2017年教育主题是“强化安全意识、提升安全素养”。

一、安全教育日的由来

1996年，国家7个部委联合发布关于全国中小学生安全教育的通知，确定每年3月最后一周的星期一为全国中小学生的安全教育日。这充分体现了党和政府对大家的爱护。目前，安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因。校园安全涉及到青少年生活和学习方面的安全隐患有20多种：食物中毒、体育运动损伤、网络交友安全、交通事故、火灾火险、溺水、毒品危害、性侵犯、艾滋病等.有专家指出，通过安全教育,提高中小学生的自我保护能力，80%的意外伤害将可以避免，为全面深入地推动中小学安全教育工作，大力降低各类伤亡事故的发生率，切实做好中小学生的安全保护工作，促进同学们健康成长。

二、安全教育的重要性

一直以来，人们歌颂生命，是因为生命的宝贵，人们热爱生命，是因为生命的美好。然而，生命又是脆弱的。当生命遭到灾难或伤害时，它就会转眼消逝，那些鲜血写成的教训，使我们感悟到了生命的可贵，感悟到了安全的重要。据有关部门调查统计，全国每年约有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡，平均每天有40多人。一个个触目惊心、血泪交织的悲剧不能不叫人扼腕叹息、心有余悸，也更对我们敲响了安全的警钟。这里我着重讲五点内容：

1.珍爱生命，安全第一。同学们多掌握一点安全知识，人生道路就多一份安全保障;平时多参加一次安全演练，危难时刻就多一份生的希望。希望同学们切实提高安全意识、自我保护意识，认真学习必要的安全常识，努力掌握必要的避险能力，做到人人懂安全、时时想安全、处处讲安全，每个同学都能够平安健康成长。

2.保护生命,预防为重。同学们要认真的态度参加学校组织每一次安全教育和演练，你们就多一份安全;学校对你们在安全管理上多一份了严格，你们的安全就多一份保障。学校在安全方面的教育、规范要求，请同学们要不折不扣执行，是对自己生命的尊重和负责。

3.呵护生命，排查为主。大家多排查一处隐患，你们就多一份安全，请全体师生都积极主动参与学校组织开展“学校安全隐患我发现，家家安全隐患我排查”的活动。通过活动认识到安全工作与自身息息相关，把安全意识融入到自己思想行动之中。

4.关爱生命，人人有责。大家多一份爱，大家就多一份呵护;大家多一份努力，大家就多一份安宁。同学们请自觉维护学校的安全设施，安全设施是在危机你生命安全关键时刻的最后一道防火墙;还有遇到同学们有安全隐患行为和安全事件及时报告学校、老师。如同学打架斗殴、带违禁物品入校、驾骑摩托车、乘坐违禁车辆、私自去水坝戏水等等，

5.绽放生命，习惯养好。“教育来自生活，又为生活服务”这是颠簸不破的真理。培养好自己的安全自护意识应从培养其良好的常规习惯开始。习惯养成的好，终生受其益，习惯是自动化的条件反射，是指不需要反复思考和再三选择的“自由”而生的行为。安全习惯成了自然，生命就能自由绽放。

老师、同学们：百善文明为先万思安全最重。生命是美好的生活是多姿多彩的，只有拥有生命才能拥有生活。让我们积极行动起来，努力提高安全意识、增强自我防范能力，多一份自律、多一份警醒，珍视自己的安全，对自己负责、为他人着想，共同营造一个安全的学习环境和生活环境，实现美丽人生，圆中国梦，圆家庭梦，圆自己梦，一切从实现安全开始。

plain sailing. However, diffhrent people hold diffhrent attitudes towards

failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and
