早上好! 今天是2012年3月29日，是第十七个“全国中小学生安全教育日”。今年中小学生安全教育日的主题为“普及安全知识，提高避险能力”。

应该说安全问题是一个老生常谈的问题，但我们身边还有很多安全隐患，上星期禹校长向大家通报了福建一名中年男子手持砍刀，连续砍杀13名小学生的事件，前一段时间我也和乘坐班车的同学通报了石桥小学学生不注意交通安全所酿成的惨剧，面对这许多血的教训，我们不能有半点松懈。同学们，生命是世上最宝贵的，又是脆弱的，因此，我们要时时刻刻注意安全，一举一动想到安全，不能让我们的行为有任何闪失，不能让我们的身体受到任何伤害，要时刻牢固树立安全第一的意识。在此，我要求大家做到以下几点：

1、各班主任及所有任课教师要进一步提高对安全工作重要性的认识，本着对生命负责的态度，经常反复的对学生进行安全教育，加强对学生的安全管理。特别是班主任，要把安全教育想全做细，教给学生安全防范的本领，把安全工作放在一切工作的首要位置，确保本班的学生安全。

2、要注意交通安全。大家在往返学校路上要靠右行，要主动避让机动车辆，不在公路上来回穿梭玩耍。过马路时要先观察两边车辆情况，做到“一站、二看、三通过”。放学后及时回家，不在路上停留或到他处玩耍，乘车学生服从跟车教师安排，未满十二周岁学生不得骑车上学，确保不发生一例交通安全事故。

3、要注意饮食卫生安全。校园内禁止吃零食，更不允许课间往人家跑。春季是传染病高发期，每个同学都应注意饮食卫生，不在无证摊点购买零食，防止误食不卫生食品而造成食物中毒，传染上疾病。各班还要加强卫生教育，力争使每个同学都养成良好的卫生习惯，让室内外洁净美丽，为自己创造一个良好的学习环境

4、要注意活动安全。严禁在楼梯扶手上、护栏上攀爬，不得在楼梯或走廊追逐，奔跑，打闹，以防跌倒、摔伤;上下楼梯靠右行，不要拥挤，推搡，严防发生踩踏事故。上体育课、活动课前要作好准备活动，运动时注意不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。课间活动严禁追逐打闹，在同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静理智，不要动手动脚，以免给自己和同学带来不良后果。

5、在校外要防骗，防止意外伤害。遇到坏人学会保护自己，不要随便听信陌生人的话，不接受陌生人的物品馈赠。

此外，安全方面还包括很多内容：如水、火、电安全、防自然灾害等。希望老师们多教教同学，同学们也要主动去学习安全防范知识，时时处处注意安全，以免给自己造成不必要的伤害。

再过几天就是端午节了。

10月3日，我们一家人去河北金融学院观看全国跳伞锦标赛的开幕式。当我们到达学校门口的时候，人们已经陆陆续续的开始检票入场了。

进入校门，我们沿着小路往里走。路的一边是大幅的宣传画，上面满是往期跳伞表演和保定周边旅游景点的照片，另一边是草坪和花坛。走了近三分钟的路，才到达体育场。

体育场内分为A、B、C、D四个区域，D区是主看台，许多嘉宾和领导都就坐在那里；B区是大学生方队，他们穿着统一的黄色T恤衫，非常整齐；A区和C区是普通的观众席。操场上是800米的塑胶红色跑道，跑道中间是一整片人工草坪。工作人员在草坪上布置了一个圆形的厚垫子，作为跳伞运动员的降落点。

开幕式的前几项是各级领导的讲话，我觉得一点也没有意思。将近二十分钟后，终于到了我盼望已久的跳伞表演节目啦！第一个节目是国旗飘扬，只见五名运动员带着国旗和队旗，围绕着操场上空表演。然后是“金龙飞舞”，你知道吗，运动员身后的那条金龙有15米长呢。在“欢庆盛典”和“直隶彩虹”等高难度花样跳伞表演之后，七名女跳伞运动员头戴凤冠，身穿七彩霞衣从800米高空翩然而下，仿佛七仙女缓缓落入草坪，也将整场表演推向了高潮。

今天的跳伞表演真是太精彩了，我真开心！

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. This little dog is very naughty, a gray hair, small eyes like black gem as bright, a pair of small ears cleverly erected on the head, the tail is always upturned, it is particularly cute. Because it is very naughty. So I gave it a name called "little skin."

3月27日是第二十二个全国中小学生安全教育日。为充分做好全县广大中小学生的交通安全教育，22日下午，交口县交警大队深入县第二中学开展交通安全宣传教育活动，营造了良好的安全宣传教育氛围。

大家都知道安全无小事，一时的疏忽有时会带来无法弥补的损失。此时各位同学不妨在心中默默回忆你是否有过以下的经历：为了赶时间而闯红灯横穿马路;或者使用电源之前没有把手擦干;又或者寒假期间到冻结的河面上滑冰。也许你尚没有意识到：恰恰是这些看似寻常的小事在时刻威胁着我们的生命安全。如果我们只为贪图一时之快，而忽视了这些问题的严重性，那么一旦酿成惨剧，悔之晚矣!在此，我提出几点要求，希望全校师生都能认真做好。

第一、全校师生都要有高度的安全意识，充分认识到安全工作的重要性和紧迫性。若发现校园的某些地方有安全隐患，要及时向学校有关部门汇报，防患于未然。各部门安全员对办公室的门窗及用电安全等要常抓不懈。

第二、要注意卫生安全。目前正值春季，是各类传染病、流行病高发时期，大家要高度重视，既要注意个人卫生，也要注意公共卫生和环境卫生。比如不吃腐烂变质食物，不喝生水，不随意吃零食。不食用假冒伪劣、过期变质的食品、饮料。

第三、要注意自身及财物安全。同学们在课间休息时，不得在教室或楼道内追逐打闹，不要坐在窗台上，不要攀爬操场护栏。离开教室、宿舍要及时锁好门窗，不要将贵重物品带到学校。

第四、要注意体育课、活动课、社会实践及实验课的安全。在各项体育运动中要注意运动安全，上体育课和课外活动课前要充分做好准备活动，运动时不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。实验课上，同学们要认真听老师讲解注意事项，以防意外。食堂就餐，有序排队，不争不抢。

第六、要注意交通安全。校内机动车要减速慢行，要避让学生。同学们也要提醒家长，接送车辆不要停在校门口上下车。校内不要骑车，校外骑车要遵守交通规则。坐公交车的同学，上下车和横穿马路时都要精力集中。上下楼梯靠右行，不拥挤，不争抢。

同学们，我们周围安全隐患很多，但通过普及安全知识，可以有效提高自我保护能力，确保生命安全。只要思想重视并具备一定的常识和相应的措施，许多意外伤害事故都可以避免。关键是我们要警钟长鸣，不断强化安全意识;同时要措施到位，消除安全隐患。
