2016“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛将于2015年10月1日正式开赛，现面向全国中小学生公开征文!

“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛于2014年创办，由华语教学出版社主办，致力于文学人才的挖掘与培养，推进创意写作在新时代语文教学改革中的积极作用。截止2015年大赛，已有30余万学生、1000余所中小学校参与大赛，覆盖全国除港澳台外的所有省市。

2016“格伦杯”方洲新概念全国中小学生创意作文大赛将继续秉承“自由表达，创意先行”的理念，为同学们提供无限的创意空间。大赛不限主题，不限文体，同学们可充分发挥想象，尽情抒发!

一、组织原则

本次大赛本着公平、公正、公开的原则进行，大赛组委会将严评参赛作品，严控营私舞弊、抄袭作假等有损大赛形象的事件发生，如有违反比赛原则的单位和个人，组委会将直接取消其参赛资格。

二、组织单位

主办单位：华语教学出版社

协办单位：世界华文创意写作协会、青少年创意写作研究院

协助高校：中国人民大学、中国政法大学、对外经济贸易大学、山东大学、河南大学、河北大学等15所高校

承办单位：北京格伦国际教育

三、参与对象

所有热爱汉语写作的，年龄在10-18周岁的全球青少年。按小学组、初中组、高中组分组竞赛。

四、参赛办法

大赛分为初赛、复赛和决赛三个阶段，初赛和复赛由组委会授权的分赛区在当地组织实施，决赛采用现场作文的方式于2016年7月20日在北京举行(详见决赛通知书)。

五、日程安排：

(一)初赛(2015年10月1日-2016年2月28日)

初赛有两种报名方式：

由组委会授权的分赛区组织各学校学生或社会青少年团体参加初赛;

个人参赛选手可通过全国中小学生创意作文大赛官方网站报名，报名网址：http://zuowen.gelunjiaoyu.com。

初赛免费参加，初赛单个学校或团体有效征文量超过1000份，优先加入“创意写作教学研究示范基地”。(有效征文指文章结构完整、原创、学生信息完整)

(二)复赛(2016年3月1日-5月31日)

1、初赛淘汰率为50%，余下的50%有资格进入复赛;

2、复赛将采用现场开放式话题作文的形式，分为分赛区现场复赛和网络复赛两种形式。分赛区现场复赛由大赛组委会现场出题，现场收卷，现场封箱;网络赛区以网络限时复赛的形式进行，登录大赛官网复赛参赛页面，根据组委会给出的复赛主题，在规定时间内完成作文并提交。

3、复赛免费参加，由专家评委从复赛选手中挑选10%的优秀选手，进入决赛。

4、复赛前，分赛区将组织选手参加创意作文名师大讲堂，名师大讲堂为自愿参加。

(三)决赛(2016年7月20日-24日)

2016年7月20日在北京进行盛大的全国总决赛，总决赛日程包括赛前培训指导、主题采风、现场作文比赛、颁奖典礼四个环节，具体日程和安排详见决赛通知书。决赛期间选手交通及食宿费用自行承担。

六、参赛要求

(一)参赛对象：全球热爱汉语写作的青少年，

小学三年级以上(A组)

初中(B组)

高中(C组)

(二)作品字数：不超过5000字。

(三)作品要求：

1.内容具体、充实健康、积极向上、感情真挚，能清晰地表达出自己独特的感悟、感受和体验。

2.能多角度地观察生活和社会现象，捕捉事物的特征，力求有创意地表达。

3.作品必须是原创新作，不得抄袭作假，不得一稿两投，一经发现，立即取消其参赛资格。

(四)鼓励学校老师组织学生到图书馆或登录互联网查找资料，到社会中调查访问和体验生活，让学生易于动笔、乐于表达，给学生充足的思考和准备时间。

(五)所有参赛作品视为作者同意主办方享有包括但不限于编辑发表、出版发行等专有使用权。

(六)特别提示：所有参赛作品一律不退，请参赛选手自留底稿。

七、奖项设置

(一)学生奖

“创意作文专家特别推荐奖”，“创意作文特等奖”，“创意作文金杯奖”，“创意作文金牌奖”，颁发获奖证书及奖品。决赛优秀获奖作品将由华语教学出版社集结出版发行。

(二)教师奖

1、十佳辅导教师奖：指导教师或班主任需对作品进行深入的点评或分析，优秀的论著将获得“创意作文十佳辅导教师”荣誉，颁发证书及奖品，并在教育媒体发表。

2、根据参赛学校组织参赛作品的数量和获奖情况，对促进语文教学改革且取得卓越成绩的辅导老师，由组委会颁发“优秀辅导老师”证书。并将有机会作为领队老师受邀参加大赛过程中的相关活动，享有创意作文教师发展基金会教师与教育发展专项基金奖励。

3. 对促进学校语文教学改革且取得卓越成就的校长，由创意作文教师发展基金会教师与教育发展专项基金给予专项奖励。

(三)优秀组织奖

优秀组织奖，分为单位优秀组织奖和个人优秀组织奖。

1、单位优秀组织奖，加入“创意写作教学研究示范基地”学校联盟，组委会将优先提供专家资源与学校实行对接，开展公益讲座、学术交流、课题研究、图书出版及作文培训等活动。

2、个人优秀组织奖，组委会将颁发证书和奖品。

以上奖励内容以颁奖典礼公布为准。

八、其他

(一)决赛获奖作品主办方将在合作媒体予以发表，决赛获奖作品由华语教学出版社结集出版发行(结集出版不再支付稿酬)。获得专家推荐的作品将在公开媒体上发表(不再支付稿酬)。

(二)大赛决赛期间将举行颁奖仪式，届时大赛合作媒体将全程予以报道，颁奖仪式将邀请协助高校的院系负责人、华语教学出版社领导、杂志社领导、社会知名作家等为大赛获奖者颁奖，并与参加决赛的选手合影留念。

(三)获得大赛“专家特别推荐奖”的学生有机会获得知名高校自主招生考试推荐资格。

(四)所有奖项将在总决赛期间予以表彰，颁发证书及奖品。

大家早上好!为了做好对中小学生的安全保护工作，降低伤亡事故的发生率，促进青少年健康成长，1996年，国家教委等七部委联合发出通知，建立全国中小学生安全教育日制度。自1996年起，确定每年3月份最后一周的星期一为全国中小学生安全教育日。今天是第18个全国中小学生安全教育日，今年的主题为“普及安全知识，确保生命安全”。

生命是宝贵的，生活是美好的，而拥有宝贵的生命，享受美好的生活的前提就是安全。据一项全国性的大型调查发现，安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因，我国每年大约有1.6万名中小学生因安全事故非正常死亡，也就是说平均每天有40多名学生在这个世界上永远地消失。

专家指出，通过安全教育，提高中小学生的自我保护能力，80%的意外伤害是可以避免的。因此，我们要加强安全教育，普及交通安全、集体活动安全、食品卫生安全、防火、防盗、防溺水、防传染病、防拥挤踩踏、防校园伤害以及预防自然灾害等安全知识，提高同学们的自护自救能力。同时希望大家在学习安全常识的同时，注意做到以下要求：

一、注意校园安全。有序上下楼梯，轻声慢步靠右走，不拥不挤不打逗，主动为他人让路，如果发现前面有人摔倒，要马上停下把摔倒的人扶起来，再有序行走。严禁从楼梯的扶手上滑下来。

课间在规定的区域内参加健康有益的活动，不做有危险的、不正当的游戏，不在教室、走廊、楼道和活动场地大声喧哗，不追跑打逗，不攀爬建筑物，不在楼梯口玩耍，不靠近窗户、护栏玩耍或探着身子向下张望。学生进校后不得擅自离校，有病有事必须由家长拿着班主任签字的假条带孩子离校。

大型集会、集体活动要服从班主任和活动组织者的管理。上体育课和去专用教室上课，要听从任课教师和班干部指挥。上体育课要做好准备活动，在体育老师的指导下，正确使用体育器材或参加运动，不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。如果有同学得了不适宜运动的疾病，一定要提前告知班主任和体育老师，防止做剧烈运动时发生意外。

二、注意交通安全。放学后以班级为单位站好路队，由班主任护送离校后，在路队长的带领下，在人行道内行走，没有人行道的地方，必须靠马路右侧行走;横过马路时要走人行横道，路队到指定地点后才能解散。同学们要请家长在指定地点接送，不要把车停在校门前。坐公交车的同学，上车下车不拥挤，站稳扶好不打闹，不要把头或手伸出车窗外。不乘坐无牌无证车辆，不乘坐超载车辆。要按时回家，不得在路上玩耍、逗留。

三、注意食品安全。不花零钱，不吃零食，不买小摊小贩的食物，不吃不干净的食物。在商场超市购买袋装食品时，也要看清楚包装是不是完好，看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址，不吃过了保质期的食品，不购买无生产日期、无质量合格证、无生产厂家的三无食品，不随便在外就餐，防止食物中毒。同时注意不要暴饮暴食。

四、注意网络安全。不浏览不健康网站，不沉溺于网络游戏，更不能在qq群中结交不良朋友，传播污言秽语。严禁进入游戏机室、网吧等不适宜未成年人进入的场所，避免受到不良侵害。

五、注意心理安全。学会调节个人情绪，多与父母、老师交流、沟通，保持乐观、豁达的心态，遇事讲谦让，同学有困难，大家来帮助。增强行为自控能力，发生矛盾、纠纷一定要冷静、要理智，多作自我批评，化解矛盾;自己解决不了的问题，一定要找老师帮助解决，不要为了一点小事就吵嘴，更不能动手打架。千万不能骂人、打架，你骂我，我骂你，骂来骂去只不过是借别人的口骂自己;你打我，我打你，打来打去只不过是借别人的手打自己，因此，我们不能用粗口、用拳头代替说理，给自己、给同学带来伤害。
