿佛是在神仙居住的地方。俯看山下的房子，看着就和一辆汽车大。而汽车，则完全看不到了。

小武当山真是一座景色奇异、雄伟壮观的山。

端午节，我就想起一首儿歌“五月五，是端阳。插艾叶，带香囊。吃粽子，撒白糖。龙舟下水喜洋洋。”一曲简单的儿歌就道出我国两千多年的传统节日——端午节。一到端午这一天全国各地的人们都要吃粽子，赛龙舟。

在我的家乡也一样，每到这一天，家家户户都忙得不亦乐乎，大家都在为过节准备。端午节的前两天，就看到奶奶，去市场买粽叶，糯米，回到家以后，奶奶先把粽叶放到一个盆子里，用水浸泡，使它变柔软，然后把糯米洗净，用水浸泡，经过一段时间的浸泡后，奶奶开始包粽子了。

首先先拿起一片粽叶，把它卷成一个椎体，然后再把糯米填到这个椎体李，填满以后，用其余的粽叶把它紧紧的裹住，接着用麻线把它困起来，奶奶就像这样一个一个的包着，不一会，一串粽子就包好了。终于到了端午这一天，妈妈一早就出去买菜了，奶奶从冰箱里取出之前包好的粽子，放到锅里开始煮，妈妈不久也回来了，这时妈妈拿出在市场买的艾叶，把它挂在门上面，然后准备菜肴。

经过了一天的准备，我们的晚餐开始了，我们一家人围坐在饭桌前，为先人屈原祈祷后开始用餐，这是电视里也在播放赛龙舟的画面，我不由得想起屈原，希望他能听到我们的祈祷，不会刚到寂寞。

端午节是我们中国人两千多年的传统节日，他的延续不仅是龙的节日，还是一种精神的延续。

A Happy Day

Today is Saturday， my family and I go to have a picnicin the park， I feel so excited， because our family does not have the activityfor a long time. At first， I go to see the park and play for a while， then Icome back to my parents， and join them. I play games with my parents， theylaugh happily. Today is a happy day for me.

他被困在这座原始生林已经七天了。在这七天里，他不停的寻找出路，不停地走，可是他绝望的发现，自己离林区却越来越远了。

没错，他是一个偷猎者，准确的说，他是一个优秀的偷猎者，他曾不止一次的在同伴面前讲述自己的丰功伟绩。比如到东北禁区偷猎五只怀孕的母虎啦。在西双版纳偷猎共三群丹顶鹤啦，再比如自己孤单一人与一头黑熊“斗武”啦。诸如此类，不胜其数。

可是这次，他是失手了，他胆子太大，竟在离检查站的不远处动手。因不小心扭松了一颗螺丝，装在枪上的消音器失效了。“嘭”的一声枪响，吓傻了带他来的领路人，也吓呆了他自己。巨大的枪声很快引来了看林员。他是一个专业的偷猎者，在确定领路人暂时是回不过神来了，他毅然向丛林深处逃去。

他颓然的坐在一棵树下，摸出口袋里的仅剩不多的烟卷，他抽出一根，凑在鼻子上闻了闻，然后掏出火柴点燃了香烟，放在嘴里深深的吸了一口，吐出一个大大地烟圈。

他躺了下来，眼睛望着天空，他仿佛看见了妻子温柔的笑脸，好美好美。妻子已经很长时间没有笑过了，自从儿子被查出患上了脑癌之后，妻子就像变了个人一样，常常一整天一句话都不说，除了每天面对着隔离病房的玻璃，看那一滴滴白色的液体从药瓶里流入儿子的身体里之外，她几乎哪都不去。

医生说儿子没救了，这样也只是维持儿子活在世上的时间罢了。可妻子说哪怕儿子能活一天就是一天，一定要继续治疗。面对巨额的医药费，他选择了隐瞒妻子，重新拿起了尘封多年的枪。

他知道他必须尽快的弄到钱，于是，他选择了偷猎保护区。可毕竟多年没有碰过枪了，多少有些生疏，不曾想一个小小疏忽竟酿成大祸。他知道他这一次可能真的完了，偷猎保护区可是大罪，如果被抓到，就是终身监禁。他想，如果可以用自己的生命换回儿子的命，他也愿意。

然后，他躺在树下睡了一会。

一个月后，妻子在监狱里见到了他，他穿着一身囚服，从容的坐在妻子的对面。

他拿起话筒，话筒那头传来妻子带着哭腔的声音；“你寄的那笔钱我，我收到了，儿子也醒了，医生说这是医学史上的一个奇迹”

听了妻子的话，他欣慰的笑了，他想，世上还有两个如此挂念着自己的人，足够了……

Between the darkness of earth and heaven she was burning fiercely upon a

disc of purple sea shot by the blood-red play of gleams; upon a disc of water

glittering and sinister. A high, clear flame, an immense and lonely flame,

ascended from the ocean, and from its summit the black smoke poured continuously

at the sky. She burned furiously, mournful and imposing like a funeral pile

kindled in the night, surround-ed by the sea, watched over by the stars.

A magnificent death had come like a grace, like a gift, like a reward to

that old ship at the end of her laborious days. The surrender of her weary ghost

to the keeping of stars and sea was stirring like the sight of a glorious

triumph. The masts fell just before daybreak, and for a moment there was a burst

and turmoil of sparks that seemed to fill with flying fire the night patient and

watchful, the vast night lying silent upon the sea.

The Importance of Breakfast

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to peoples body health. In my opinion, Im convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we dont have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. Generally speaking, we dont have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be stored in our body and make us fat.

All in all, people should eat breakfast for the good of our health and for the good of keeping a good body shape.

人们都忙于自己的工作，所以在早上都会选择直接上班，而不吃早餐。一些人认为不吃早餐不会影响自己的身体健康。一些人认为早餐对健康很重要。就我来说，我觉得为了身体健康着想，我们应该吃早餐。

首先，早餐能够给我们提供自己一天所需的能量。在吃早餐前，我们的身体一斤高消耗完了前一餐的食物提供给我们的能量。说以，我们需要在早上吃点儿东西来给我们的身体提供一些能量和营养。如果我们不吃早餐，那么我们没有足够的能量，这样会导致我们工作效率低。

其次，不吃早餐的人更容易肥胖。如果不吃早餐，你将会在中午和晚上吃大量的食物。通常来说，一般人们在晚上的活动量会很少，但是，我们由于吃了太多的食物，那些多余的热量会储存在我们的身体里，让我们变胖。

总之，人们应该吃早餐，不仅为了身体健康着想，也为我们能够保持一个好的身材着想。
